I just read the Atty Bowman redacted motion in the Civil Court. Knowing a bit of Atty Bowman's history I am surprised to see such redacted motions and ongoing games being played with Atty Weinstein. Atty Bowman is now seeming more than a bit 'shady' IMO and appears to be playing the infamous CT delay delay and more delay games to interfere with the 12/3 trial date IMO. On a 1-20 'shade index' with 20 being the most shady I would place Atty Bowman clearly in the middle of the shade index with a starting level of 10 but with a + added to indicate that shady behavior is clearly present and shady activity level might be trending upward in coming days!

I do wonder why delay of the trial in the civil case is SO impt to both MT and FD? What information might they both NOT want the State to get access to in terms of the discovery from the Civil Case?

I keep waiting for AW3 and perhaps AW4 and I do wonder if any of the happenings in Civil Court are relevant to the Criminal Case (think this might be the case).

Seems like Atty Bowman and his client have any number of problems that MT speaking anywhere won't solve. IMO innocent people rarely are challenged to speak on the record anywhere. Wonder what this all says about what MT is/isn't saying to anyone, including her atty.? If I had to place MT on the 'shade index' of 1-20 I'd put her near the top and also give her a + to indicate that a longstanding trend of shady behavior and choices exist and continue that might mean the scale of the shade index needs to be expanded to incorporate all the shadiness present in this sad case!

The thing that seems obvious now with the latest filings by Atty Bowman is that MT looks to perhaps be equally culpable in the disappearance/murder of JD. I also wonder if perhaps Atty Bowman is being a bit too conservative in his reading of the overall situation and perhaps also he is doing what he is doing because he really has no information from his client who continues the game of not speaking?

Its all quite mysterious but IMO the moves by Atty Bowman most likely indicate that MT is easily guilty of the present crimes that she has been charged with along with any number of other crimes that she has not yet been charged with and most likely these other crimes relate to activities at FORE with FD.

If MT were innocent would it even be necessary to redact a very simple motion?

If MT were innocent would she need to invoke the 5th amendment on every single question posed to her by Atty Weinstein?

Looks to be trouble in paradise for MT. Oh what a tangled web she wove. If convicted of current charges MT is looking at 10 years and if other charges are brought and she is convicted then she is most likely looking at spending rest of her life in prison in CT. We shall see how the 'not speaking' defence serves MT.

Atty Bowman cannot give any clearer signal that he believes, from close observation, that MT is at least 10+ years guilty of something, deal or no deal, and even disclosing Weinstein's questions will tip off the public as to the, nature, scope, length of a career steeped in shadiness, beginning, but not ending in, Argentina, Dubai and Miami. IMO. MOO. MT wasn't just a dilettante socialite, that is the inept cover. Definitely covering up and lying to LE since day one. MT's nervousness and tendency to refer to "Andy" a lot makes her a danger to the larger criminal enterprise that supports her and pays for her legal representation. IMO. MOO.

There’s great video of FD getting the first look at AW2 as he drives away in the car with NP. The giddy grin he had trouble holding back with reporters just minutes before has faded into worry as he flips through the pages of video evidence.

I am SO SO SO with you on this view. I very much wonder what exactly was going on with FORE and what other activities could MT and FD been involved with as building houses most likely was simply a 'sideline' operation. To see Atty Bowman fight so hard in Civil Court to make sure that NOBODY hears from MT is something that is like standing on the top of a mountain and waving a big red flag on so many levels IMO. The other question I had though was whether Atty Bowman had to do what he did with the Civil Court filings because his client wasn't speaking to him about her situation and so he had to cover all bases in order to do the best he could to protect her? IDK, but it might be possible and in particular if Mama A and her crew of even shadier atty's are really running the show for MT legal defence behind the scenes.

I do, however, hope that Atty Bowman is operating in good faith with Atty Weinstein and the Civil Court as to see him do an 'about face' after seeming to have a working deal with Atty Weinstein seemed on the surface to be quite shady and almost in lockstep with the games being played by FD and Atty BM to delay the 12/3 trial date IMO. I very much hope that Atty Bowman is not in cahoots with Atty BM and Atty. P. but at this point of the process and after everything we have seen, I'm not sure anything can be ruled out as being impossible.

My sense is that we are seeing gamesmanship happening in Civil Court that is happening due to things that we might not be aware of in criminal court that the atty's involved with the case might be aware of or believe might be happening. For whatever reason neither Atty BM nor Atty Bowman seem to want the 12/3 trial to happen and Atty Bowman doesn't want his client on the record about anything having to do with FORE/FD. I do wonder though whether an abuse of 5th amendment privilege on the part of MT can be proven?

It seems odd and inexplicable that there seemed to be a deal for MT testimony and then all the sudden we see 'opposite day' and her testimony is no longer forthcoming? I do wonder what changed? I also wonder if there have been any further convos with LE and MT as part of the criminal investigation and perhaps something might have developed there that made her testifying in Civil Court impossible?

I just hope that the States Atty Colangelo has the adequate staffing and federal assistance to solve the financial mysteries that seem to plague MT/FD and FORE.
