Lest we forget how incriminating AW 2 is.Yes, I agree with you that was his original idea but IMO the logic on the rest of the paragraph is perhaps faulty given the information presented by LE in AW2 which was most likely in the discovery packet along with the Hartford PD CCTV from Albany.
Atty. P. seems to be implying that there is no reason for Mr. Dulos to be aware of anything other than the fact that JD is alive and well when he and MT are disposing of bloody items on Albany.
Will go back and spend more than 5 mins reading this long document this weekend. It just surprised me that Atty. P. is putting forward the idea it seems that innocent people leave their neighbourhood to dispose of bloody items on a holiday weekend and that all of this was done by FD and MT with zero awareness as to the 'status' of JD. MOO
Great article! Thanks for posting it here.
So, perhaps that is why we are seeing a slow and cautious Judge Blawie and a very focused and non confrontational State Atty Colangelo as they don't want to have the appeal issues of the other case you mentioned. I don't see how it can be avoided as its the game that 'one trick pony' Atty. P. (who doesn't have a case IMO) seems to play. What baffles me with the Atty. P. appeals game is that they are mostly done to assist 'monsters' such as Leniart where who he was as a criminal was quite well established. Atty. P. isn't plying his appeals game to assist people in need or the innocent IMO. I wonder why Atty. P. can't find some poorly or under represented individuals that could use some legal assistance?
But Atty. P. is already off and running on the appeals train with the gag order so my guess is that is the way the rest of this trial will sadly go. Not surprising given what we have already seen.
I do wonder if Bowman could be playing some kind of appeal game setup in Civil Court regarding the MT testimony in deposition? Kind of wacky but he just might be that desperate given lack of available options. I also just wonder how deep in the legal muck MT really is and I do think she is in deep. MOO
I've noticed that a number of the very early articles and photos have disappeared also. For those who don't believe it

Is there a "legal" way we can copy things we've found in their entirety and still be within forum rules?

Every Juror Should Read Gone GirlI think it's obvious, simple and abhorrent. Pattis is preparing to have EVERYTHING thrown out at trial. No phone, no pings. No pings, no HartfOdessey. No HartfOdessey, no tampering. No tampering, no crime. He's going for acquittal. MOO
I just watched Gone Girl. I think FD and his assttorney should never have put that theory out there because frankly I find it incriminates FD! He saw the movie, he tried to plan the perfect disappearance. He just failed miserably. Try though he may, it's a lot harder than it looks to lay out the perfect crime in advance and clean it up after. DNA trail, electronic trail, money trail. He may have tried to set up a gone girl scenario but he underestimated the girl!

Lest we forget how incriminating AW 2 is.
Many people weighed in on how that was enough to arrest him for murder.
I need to go back and read it again to keep myself from losing heart.
I'm still holding out for MIRA.
MOO.

Here's Pattis' review of the book "Gone Girl" back in 2012. See the comment below it for the approximate date. So NP was very taken with the idea of a GG-type jury case before he met FD.
These are a couple of great finds @pernickety! Norm may seem complex, but his bag of tricks isn't bottomless, IMO. Hopefully, a jury will be able to see the real NP and realize is a good story teller.![]()

I think you’ve hit the nail directly on the head. He would never let the golden goose fly away. He had nothing and she had it all. He never thought for a moment about the welfare and well being of his children. Only himself and the children just mere extensions of himself. Most of all, the woman, the golden ultimate cash cow, who he once even told to her - I will never let you divorce me. Of course he said that. He was nothing without her money. He’s never had a clue how to be a provider or a real man. Now he is resorting to liquidating what little he has left from his escapade with mama bucks and somehow thinking he is going to flee back to his fatherland. Sadly, karma is circling for him and he will spend his last days in a foreign land where no one wants him or visits him. At least he will still have jumpsuit to wear and food to eat. Merely just my opinion...It's tragic but I think the motive, as many of you have said, is money. He married for money, he built his monkey business on other people's money. I believe he charmed JF's dad (or more likely manipulated him, using her father's natural love for his daughter/grandchildren) to bankroll him, but FD was neither grateful for nor satified with that arrangement, and I suspect he spent those loans multiple times over so, when it came time to sell a property and repay the loan, he was indebted to others first. Just like any garden variety pyramid scheme, he could keep it going as long as no TWO people came a'calling for their money.
He never DREAMED JF would divorce him. Proof: his behavior. He doubled down, I think to WEAR her down, as if he could be so cruel she'd back down (from the divorce) and stay with him. Classic domestic violence. IMO
Divorce threatened his money juggle. The death of JD's father cut it off entirely. IMO
Consider this: FDulos COULDN'T let JF divorce him. And therein was born the vengeance that we've seen unfold. If he could make her gone, he'd be her beneficiary....if not the beneficiary, he'd be a guardian to five junior beneficiaries, which might make him more attractive (in his eyes) to his wealthy mother-in-law. Surely she'd want to help with tuition, housing, etc..... she wouldn't think to foreclose on a house if her grandchildren were living in it. I think he banked on that. Literally. His PLAN banked on that. Plus at 85, the arrangement would be a temporary one. Soon as both JF's parents would be gone, FD would be free and clear. Bet he thought the mothership of money would come his way.... instead of the karma bus.
The best he can hope for is that, when they are both in their separate prisons, MT will sell her first rug and send him a couple dollars so he can buy himself a snack.
I'd like to recommend the new Poison Ivy Trail Cam Mix.
