The HC has been following the story of KM along with the Dulos case.

Perhaps the Hartford Courant and Dave Altimari/David Owens are staging a 'work stoppage' and not writing articles on the Dulos case or KM now in support of the Atty. P. 'gag order' appeal and this is why there was no coverage? Seriously though, I have no idea why there is no coverage other than the fact that there really are only 2 main print press operations in CT and they chose to not cover the story. The Press seems to be following the story in a reactionary fashion IMO and so will report news from LE and AWs but don't seem very interested in pursuing stories beyond this for whatever reason. Sometimes the Patch picks up local stories so I will check there today.

All I know is that we known that KM has longstanding legal and personal ties to FD, is connected to 'gas can man' who was seen at KM STBX house as reported to LE and also appeared to be working with FD to circumvent a no contact order with his STBX. All these issues together to me at least seem concerning and I remain concerned for the safety and well being of KM STBX.

STBX = soon to be ex eg. FD is STBX of JD, Cherry is STBX of KM

Sturbridge is usually just referred to as is and its FD last built house and is located in NC about 3 miles from JD house on Welles (FD paid $1.5 million for the property, knocked down the prior house and rebuilt). Sturbridge house is presently on the market and if you search zillow or any local RE site there are lots of pictures of the house. GF also has a pretrial judgment on Sturbridge of $500,000 to provide some assurance of repayment of any eventual final judgment amount in the ongoing civil trial. FD has placed a mortgage (Danbury Savings Bank), 2 friend loans (unknown amount but estimated to be roughly $600,000 and there are 6 trade liens on the property as well. Given the property remains overpriced vs the market, even after a $500,000 price reduction, it is unclear that if it were properly priced and did sell, whether GF would get much from the sale due to what FD has done with the 'Friend Loans". Atty Weinstein is investigating the "Friend Loans" to ascertain if they are actual funded obligations or mere shams designed to thwart the eventual collection efforts of GF. This issue should be resolved in the Civil Trial with 'Friend Loans".

At the time of the JD disappearance/murder on 4/24 the house at Sturbridge was in the finishing stages of construction (interior work was ongoing and this was confirmed with testimony from EE who was in NC on 4/24 finishing the installation of interior hardware). The outside of the house did not have foundation plants/tree installed yet and there was no lawn. Sturbridge house has always been a source of much speculation and lack of information in this case. State Crime Lab State Police have been seen at the Sturbridge house at least twice for long periods of time but the house was later released to FD and he and a relatives were seen removing items from the house. There was a dumpster at Sturbridge as of 4/24 and it is unknown if it were emptied/tipped/replaced anytime after the JD disappearance. MSM reports exist that neighbours heard a loud banging noise (loud enough to result in dogs barking for a long period of time) at Sturbridge on 4/25. LE has never provided any information to the public about anything relating to Sturbridge and the disappearance of JD.

I do wonder if LE in its present investigation went back and 'rethought' or 'reinvestigated' the death of FD Mother when she was run over in the driveway of 585 Deerfield in Avon? Will this incident be reopened by CT State Police as reading through the report of the Avon PD it seems like more questions are raised IMO than resolved. IDK.

Here is link to the original report filed by the Avon PD. Scratching my head yet again reading this report and the shortcuts that seem to have been taken by Avon CT PD in not obtaining unrelated translation services for this case. Has the Nanny at the time been reinterviewed by LE for the present investigation? Since LE didn't seem to have its own translator how can any statement be made as to what FD Mother said about the alleged 'accident'? What happened to the Vehicle that was involved in the 'accident' and was it subject to any forensic analysis by either local or State Police? Where is this vehicle presently? Was FD presence in Italy verified by LE at the time?

Thanks for posting the police report on the incident resulting in the death of FD's mother. I found the report to be super inadequate. Nothing about who made the call to PD or what precise time it came in. Did nanny call? Did she speak English? Cop says he found "patient" on the driveway, but not in what position--standing? sitting? Reports "tire marks across her lower back and clothing", so can we assume she's lying face down? Nanny says she doesn't know whether she knocked her down or ran over her. If there are tire marks on her lower back and clothing, can't it be assumed she was run over? And if the vehicle is not over her at the time of the "investigation", can we assume that after the front tires ran over her (which the nanny didn't sense) the vehicle either went forward with the back tires also running over "patient", or nanny backed the vehicle up, running over patient again with the front tires? What was the weather? At "19+ hours" was it dark? Were there outside lights on? What was the weather? Nanny heard one of the children scream? Was child interviewed? Any other witnesses? MOO
