Dulos' attorney again asks Fotis about how the business relationship between him and Hilliard Farber changed. Dulos says in 2010, after the birth of his 5th child, Farber told him that in the future, "any advancements were not loans." @News12CT

I would think that if FD made any payments after 2010 it would prove this statement to be a lie. JMO

Does anyone know when the guest house was built at Pound Ridge?

I'm betting the forensic accountant will be very busy tonight looking at all transactions regarding Pound Ridge.

Just checked Pound Ridge and the Guest House is listed but I cannot find the date. My recollection is that the Guest House project in Pound Ridge was one of FD first projects with FORE so that would place it in the timeframe of 2004/5 would be my guess. Will keep looking. Here is the property card attached below.

Here is property record card from 40 Mallard Lake Rd (also referred to as 45 Mallard Lake Road) Pound Ridge, NY and link to GIS Mapping for those that might be proficient with understanding these records. I cannot see a date listed for the 'improvements' at the property but my guess would be 2004 or 2005 as this was supposedly one of FOREs first projects and was used to 'springboard' FD into his business venture.

Another thing I am wondering about -- why wasn't the Greek guy who wired money to Mr. Farber (for FD) not able to wire money directly to Fore Group bank account??? Any ideas?

This is really strange to me but then again, being trial by judge he may have allowed them knowing that if they are proven to be illegitimate he will know the truth and be able to make a judgement without being biased by tainted evidence. I just pray Weinstein can show where HF paid for the Pound Ridge guest house. It would be awesome to see it blow up in FD's face and bring him more charges.

I would think HF's tax returns would show receipts for the improvements that could be written off.

I wonder if HF paid the actual contractor(s) directly for the guest house? If there isn’t proof of HF paying FORE Group, it could be because he didn’t trust FD to pay them and he didn’t want a contractor’s lien on his home in Pound Ridge.

Simply cannot make this stuff up....guess Hartford Courant/Dave Altimari fact checker is on 'holiday'....along with their Editor...I wonder if they do this on purpose to see if anyone is following along? My understanding is that even those that are totally 'color blind' can differentiate between "white" and "black". Hartford Courant the JD Suburban WAS BLACK and NOT WHITE. Please refer to AW2 and NCPD JD Missing Poster to corroborate.

Dave Altimari article from HC today says, "Jennifer’s white Chevy Suburban [BBM] is seen on video leaving the New Canaan home around 10:25 a.m. and state police theorize that Dulos was driving it".

Good question

We wire large sums of money - each wire has to have a purpose now - been this way for the past few years. My guess is the Fore Group may have had a bank that played by the rules and another bank might be looser?

Attorney Murray going through series of invoices for work Fore group did on Pound Ridge guest house that appear to show several of what Weinstein claimed were loans actually just payments to Fore group for work done at Pound ridge. Already laid out about half million in invoices.

Dulos' attorney has produced invoices that show this--invoices that appear to be a surprise to the plaintiff's attorney, Richard Weinstein. He says those were never turned over to him until this morning.

Isn't that what is known as an "ambush"? It didn't give Weinstein a chance to review the new "evidence", and to possibly file a motion in limine? Does Weinstein have an associate attorney with him?

thank you for keeping us updated - @afitzy and I copied most everything over to the media thread. The Pound Ridge invoices should open the door for any other invoices on the other properties constructed through the years IMO. We shall see what RW does tomorrow.

In what way did he treat him as a father? In the way that some sons manipulate money out of their father, and then don’t pay it back? Is that what he means? All while he cheated on his daughter?
