He's (KM) got quite the documented record:

Mawhinney, a South Windsor lawyer who represented Fotis Dulos in the $2.5 million lawsuits filed by his mother-in-law, is expected to be charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the case.

Mawhinney had previously been charged with violating a protective order in his own divorce. He was accused of having Fotis Dulos contact his estranged wife on his behalf, according to his arrest warrant.

Mawhinney was also charged last January with sexual assault in a spousal or cohabiting relationship, second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct, according to online state judicial records.

Mawhinney’s wife alleged that her husband wanted her “dead.”

You know what I also hate about all of this? Fd will still be alive and able to reach out to those kids or write some book or speak out in some way about his "innocence". He won't be gone. I'm not a DP proponent at all and I don't have the answers. I just hate this for the kids. And I hate that JD knew for even an instant that the father of her beloved kids did this and that she wasn't going to be there for her kids. She knew, though, that GF would rise to the occasion and safeguard them. GF is my hero. MOO.
