BREAKING: Sources confirm Fotis Dulos has been arrested for the murder of his missing wife Jennifer Dulos. I’m told Michelle Troconis will also be charged with murder. And an an attorney will also be charged but I’m not sure of the charge yet. @News12CT

"Above all we thank the Connecticut State Police and the New Canaan Police Department, as well as the assisting local departments, for their tireless commitment and diligent, painstaking work that have led to these arrests. Although we are relieved that the wait for these charges is over, for us there is no sense of closure. Nothing can bring Jennifer back. We miss her every day and will forever mourn her loss.

We believe the arrest warrants will speak for themselves, and we ask that you please respect our privacy during this time. Thank you."

I think they are reporting it incorrectly. "Capital murder" is no longer the law in CT -- there is no death penalty in that state. Seems it's now called murder with special circumstances. If FD is charged and convicted of that it's life with no parole. Connecticut Abolishes the Death Penalty

MT was taken into Troop G in a State Police SUV shortly ago and is being charged with Conspiracy to commit murder - no photos yet.

It gets better. His girlfriend AND his former attorney being charged with conspiracy to commit murder. It was Judge Andrew Naplitano confirming the breaking news.

And he only had an affair because JD was an unstable woman and a terrible wife and mother. So he had to find this lovely (yuck) misunderstood single mom to shack up with in the house that was rightfully his and use money that was clearly a “gift” from his former FIL/MIL. Right?
