Why didn’t LE lock KM down? He has information and honestly the most likely person to flip? I mean anything can happen when someone goes on the run. Anything.

Too late to flip. All three had MONTHS to tell LE what was going on. Only bit of info that is useful is where Jennifer’s remains are located. But if contractors and construction superintendent on their way to local site, as posted earlier on WS, they may have found her already. Many of you posted that her body was buried at one of FD’s construction sites.
I hope that is correct. Bc then what can any of the 3 have to bargain with? Took out derogatory name calling. Started with m. Fill in whatever you’d like.

If NP aided FD with a heads up to KM that the cops were on their way could this result in charges for NP? If KM does anything criminal while being on the run?

He seemed to get his info via 'back channels' from 'friends in LE'. I don't think he got a phone call from State Police but I could be wrong.

Atty Bowman on the other hand got his client inside Troop G with NO PICTURE. I'm all for innocent until proven guilty but I have to say that if Atty Bowman did manipulate the arrest arrival for MT then I do have an issue with that as it smacks of 'preferential treatment'.

Why were the 2 people arrested Fd and MT NOT treated identically in terms of their arrival at Troop G?

Hope I am wrong but just looked at the footage of both arrests again and IMO they looked different.

Very happy news! Woohoo!

But concerned about the kidnapping charge, and what it may signify - hoping it's nothing to do with the sounds from the dumpster, but that was our theory months ago.

I'm curious what KM is doing now - destroying evidence? I feel confident they'll find him, but wish someone hadn't tipped him off (wonder who*?)! Hope his wife is safe, and being protected right now!
