With all the talk of “Greek benefactors” and how NP is getting paid, it’s important to keep in mind that NP himself is Greek. (And the son of an armed robber...) Quote from his public law practice blog, BBM:

With the foreclosure action happening its unlikely he will be there very long.

Removing the logo from the bike, is huge! Just huge in my opinion. If somebody found the bike they would think it was a normal bike or a special bike, but having the logo removed and in a bag separate, that is extremely damning in my opinion

I wonder if he originally disposed of the bike in the dumpster and then thought about it and removed the logo/bike label the following day.

Of course, the banging noise in the dumpster could have been something much more gruesome - just hoping that was not it, but it is possible.

Was wondering the same thing. The battery wouldn't die until it ran out of gas first, right? Not sure how much gas a Suburban would use idling for that many hours.

Edit to add: was he hoping someone would steal the car when he left it running there?

this vexes me,too. I would think if the car were running, a passerby would call the police. Maybe the car started with a button when the key was in her purse nearby- and the car would not actually move after being in park when away from the key.

KM was a flight risk yesterday

I just wish we knew where KM was headed when they arrested him at gunpoint? News said exit 68 in Tolland , which leads nowhere significant except UConn--its a pretty rural area (for CT)...was he arrested having gotten off the exit, or was he still on the highway?? 84 leads to Boston eventually. He was obvi in a very demented mindset and could have been planning anything at that point

I do wonder if he was captured on 'bus cam' too as he would have been out when the buses were doing their runs? The AW references CCTV from resident and not 'bus cam'. My guess is that there is more out there on this issue to come!

Do bus cams operate when the stop sign isn't on?

In New Haven tonight, Fotis Dulos’ lawyer Norm Pattis “categorically” denied that Dulos was involved in the disappearance of his wife Jennifer Farber Dulos. He said that today’s arrest warrants “exposed a shocking lack of confidence by the state in its case.”
