KM's arrest warrant referred to lime in the shallow grave. Now, we are talking about lye? Did I miss something, or are we just considering possibilities?
https://www.quora.com/Whats-the-difference-between-lime-and-lye

No-two separate things. Someone was referring to lye as something that could have been used to break down Jennifer’s body, in some method of disposal of her body. The lime issue is different, and was to be used, apparently, in someone’s burial at the hunt club to deal with the smell of decaying flesh. Sorry to be so graphic

I didn’t realize she wasn’t a citizen . I thought she was born in TN? Is she a permanent resident or just GC holder ?

... and why was it still in his garage eight months later. Surely if it was implicated he would've got rid of it ASAP. Throw it in one of the many ponds, or return it to the owner?

The owner, esp. if KM, may not have wanted it and I bet Fd thought he was being watched carefully and anything he dumped might be seen. That would be a photo: Fd dumping an ax in a pond. MOO.

Yesterday, without putting a lot of time into it, I thought it showed he was rushed, and just left the car like that by accident.

But now that I've had time to think about it, I think:

Jennifer's Suburban being left with running lights on and in reverse at the park was carefully pre-planned. He wanted that car to appear as if it was running with no one in it, so it would be stolen (but oops! NC is much safer than Hartford or most places in Greece, so, it wasn't stolen in all those hours). He may well have left the car keys on the seat. Being in reverse would have made the rear lights show up more. If he left the ignition on, it may have automatically shut off after 15 minutes (most newer cars do to prevent exhaust poisoning when the car is left on but not moving). Just a thought - anyone know more about how that car works?

IF suburban was running and in reverse, eventually it would move unless the parking break was on.

IF a large tick was placed under one tire, to keep it from moving, eventually it would move and maybe move in a circle unless a rock was placed under more then one tire.

IF it was running, eventually any of the following could happen....battery would die, run our of gas or transmission would over heat...

FD really wanted someone to steal the suburban so it looked like Jennifer was kidnapped and murdered....FD tried several back up plans all failures.

Just ideas....any one out there know about the Suburban Jennifer drove and the possibilities we all have been discussing? Need a mechanic!

Who did she smile the big smile at when she walked in, anyone know?
She supposedly blew kisses to her family today in Court. Interesting that she has made the statement that she is being supported by her 'family' financially.

Exactly - the "I went to wash my hands when I went to visit" that he said long ago was a complete lie, and shows he knows there was his blood and/or DNA on the sink.
Right, and her DNA might be in his or EE's vehicle because one of her hairs could've gotten on him when he "hugged her on Mother's Day". Uh huh. IMOO

I wonder if FD used an incinerator.

People with construction companies often own or have access to incinerators. Poor Tim Bosma was disposed of this way in Canada. In the 1976 disappearance of Renee MAcRae near Inverness, Scotland: She was separated from her husband who owned a construction company. The cops burned sheep in his company incinerator to test if any remains would be present afterwards. (Her lover was recently arrested after 43 years. The perp was not her husband).

I tried to replay the section on that issue but as Judge Blawie repeated the same exact instructions for KM, I think its just the boiler plate language read to everyone. I'm not sure he customised the statement for MT. If anyone else heard differently please post as my wifi isn't the best right now.

Ok maybe a stupid question but... not a lot of time to catch up. What is lime used for? That disappeared from the grave?

In my concern about kids, I forgot about KM’s kids. I feel for them in all this as well. MOO.

Reduces smell. Also if you have soil that has a lot of clay and won’t drain, it helps with that. MOO.

you're correct.
The dummies running this crime don't know the difference between lye and lime. Fd told sponge
brain KM to get some Lye and he runs out and
grabs lime at the ag store. Too funny, IMO.

No, No-the lye and lime discussions (at least the ones I was involved in) are two different things! Lime for the grave at the gun club, lye (speculative) at whatever place they dealt with Jennifer’s body. Like if they put her into a barrel. But I personally don’t think lye has factored in at all

Yes, he is a sole practitioner with multiple ex's and children that I believe he supports. Sad situation for the family IMO as it doesn't look like he is getting out on bail/bond anytime soon and so will be unable to work. But I am glad Judge Blawie was well prepped on KM other pending charges and how he did violate a prior protective order. So, it probably all for the best that he is incarcerated.

One would thi

One would think he’d be the type to have his firewood precut and delivered to his home.
However, I do feel that an ax is probably the least-tidy murder weapon one would choose. Even a hammer - bap to the head - would at least incapacitate someone, without making an enormous mess.
Can't believe I'm considering this. But really, just wondering if this is just smoke.

I agree, I think he said "IF you are not a citizen..." or something to that effect, to cover all bases.

Come on. 5 hunting buddies and they don’t know that former member who found the land for the hunting club elite membership 15 years ago was FD’s lawyer?

Yeah, they all know Mawhinney.
