Please don't even hint at a diminished capacity defense.

There are enough ******* lawyers that troll here that one might just pick this up

Insanity defense is second thing most criminal defense lawyers think. First is alibi.
Besides, an MRI could potentially show damaged brain areas, but how can you prove synapses are not firing? A lobotomy?
WS is being followed by any lawyer with enough manpower to devote time and resources to it. IF THEY NEED IT. It’s just one of multiple means to an end.
Doubtful any of my ideas have not already been realized, explored and discarded. I’m not that clever.

Well by “searching it”, I hope that means they jackhammered through it.
A new buyer of one of Fd's lots was bldg. a new home and LE contacted their contractor and the
the concrete had been already poured that week.
News article said they questioned the contractor but didn't mention how thoroughly they searched the fresh concrete work.

Based on my interpretation of the AW, JD didn’t finalize her plans for that morning until the night before. I cannot imagine how he could have known what her plans were. I think he was just expecting it to be a regular day and got “lucky” in that she was home, took the kids to school that morning etc rather than just heading into the city and having the nanny take the kids.
Perhaps he planted a listening device in her home while at her home during the last family gathering. Remember he said he was inside and used the kitchen faucet, thus his DNA was on it. Otherwise I can’t imagine that he just took a chance of being seen skulking around her house, armed and ready to kill her IF she came home. IMO.

Jmoose- we know Fd called KM while on or around Albany Ave. Were they arranging burying or covering up the body somewhere?
Some things must have been left hanging from
earlier in the day and he needed his phone to touch base with others (helpers ?). IMO.

Couldn’t he have done that with a burner phone? Why wouldn’t he have thought of it?

  • #286
KM's cell was in the vicinity of the gun club on 5/31/19 @ 11:04 pm.

Do you think he was going back to check that burial spot? Did FD go to that pre dug spot, noticed it was disturbed and went elsewhere or disposed of her body another way?

They were obiously in communication with each other.

Well by “searching it”, I hope that means they jackhammered through it.

They probably searched it with cadaver dogs or GPR, or they simply went there and saw that he hadn't actually poured the cement yet (the articles only specifies the permit, not that cement was ever actually poured IIRC) something like that.

Yes! That’s it! Fotis needs a lobotomy, and quick!

Isn’t it too late for MT to flip? I certainly hope so, as she had her chance, many times.
YES, I believe her 'ship has sailed' as according to AW3 her last interview was 8/13. I guess you can 'never say never' on these cases but I would think she would have to have extraordinary info in order to get some deal. But given that she can't even seem to answer basic questions like, "did you see Fd on the morning of the 24th" and has been lying to LE since jump, I'm not sure if she OR HER ATTY have much creditability left with LE.

Atty Bowman seems to just want to take her case to trial. My response on that is 'Good Luck and God Bless' and 'Good Riddance to Bad Trash'! Her wasting LE time for months is something that I don't understand why she and her atty who allowed it wasn't punished. But perhaps they punished them both by not offering a deal. IDK, but reading her AW yesterday simply brought up feelings in me of absolute disgust for her as a human being.

Okaaaay. So after LE left, he removed the body from where he had it temporarily stored, buried it under 6 feet of concrete! Let’s get those jack hammers going immediately.

Yes, that banging had to be involved in the disposal process, someone must be able to figure that out??? Where is Dr Lee? with all this forensic evidence, he should be consulted, maybe he has been????
Is he still working? Idk if he's still lecturing at UNH or advising in any official capacity, but I believe I remember him giving his opinion on this case early on.

ETA: Saw the comment that he's retired. That's what I assumed given his age and tarnished rep.

I'm still wondering why the Greek friend, Andreas was so important to the case that he was mentioned along w/ KM and MT as pertinent, in the AW. Anyone else notice this?
Greek friend MUST have played a more important role other than just making an "alibi"
call early morning on 5/24.
$$$$$ and more $$$$$ - have the feeling that this aspect of the case will continue to evolve and we don't yet know the half of it. MOO

Trying to catch up! Wanted to respond to a few things in previous thread but not sure how to bring posts over.

Re:FD AW

Noticed a few things in this AW which resolves quite a bit of discussion

#15. @afitzy remember way back where we had the long detailed discussion about the license plates and storm drain? We were even trying to see storm drain entrances on waste management systems after footage of fire chief (in front of Scott’s bakery at Adams) staying nothing found in drain. But then AW2 stated Albany at Garden Street? I couldn’t see drain on google maps so asked @thekirbyfamily to take some pics. Just noting here that that mystery has been resolved. The plates WERE in that storm drain.

#25. Car movement on 5/23/19
Many hypotheses on how FD? MT? Left JX property on 5/24 morning have been discussed. Remember NP flapping his gums about “back entrance/exit, not picked up by neighbors’ cameras?”. So it looks like they did stage EE truck at MS. 2 cars left- and truck did not return. Wonder which premeditating Co-conspirator was driving the other car??

Small mistake on AW. #6. Marriage listed as 2006. It was 2004.

My thought too. Where you find the bike, you’ll find the body. Let’s get out those metal detectors!

Since he was in the Tacoma, LE could have record of where truck went enroute with license plates or video from homeowners? Hope they asked homeowners to review footage up and down the possible routes.....way too late for someone to remember seeing the truck parked....but maybe not....

According to the AW, he never went into her house that day and even JD made sure he did not enter that day

Fotis Dulos defense attorney Norm Pattis tells me he plans to file a motion to dismiss the charges against his client on a Constitutional issue, laying some of a foundation for possible future appeals

Oh, I could have sworn he said he used her kitchen faucet when LE found his DNA or fingerprints on it.

Do we know that the bike is missing?

I'm curious to know what made him think, last minute, to dispose of the logo? He apparently didn't think ahead of time to doctor it, like he did with the license plates. Who did he think saw him, and might be able to identify the bike? Is there another accidental witness out there?

As for JD's Suburban, I want to know how long it was in that location before it was discovered. Surely there would've been bus footage from the afternoon.

Did FD leave it, as it was discovered, hoping/expecting an unsuspecting opportunist would steal it? Missing woman, missing phone, missing vehicle? Gone girl....

The level of planning, the level of stupidity, staggering, just staggering.

All my opinions.
The Suburban running lights being on are something I find puzzling. We know roughly when the Suburban was dropped off on Lapham Rd and we know that LE found it they say around 7:30 pm. Were the lights still on and why was vehicle left in reverse? The lights were on from say 10:45/11 am until 7:30 pm roughly. Wouldn't they automatically shut off or possibly drain the battery? Was the car battery dead when it was found at 7:30 pm. IDK enough about the Suburban to know if the battery would withstand lights on (even smaller ones) for that period of time? MOO
