I'll be delicate here.... we can almost assume there was a body under the tarp some see visible in the still photo of the Tacoma ... I think it's highly possible those missing minutes, as posted above, included a back trip to reclaim the bicycle, also visible in the still photo. I don't know what happened next or where but I fear it was hateful and grisly. I shudder to think what may have been in those trash bags.... but remember the prosecutor doesn't need a body. The Frazee trial ended with a tooth. In this case, we know LE has DNA.... blood, tissue, anything a person wouldn't naturally or voluntarily give up can be enough to bombshell a courtroom. FD gave over his phone because he was proud of his duplicitous call log. He hadn't counted on them KEEPING HIS PHONE. He never intended for them to use pings to incriminate him and round up evidence against him. And surely he never expected anyone to spend weeks at MIRA.

There's a reason they charged him with murder and there's a reason they did it now.

Didn't LE say the timing of AW3 followed forensic results? We must be patient, wait for trial. Methinketh we will be blown away with what LE already knows.

It’s crazy when you think about how much has gone into this investigation. The wording used to describe FD AW3 and how information was put together “complex, interwoven and non-linear.” And they have to take all those cars and people and locations and times.

each location: who, what, when, where and if possible why and how for each time and location they believe to be significant to JD murder.

so basically they do all that and the state has to make the case simple to understand, tie up those interwoven links and separate them and make the case linear as possible.

its a tall task but we are in a technology driven age with cameras and surveillance and cell phone and computer data and these dedicated officers will get it done. It will be a beautifully wrapped present that the state can then put together in a chronological way and put a bow on it for the jury.

I understand from what many of y’all have posted that KM has an alcohol problem. It must certainly could be a reason for a fall and a concussion and a damaged phone that had to be replaced. Despite the above I also find the timing of said fall/concussion + phone damaged so much it had to be replaced. It allegedly occurred on 5/25.

The date bares significance Bc it is the day after JD was reported missing by friends and family AND it is also the date that FD gave his own cell phone over to LE at NCPD headquarters. At precisely 2:47 pm on 5/25.

AW3 gives a very amazing description of how FD arrives 3 hours after he was expected to be there with his attorney at the time Pyetranker. When FD arrives in the lobby area he is met by officers Patton and Allegro. FD mentions Pyetranker is outside talking on the phone. He inquires about the search for JD. The officers believing he wants to help start moving him from the lobby to a more secure area where you have to go through metal detectors.

they ask if he has any weapons and he indicates he does not and starts patting his pockets muttering about his phone. At this point, Pyetranker enters the building and wants to know what’s going on and says there will be no interview with FD. Officers are surprised by this. Pyetranker hands Dulos the phone he was using and Allegro asks FD if it is his phone and he nods yes. Allegro asks if he can see it. FD hands him the phone.

Pyetranker wants to know what’s going on. Allegro immediately puts FD phone in Airplane mode (which keeps phone from being deleted remotely). Allegro says that he is confiscating the phone as it is believed the phone will have important information on JD whereabouts. Pyetranker protests and Allegro says they will get a SSW to search the phone and would not search said phone until the SSW was issued. The SSW was issued at 8:50 pm that evening.

the cameras in the lobby catch FD being visibly upset after Allegro takes possession of the phone which was freely offered by FD just a second or so earlier.

I mentioned all the above because I’d bet my bottom dollar that FD called KM right after and told him that LE now has his phone. KM may or may not have been drinking at this point but somehow KM falls and has a concussion while also managing to destroy his own phone as well...

Can I also say well done by Allegro! Well done putting phone immediately in airplane mode and well done in getting the phone before FD could realize he shouldn’t have freely handed it over. Love it!!!!

Pytranker and FD seem incredibly stupid in actually bringing and handing over the phone, if it actually contained any incriminating evidence that they were trying to hide, IMO. One almost suspects that it might have had fake or misleading "evidence," the way they brought it right into the building unasked and handed it over, IMO. As to KM falling and destroying his phone, I would like to know if he sought medical attention or if he just says that he fell. it seems a little fortuitous that he destroyed some phone information just as FD was being interviewed by LE, IMO.

In the Great Lakes area, when we clean fish, we mean we cut off their heads, gut them, scale them and maybe filet them. Not necessarily in that order.
Now, when we hunt, I have only heard the term “dress” an animal. I love to fish. So I have cleaned fish. Hunting is not for me.
So, what term do hunters use?
Especially, if different parts of our country use different terms?
MT is not a native speaker, yet may have grown up hearing terms relating to hunting or fishing from Americans or other nationalities. Where was her horse rehab program? Seems to me in Michigan. Then psychology degree, too. Can’t remember all of her locations and years related to locations.
To me? I wouldn’t be “cleaning” Jennifer. If I took part in dismembering her body, and trying to deny involvement, I would have used a different term. But do hunters “clean” an animal? Was MT inadvertently telling us she wasn’t part of the dismemberment work? But mopping up blood? And someone else had been “cleaning” Jennifer?
It’s a little on the disorganized thought side. Been a long day, sorry. But I hope I’m making myself understood.
Maybe South American native speakers could shed light on the wording MT used.
If this was about any other case, it would read like I’m grasping at straws. But I think translating misused words are clues to the truth. In addition to Freudian slips.

The prosecution probably didn’t even need that tooth in the Frazee trial, but it certainly was nice.

Likewise, I don’t think the prosecution needs any more physical evidence here, but again, it would be nice.

That trash dump was a colossal mistake to end all mistakes. There is absolutely no innocent explanation for it. Jennifer’s blood would have been enough, but they found a hell of a lot more than that.

The case against FD is solid, and can only get stronger in the coming months. And you’re right, we don’t know everything that the prosecution knows at this point.

IDK the answer to your technical question about the passports but I do recall the language used by Judge Blawie in his terms of release paperwork and it referred to, "all passports". I think the process of surrendering the passports to the safekeeping of the Court doesn't mean that the passports are being 'taken away' forever, it just means that the person can't use the passports while they are in the hands of the court.

I do wonder in the Dulos case whether Greece can revoke the passport of Fd and ditto for Turkey (if he has a Turkish passport and citizenship, which we don't know), and then the individual Govt's ask the CT Court for the foreign passports of Fd to be returned to them as they are technically the property of the Govt? Curious questions....

With FD taxidermy experience as a child in Greece, yes unfortunately I think it is a strong possibility he dismembered her body. He probably enjoyed the job- the sicko.
When he is behind bars they need to have a proper celebration of her life.

Given the details in AW3, a possible route for FD and MT trip on Albany would have been:

-coming down Albany EB (warrant states enters Albany camera area from the W, which would make sense coming from 4JC):
-Right on Milford (as per AW3);
-Left on Homestead (MOO starts here),
-down Homestead to Garden,
-L on Garden,
-re-enters camera area on Albany at intersection with Garden, where they see him dump one trash bag on camera (warrant states that "bed is now largely empty of bags")

So he must have dumped some bags during his time off camera.

Then on to his U turn at Center St making him now WB on Albany, with one more dump at Green St to get rid of the last bag.

(I am not local to Hartford and just going off the map for this one. Also, does anyone know the CCTV range in the Albany neighborhood? Do they have cameras on Homestead? Where he went is off surveillance area).

Also in referring to AW3 of FD when describing JD's black Chevy Suburban:
We know that at 6:59 pm on 5/24 NCPD gets a call about JD and responds to her 69 Welles Lane address. Shortly thereafter (it says approximately 7:00 pm) JDs 2017 Black Chevy Suburban is found on Lapham road adjacent to the SW portion of Waveny Park.

The vehicle is empty.
The running lights are on. (I looked at the model of vehicle and this could have simply been a mistake in wiping the vehicle down OR maybe FD didn't know how to operate and accidentally left them on OR it was done on purpose)
There is stain spatter on the passenger side of the vehicle. (no indication of whether it this is inside or outside). IMO probably outside.

So based on that...a lot of what many of you posted pieced altogether seems accurate.

Based on camera surveillance on a man wearing a hoodie and riding a bicycle similar in appearance to a vintage mercier bicycle is seen on Weed Street at approximately 7:30 am. Routes from where the Tacoma was parked (almost identical location to where JD's Suburban was abandoned) would possibly have taken the rider (FD) down Lapham Road, Old Stamford Road and Weed Street.

JD arrives at 69 Welles Lane in her Suburban at 8:05 am.

Speculation based on posters thoughts/ my own thoughts and AWs: The 2014 Range Rover is parked in the middle bay. FD has arrived at residence first. Is waiting outside the garage on the side of it where he cannot be seen by anyone coming down the driveway and approaching the garage. JD opens the garage while still in vehicle. Drives Suburban to the bay left of the Range Rover so that the passenger side of Suburban is next to the driver's side of the Range Rover. JD collects her purse and exits the vehicle and like a lot of us intends to enter the home through the garage mudroom door area and would likely close garage from a panel outside same door. Or she closes the garage door from her vehicle. Either way it doesn't matter because FD is already there having lied in wait for her and is in the garage. Her back is to the garage opening. As she is exiting the vehicle FD attacks her swiftly from behind. Maybe tries initially to restrain her or just outright hits her in the head or upper body with an object. She struggles. This blow does not knock her out. maybe tries to get around the suburban to escape from behind and winds up trapped between the RR and the Suburban (blood spatter would seem to indicate IMHO that this is the case. Several blows to get her to the ground. She is prone now and bleeding and suffering. He zip ties her to keep her from struggling. Maybe says all sorts of hateful awful things to her while doing so. Finds the camping pillows for the kids in the garage and once she is subdued with the zipties smothers her to death in the garage. Then bags her. Then begins the garage clean up. Then loads up all the items including his bike and the bucket and paper towel clean up and finally JD into the Suburban and departs Welles address at 10:25 am. The speculation is ofcourse a quilt of information and the above paragraph is MOO based on what I mentioned at the start of said paragraph.

You can catch and release if you fish and like the thrill. But spear fishing is an art. Survival. Kill to eat.
So it could mean a lot...
But definitely puts her into the same category as tannery business. So maybe she really meant cleaning as in fish cleaning. MT didn’t dismember Jennifer, if in fact she was dismembered. Per her slip. But with your spear fishing reminder, unfortunately I tend to think that’s what happened. FD had the experience and was physically fit to handle dismemberment on his own.
Maybe that is why no body has floated up? Or grave found?
After LE found an ax in FD’s garage, I started thinking maybe he burned her. A piece at a time.

Agree that the likelihood of Albany Ave disposal is low. But IMO there had to be some reason for the extra information added in AW3 about the non camera view section of the Albany trip by Fd and MT. Why would that time period of not being on Hartford Cameras be included in AW3 and is it or isn't it significant? IDK.

Maybe some bags were dropped there, either route but not caught on camera. LE combed the entire area. So not having camera where additional bags were later located by LE could be imperative to tying up a loose end. Chain of custody kind of thing.

All I could get from interview 2 with LE for KM in his AW is that the fall he had down the stairs caused a concussion and caused his phone to be so damaged that it had to be replaced. The fall on 5/25.

I also understand from AW3 of FD that the forensic examination of FD phone which occurred after 8:50pm on 5/25 when the SSW was issued yielded an examination on 5/26 which showed FD to be in the Albany Avenue area on 5/24 in the evening hours.
On 5/27 LE begins canvassing the area which I took to mean looking for cameras etc. witnesses etc...
On 5/30 LE gets a look at C4 cameras that cover the area of the trashbin odyssey of stupidity.
From there it is learned that FD Raptor with individuals resembling MT and FD enters C4 camera range on Albany Avenue at approximately 7:31 pm on 5/24. It shows the Raptor traveling eastbound on Albany Avenue. Several trashbags are seen in Raptor bed of truck.
7:32-7:39 pm Raptor turns SB on Milford street and disappears from C4 camera view.
7:39 pm Raptor reappears on C4 camera and Raptor truck bed is seen now largely being empty of the many trashbags viewed seven minutes prior.
7:40 pm—-now only one bag seen in bed and it is seen being deposited on Green and Albany at 7:41 and IMO is one of only two recovered by LE.
7:47 pm outgoing phone call from FD to KM
7:51 pm Raptor continues down Albany and out of C4 camera view.
8:10 pm Raptor seen on camera (neighbor surveillance) at 4Jax entering driveway and stops and a man exits and checks the mail wearing same clothing and having same appearance as man on C4 camera on Albany Avenue.

we all know the content of the bags recovered from the AW3. I’d have to see the video pics of the Raptor to see what they are talking about when they say they saw SEVERAL trashbags. Think about all the items the found in just the two it appears they recovered. Several. Uggghhhh dismemberment is still a very very real possibility.

Okay, I'm looking at a map. Milford Street immediately sticks out to me because it looks to be exactly the area LE was searching when they blocked streets to go through the dumpsters. Trying to find an article to confirm and currently coming up short.

That being said, according to AW3, the Raptor, when it reappeared after its 7-minute absence, it took a right onto Albany and eventually stopped at Garden to drop the license plates in the storm drain. This means that, wherever FD went and whatever he did in that 7 minutes, he came back onto Albany less than 9 blocks from where he turned off. That seems like a long time to cover that distance.

IIRC, it was said the Raptor stopped ~30 times according to cell phone pings early on. Based on what AW3 says, I would imagine the majority of these stops were in these 7 minutes, which is incredibly unfortunate and explains the amount of time desperately going through MIRA.

Like you keep saying @LittleBitty , it sounds like there were many bags LE wasn't able to recover. How much was contained within those bags if we have this much evidence from only a few bags?

IMO such an important step forward in CT. Will see if the Judiciary Committee has the will to push this initiative forward.

ON THE OTHER HAND, seeing ongoing comments from Atty. P. today on a topic that I believe he chooses to have zero understanding of or appreciation of is disheartening to say the least. But I guess misogynist dinosaurs who only seem to berate FEMALE reporters for doing their jobs will simply never get this dialog about DV and the CT Judiciary.

It was encouraging today to see a CT State Senator with an expansive understanding of DV and how it tragically touched the life of JFd for such a long as well as impacting her 5 children greatly IMO.

Dulos, through his lawyer Norm Pattis, has denied any involvement in the disappearance or death of Jennifer Farber Dulos. Pattis called it a “tragic mystery,” and accused Bergstein of “crisis-mongering.” Hysteria is not a sound basis for public policy,” he said.

To memorialise what I believe to be the profound ignorance of Atty. P. on the topic of DV, all references going forward by me about Atty. P., Pattis and Pattisville will be only in the color purple.

Atty. P. today IMO had the opportunity to step away from his Dulos case narrative and address a serious issue that impacts so many families in the State of CT. But Atty. P. wasn't able to accomplish this very simple task and instead yet again made it all about him and his client while denigrating the efforts of State Senator Bergstein. I do very much wonder if Atty. P. realises the extent of the DV endured over many years by JFd? I'm not sure he either knows or cares as he sees his mission as always defending his client at all costs. It will all eventually come out at trial and Fd will be branded as the serial abuser which he is and always has been and the jury will have no issues IMO seeing clearly the DV cycle at play in the Dulos relationship and family dynamic.

Sadly Atty. P.'s comments today on the issue of DV were very closely aligned with his prior comments regarding longtime DV victim KM STBX where he accused her of seeking her '15 min of fame' after she endured a court hearing regarding her encounter with Fd and ongoing abuse at the hands of her STBX, KM and where her Judge denied her request for a protective order.

Sadly IMO, Atty P./Pattisville simply doesn't want to get what families and children endure when DV is involved. Its sad IMO that in the year 2020 that so called educated professionals (term used quite loosely here in the description of Atty. P.!) such as Atty. P. revert to usage of words such as 'hysteria' when referring to the efforts of a State Senator who is making an effort to move dialog forward in CT on the topic of DV.

The comments today from Atty. P. were IMO moronic and tone deaf at a minimum, to say nothing of being disappointing to hear from a Member of the CT Bar. Why not simply stay silent?

wonder if the Gun Club grave was one of several... to mislead. I also think it is weird that the gun club grave was filled in- did they have a trail camera or some tip that it was discovered? Or was it used for some period of time? Lastly, I think the gun club grave was KM's idea. It was pre-planned and methodical and I think that FD more likely did something more violent and abrupt, just IMO.

When the grave was discovered the grates were moved and the twigs and stuff covering it was moved. IMO if the perps came back to that site and found it disturbed, it would have been abandoned and another place located. The bags of lime were gone but I don’t think they said anything about the tarp. After May 31st it was all covered up and back to normal.

I wonder if they found another spot to bury JFd or if something else was done. I also think it could have been for Mawhinney’s wife or both as some others have suggested. AMOO.
