For what it's worth, I don't think FD washed his hands at JFd's house; I think he was GETTING WATER to assist with the clean up. I think he took the gloves off because they were covered in blood.

Those zip ties say a lot. Restraint. Premeditation. I hope it's not true but the end must have been tortuous. He's all about control....

It's possible he used the zip ties for transport... but as we've seen too often, there's something about domestic violence and sexual assault in these partner homicides...

If the zip ties that LE recovered were unhitched (as in unused), they could be the extras, just got bloodied during the assault. If however they were hitched, and cut, why would he remove them? My mind goes to dark places....

I wonder what all was in his kill kit. We can assume he had one. Because it included zip ties. And two pairs of gloves. A tarp. Did it include a weapon? A clear poncho apparently. What else? What he didn't have was a shovel, cement. Which means he had a disposal site prepared. IMO

The poncho.

I shudder to think that JFd may have had a nightmare moment, seeing him wearing a clear oversuit, realizing what horror would follow.

I am sick that he's out on bail.

Work. I can't believe he's free to move about, for work. What work could he possibly be doing????? Who could possibly be willing to work with him at this point????

That he's living in JFd's house is just plain obscene.

IMO IMO

Beat up in jail? Detox? Panic Attack? What are other possibilities?
Maybe she refused to eat or drink. She's very thin, IMO.
Could have been throwing up knowing she is gonna be toast.
Could just be dehydrated.
But I'm thinking a panic attack.

So if (hypothetically) MT was transported to the hospital Bc her bondsman was concerned about possible MT drug use and she was tested for said drug use...if she tested positive could the bondsman change his mind about bail?
Im shocked drug and alcohol tests aren’t a regular part of the bond for both of them whether they are under house arrest or not. They shouldn’t be allowed to have a sip of alcohol or take any drugs (assuming either one does) while they are out under house arrest.

“We are looking forward to the process of now defending this case going forward in court”— Attorney Kevin Smith spoke shortly before Dulos walked out of #Stamford court.

Interesting -- still wearing her yellow jail suit too.

Again, Michelle Troconis has posted bond but is not walking out the courthouse with her attorney. Andrew Bowman already left. As did her family. Troconis was taken to the hospital. A source tells me she was not doing well and needed to be checked out. @News12CT

What the heck can he give a bondsman for collateral
My thoughts exactly. There must be something unique to CT pretrial release because, given his bleak financial picture, he doesn't have access to a half a million dollars plus six million in collateral. Does CT not require collateral for criminal bonds? In most states where collateral is not required, courts are very, very reluctant to release first degree murder defendants at all, because there is no one on the hook if the defendant flees.

Unless someone else posted the necessary collateral, what surety company would be foolish enough to underwrite this bond. Who is Dulos' benefactor and what is the source of the bond money? His financial situation is wholly inconsistent with his ability to post a half a million dollar bond, regardless of how much collateral may or may not have been required.

Anyone have any idea WHO? And was the family friend in Greece, perhaps? Wonder if it was someone with access to FD's stash over there, IMO.
What about the friend from Greece, Andreas?

Bondsmen concerned about substance use and requiring a drug test or concern about self-harm. She didn't look sick walking into the hospital as she was walking fast and furious.

She could have those tests in jail. No need to go to a hospital. IMO. She’s faking something.

@WFSBnews

Fotis Dulos has been released on bond. A source tells Eyewitness News a family friend put up a portion of the money he needed to be released: https://tinyurl.com/u2bpzg8

This is such a dog and pony show between the press and FD & his attorney's. While I was waiting to see them to exit the courthouse, the live feed showed people coming in and out of the court house by using the side concrete ramp over towards the parking garage. When FD and the attorney exited they walked right down the stairs and then right through the group of press folks.

Who does that???

MICHELLE TROCONIS: Here are a couple screen grabs from our video of Michelle Troconis arriving at Stamford Hospital. A source told me she was unstable and needed to be checked out. ⁦@News12CT

Funny how now MT is “unstable.” Oh poor misunderstood Michelle. Is it dawning on you yet? Has it sunk in? You’ve been charged with conspiracy to commit murder? And there’s loads of evidence. And proof that you lied to LE in all three of your interviews. Is it scary for you now? Can you imagine how scary it was for sweet Jennifer to be killed? You will be going to jail. For a long time. Has it sunk in yet? Do the right thing and Tell what you know and take a plea if it can still be offered to you. You can’t hide behind your silly IG Patagonia posts anymore and your family can’t keep you from being found guilty in a court of law. Time for you to tell the truth. All of it. No matter how it impacts your future and your freedom. You’ll get no sympathy from any of us.

But WHY was she transported via police? Unusual "medical transport" unless the first responders/cops declared her an EDP @ the courthouse & they are paramedics!
Standard behavior would be: 911 call & FD rescue response!

I agree. There are a whole host of weird decisions that were made.

Biking to her home on the antique bike (with the 70s handlebars) --in terms of energy and being seen.
No gloves at the home.
Talking to his employee about getting new seats. Insisting and sternly talking to him about it.
Not recognizing that there are license plate readers on the Merritt.
Leaving his phone at home, arranging the alibi call and it only lasting 17 seconds among two co-conspirators who didn't want to answer.
MT having her alibi photo with the spill robot from Stop and Shop.
The discarding of evidence all over that road in Hartford and thinking that the multiple stops would go unnoticed. (He has been really lucky that the crack dealer gave the knife to someone and they haven't found it yet.)
Meeting with KM's ex and pushing things til it crossed the line.
Showing up for visitation at the home rather than at the regular meeting place, thumbing his nose at the court orders.

I am sure there is more
Yikes, first I am hearing of a knife, makes sense with the amount of blood they found cleaned up and rolls and rolls of paper towels. I think his time had just run out for planning and he was just going to go for it and he was so sure he could make it look like she was abducted at Waveny on her morning run near a major road - Merritt Pkway. But time ran out, he got sloppy, didn't plan all the details perfectly. Was just so arrogant that he could do this no problem, he could fool all the investigators after all he is FD. Then when things went wrong he figured no body no ability to charge him. Just such a sicko. Poor JD and her family. The judge in her divorce case should be ashamed of herself and have horrible nightmares. Not getting it, and believing her case, just being enamored with this horrible creature of a man/child she married.....
