For what it's worth, I don't think FD washed his hands at JFd's house; I think he was GETTING WATER to assist with the clean up. I think he took the gloves off because they were covered in blood.

Those zip ties say a lot. Restraint. Premeditation. I hope it's not true but the end must have been tortuous. He's all about control....

It's possible he used the zip ties for transport... but as we've seen too often, there's something about domestic violence and sexual assault in these partner homicides...

If the zip ties that LE recovered were unhitched (as in unused), they could be the extras, just got bloodied during the assault. If however they were hitched, and cut, why would he remove them? My mind goes to dark places....

I wonder what all was in his kill kit. We can assume he had one. Because it included zip ties. And two pairs of gloves. A tarp. Did it include a weapon? A clear poncho apparently. What else? What he didn't have was a shovel, cement. Which means he had a disposal site prepared. IMO

The poncho.

I shudder to think that JFd may have had a nightmare moment, seeing him wearing a clear oversuit, realizing what horror would follow.

I am sick that he's out on bail.

Work. I can't believe he's free to move about, for work. What work could he possibly be doing????? Who could possibly be willing to work with him at this point????

That he's living in JFd's house is just plain obscene.

IMO IMO
Remember, according to the evidence in the AW at some time both FD & MT were NOT we wearing gloves because their fingerprints were found on tape in the trash bags WITH JD’s DNA

Again I say the judge in this case should be removed, failure to protect JD. Obvious statements of fear of FD were ignored as exaggerations. Who would exaggerate about fear, sorry no one.....Judges need to believe women when they say they are afraid to press charges exactly what she told this judge several times. Yet was never listened to, instead he was getting expanded custody rights - CRAZY!
And it was a female judge.

Love the The Stooges comment!

Livestream

wfsb has livestream up waiting for FD to arrive at home. Not sure how he is not home yet? Its not a 2 hour drive.

Well said.

I really think MT either finally became aware that she's in deep doodoo ("wow, they did get my DNA - I can't lie through that one"), and can't lie and laugh this one off with more dead animal skins, AND/or she's still being the actress she has been all her life, trying to get sympathy.

There's no doubt she was fully in on the planning. She'll need to get used to jail life, as she'll be spending a significant part of her life in there.
One thing MT is not going to get from anyone outside of her immediate family is sympathy.

She will be extremely fortunate to get a sentence of under 10 years, IMHO.

If she didn't know the depth of the doo-doo she was in before, she must be a bit clearer about that now. MOO

Pregnancy??? Please no.

Doubtful, she’s 45....though possible

IF the reporter's source is correct that she is "unstable," then I agree that would be why she was brought to the hospital accompanied by police, etc.

It is wrong if I hope she had a epic- giant - tantrum, flailing and screaming ... thus deemed - unstable ...

Geez I wonder if he took one of the BBQ Grills from the house? and used it? They are easily removable, made of metal and very sturdy and not too long. There were found at the Hunting Club potential grave site.....
Wondering the same thing.

Definitely the one he needs. Could it have a smirk sensor, too?
Love that. I bet psychologists could have a field day with a smirk record and what it means, LOL.

MT, you can't say FD never gave you anything. Check out this fancy new bracelet, thanks to being with him!

MOO Were any valuables such as jewelry etc missing from Jennifer’s home after the murder? And the furnishings in the home FD and his relatives are squatting in - is there anything of value left? Are they Selling off stuff to pay everyday living expenses or did the relatives come with plenty of money? What happened to the two automobiles that were shipped from Greece?

  • #353
Especially since she had already bonded out...her Mom and Sister could have taken her to the hospital. But no...she gets special treatment with four cop cars and the press trailing her. I am seriously sick of these three stooges.
Again: behavior contrary to EMS protocol, IF she were felt to be an EDP, traveling in a city vehicle UNRESTRAINED & UNMONITERED is a huge liability! As a "liberated by bond" person, Mom et al could have delivered her without the parade!

  • #354
And if he dismembered her, he could have very well also put her into the bags. The amount of bags and the amount of blood noted on the bags and items within could very well indicate that body parts were also in the bags as well. This could be information that is being withheld for trail. JMO, jmo, jmo.
Good points.

That was my first thougt as well, why did the police take her? And not just one police car. Several.
They probably don't trust her - and they shouldn't! She may well have had some sort of escape plan ahead of time.

Why can't the electric company shut off the electricity or the oil company or gas company stop delivering or providing oil or gas for heat...the water can be shut off...numerous numerous things 'can' be done to make that house uninhabitable and if I was GF and her attorneys, I would stop at NOTHING to make sure he had no water, heat or electricity, no phones, no internet, ZIPPO.

That giant mansion would be reduced to nothing more than a glorified cardboard box, which is where jobless, penniless, homeless bums 'live' ..legal or illegal if he was my 'son in law' that guy would have zero utilities or comfort on my dime.

Been following this case from the start. New member.

I’m just astonished how people can go from living a good standard of life to becoming murderers. That aspect always blew my mind.
And that’s not taking 5 kids into consideration. Sure divorce can be ugly, but why not be a man and walk away from it for the sake of the kids, for some sort of normalcy. Rebuild and Reinvent yourself.

Did any of them actually think that life would be jolly after this ???

I think he had a plan that went off rails at some point. This explains the messy clean up and the dumping of the bags. If he was good enough to hide the body so far, I think the bag disposal was a sign of a ruined plan and desperation.

Fotis Dulos' attorney discusses case, murder charges, more
Fotis Dulos has since been taken into custody on charges of murder and kidnapping in the apparent death of his estranged wife and held on a $6 million bond. He is expected to post bond.

Fotis Dulos’ attorney, Norm Pattis, believes the chances of his client beating this crime are “excellent.”

“He is determined to fight for his innocence,” Pattis told PIX11’s Anthony DiLorenzo.
Does the kidnapping charge mean that he took her alive from her home and killed her elsewhere? Also could he have sedated her - I have not heard any discussion about that possibility.

Absolutely. If she fully cooperated, then I’d still be annoyed about a 10 year sentence. Unless she gives up the body (if she even knows) she deserves 25 years atleast.

She had her chance, and told lie after lie over multiple interviews (her credibility is shot). She’s in huge trouble, and deserves everything she has coming to her.

Unless poor JD was cut up into pieces as has been done before. Then the zip ties not needed. Maybe they spread the remains somewhere? He did have knowledge of taxidermy from his childhood in Greece, according to easier posts.

The zip ties - which had Jennifer's blood and DNA on them - were used right on her body, thus the kidnapping charge. She was most likely alive when they were used, per LE. It's likely he intended to kidnap her to either get money and/or information and some sort of deal from her - as well as scare and/or torture her.

Maybe he wore a mask, as well, when at her house.

He likely intended to kidnap/abuse/get money from her parents or all of the above, and then kill her - it might just have happened faster than he had intended.
