So, NP says he received the info on Fd's 3rd arrest and immediately drove to 4JC about 45-50 minutes from his office in New Haven.

Are we to assume that NP withheld that info from Fd until NP arrived at 4JC?

Or, Are we to assume that NP immediately called Fd once NP received the info?

Pros and Cons of each course of action.

IF Fd had a 60 minute head start by the time LE arrived at 4JC, then Why did he not try and flee? Surely Fd has an 'escape plan' in place, right?

Even KM took off.

IMO.

No escape plan bc FD knows he will beat this murder charge, get the kids and all the money. No question in his mind at all.

From search warrants - confirmation that LE was able to find blood on the Welles garage floor and on the Suburban - this closes the loop on the bleach discussion possibly damaging evidence in Welles garage that we had the other night.

Run ins with KM or gas can man? Gas can man has a clean record other than some traffic tickets. Just sayin.

Not what I recall from early threads. Police run ins do not cover traffic tickets. IMO. Might be good to double check.

According to this search warrant, Jennifer Dulos called New Canaan police about Fotis Dulos back in Aug. 2017 following a dispute. No arrests made. The nanny also told police about a couple potential physical incidents between them.

This is what I hope.

But we must ACT as well. Every single voice must be raised to push
ACTION. And it starts with the first step.
CT democratic legislative members have already drafted bills addressing DV. We must ACT to support them. Let them know that we applaud them, support their work on DV and let them know that is what we, the people, want to see: those bills passed and implemented.
