Evidence of premeditation and cover-up... Good thing they seem to have forgotten about their backup.

... At 10:25 AM, Jennifer's Chevrolet Suburban was shown leaving the residence - investigators believe at this time Jennifer was not operating the vehicle and was likely seriously injured or deceased.

Pattis: “We’re beginning our review of the warrants and are relieved to see that the state police were listening to what we had to say. The state dropped its theory that Mr. Dulos was motivated by animus regarding the divorce because it learned we were right — there was no such motive. I am stunned that the police never asked to speak to Mr Dulos. We may well have been able to persuade them to drop the case altogether. We would have sat for an interview. We’re looking forward to the trial and will press for one as quickly as possible

There is 40 minutes the Suspect is unaccounted for after Waveny Park.

I'm certain I don't want to know, but when field dressing a doe, what do hunters do with the parts they don't keep? Do they dispose of them on site? At home? Do they burn it? What's the most efficient way to reduce it?

JMO but I'm guessing FD stopped at nothing.

JMO JMO JMO
They gut the deer. If you don't, the meat goes bad. My daddy killed many deer. We weren't very well off financially. He fed our family. Besides guts, entire carcass is brought home. Deer is left hanging to dry age a bit then deer is skinned and the meat is cut. There is no dismemberment. Carcass goes into woods afterwards. IME.

Wow!

IMO FD and Patter WANTED KM to flee or do something stupid to diminish or eliminate his viability as an effective witness for the prosecution. KM is lucky he didn't end up dead, and I think that is exactly what FD wanted. No ethical lawyer would have ever, ever, ever been a part of that call. It is one of the most unethical acts, in a series of them, that I have seen in recent times. Too bad Dulos' genius plan failed. Again.

Blood spatter and other evidence is also located on the exterior and interior of the abandoned black Suburban as well as the rear cargo area.

Reading the warrants.

Important new piece of info: JDs phone arrived Waveny at 10:38am. Last activity 11:09am at Waveny after that no longer on Network.

Took him 30 minutes to maneuver vehicles, make body transfer, other transfers, and remember to kill the phone.

Looks like an active digital clean up effort was attempted by both Fd and MT.

Password Harakiri? Ancient Samurai honor of self inflicted stomach sword mutilation and death.
FD has got something about death, dismemberment, disembowelment. As a child, the tanning business must have really affected him. Until his natural revulsion was stymied by family members. He was not allowed to express the horror, but was beat into submission that it’s ok. It’s just business.
Adult Children of Alcoholics exhibit many of these symptoms. No, I’m not anything related to psychology etc. Just my own experiences and exposure to unhealthy, unstable people. In all walks of life.
FD can’t help it if that’s the case. He’d have to admit the problem first, accept it, seek professional help in an effort to overcome it. The best he could hope for is getting better. No ACA gets cured. They strive to get better.
This is so convoluted.

I am amazed that Jennifer was still paying for the landline Fd at MT were using at 4JX. He couldn’t even pay for his own phone?

Did MT go with LE to one of the homes after the murder? I can't spend time on the SW right now, so if someone comes across what was done at that time, could you please post it?

Yes! That’s the info. Thank you kim! Were you the OP of this info?

Wonder if KM called his cousin begging for help? Did cousin call police immediately to tell them who was on his way to Mass? NO WAY would I be interested in harboring a fugitive.

What is done with the entrails, etc, when the deer is gutted? Ate they left there on the ground, or disposed of in a way which won’t attract wild animals?

Anybody looking at #6 on page 3...What the Heck!
I'll have to look at that one....

but I did notice on page #3 of 8 on 06/05/2019, that the last listing on the places of blood noticed it says "A cellular telephone and tablet on the master bedroom stand"...??? This is the first I've read about anything relating to the master bedroom. Have I missed something or is this new??

I caught that as well. There are warrants for, at my count so far, 2 different numbers for JD.

I think the squirrel on his neck has chewed through the skull and has infiltrated the brain matter.
Blah blah blah.

News flash: Establishing motive is not required to prove guilt. Helpful, but not required.

There are plenty of peeps with no known motive serving time.

And Norm, who apparently does not understand the term “theory”, may also be unable to recognize “animus”.

Malignant Narcissism/Sociopathy/Psychopathy cannot be fixed. It's a character disorder. Can't fix bad character. No medication for it. People on this spectrum don't believe there is anything wrong with them. Many professionals will not waste their time on such a person. Adult Children of Alcoholics have an illness that can be managed. Most likely C=PTSD. MOO.
