Many incidences of Fd/JFd verbal altercations, physical assault via trying to run JFd over with vehicle and statement by LA that various incidents were NOT reported to LE including Fd chasing JFd inside the house.

Just because JFd's name was on the account, does not indicate that she was the one paying the bill.

No way in H e double hockey sticks was she paying that bill and IMO, never paid that bill.

That number has been the FORE Land Line number since 2004.

JFd may not have even remembered that the account was in her name when she left 4JC in 2017.

Everyone in this case had iPhones, iPads, Macs, etc and could communicate with iMessage quicker than calling a Land Line for a person that may not even be there to receive the call. You know, because Fd likes to travel 10 days a month and spends all his time skiing.

Today the Search Warrant Dump was over 450 pages and of the handful of bullet points presented in the below article we see YET AGAIN the reference to the discredited and now SEALED report from Family Court which was TOSSED by Judge Heller by Dr. Herman.

Can't you just hear the text now possibly sent by Atty. P. or a minion to DA,

Atty. P.: "Hey Dave, need a favour can you add a paragraph about the Herman report in your article today about the Search Warrants".

DA: "Sure Norm, no biggie, anything for my buddy! You are buying a round or two the next time we get together"!

Search warrants reveal a horrific crime scene at the home of Jennifer Farber Dulos

The warrants released Wednesday contained information already made public in the three arrest warrant affidavits issued for Dulos and his then-girlfriend Michelle Troconis since their first arrest on June 1 in connection with Farber Dulos’ disappearance but also there were new details of the investigation including:

• The nanny for the couple’s five children told police that Fotis Dulos tried to hit his estranged wife with his vehicle and also chased her through their home in the summer of 2017. Lauren Almeida told police she witnessed Dulos chase his wife through the house. "She finally came running into the bedroom and slammed the door closed. She braced herself against the door as her husband kept pounding trying to open it. He seemed to calm down when he realized Almeida and one of his children were also in the room,” the documents said. In June 2017, Almeida told police she found Farber Dulos crying in the driveway of her home. “Jennifer said that her husband tried to hit her with his vehicle and she needed to jump out of the way.”
• On May 17, Troconis got into an accident driving a Chevy Suburban owned by Fore Group Inc., Dulos’ construction company, that damaged the left front of the car. Police obtained a surveillance video from a home on Thurton Drive that showed a Chevy Suburban with similar damage parked on the street. The vehicle was parked about 600 feet from a wooded area that leads to the back of Farber Dulos’ home. Sources said state police impounded the vehicle from a car dealership that was fixing the accident damage and found a WeatherTech floor liner with blood-like stains on it.
• Surveillance footage in Hartford’s North End shows two people, believed by investigators to be Dulos and Troconis, dumping garbage bags into trash cans. At one site, investigators wrote in the warrants, the suspects are seen “disposing of a rug.” Sources told the Courant that state police were searching for a mat or piece of carpet that was propped up against Milagro’s restaurant on Albany Avenue, not far from the area where investigators found bloody evidence tied to Farber Dulos that was tossed in garbage cans. Surveillance footage shows a man walking near a black Ford Raptor, grabbing a dark piece of mat or carpet and then leaning it against the restaurant.
• Investigators received a call not long after the arrests of Dulos and Troconis in June from a technology consultant for Dulos who told investigators that on May 30, Troconis called to ask him for help with her phone and computer, and that he backed up information on both to an external hard drive. He told investigators that he backed up photographs from Troconis’ phone to the hard drive, which she said she was turning over to her attorney. The consultant did not know what was in the photographs. The consultant mentioned to Troconis it must be tough “on Fotis with Jennifer missing,” and he told investigators that she gave him a “weird look” in response. The consultant told investigators that Dulos had an online file backup service called Backblaze that he still had access to at the time of his arrest. Investigators asked the company to preserve any records.
• State police requested all records from the court-appointed monitor that was present whenever Dulos had a visitation with his five children. Police were especially interested in the notes from a May 22 visit where Dulos came back to the Welles Lane home and ate dinner with the children on the back patio. The monitor told state police that Dulos never went into the house that day and said they never left Dulos unsupervised with his children. State police have said they found Dulos’ DNA on the inside knob of the mudroom door.
• Police also obtained a copy of a secret custodial evaluation report that had just been completed by New York psychiatrist Dr. Stephen P. Herman. State police wanted to try and understand Farber Dulos’ state of mind. “The custodial evaluation will assist us by providing valuable insight into more personal details of Jennifer that her family and friends do not know. Specifically, the report may indicate if Jennifer was likely or capable of hurting herself or it may strongly dispute that idea thus indicating the blood found inside Jennifer’s garage may have been due to Jennifer having been assaulted and taken against her will,” the search warrant said.
• Farber Dulos’ cell records show the last person she talked with was Almeida shortly before 8 a.m. Data showed that her cellphone was in the vicinity of Waveny Park for nearly 40 minutes on the morning she disappeared in the area where her Chevy Suburban was found and other videos had showed a red Toyota truck parked earlier. Police believe Dulos drove that red truck, which belonged to an employee, from Farmington to New Canaan on the morning of May 24. Three minutes after Farber Dulos’ phone disconnected from the network, the red truck is spotted driving north on the Merritt Parkway headed back to Farmington.

Oh my! Here is the Atty. P. response to the Search Warrants. Wonder if he had read the SWs prior to issuing the below statement:

“A preliminary review of the warrant leaves us relieved and saddened. We’re relieved that there is nothing we didn’t expect or have heard about; saddened because it’s obvious the state police really have no idea what became of Jennifer," said Dulos’ attorney, Norm Pattis. “This remains an open case in our view.”

Pattis denied the accusations by Almeida that she had witnessed possible domestic violence incidents. [BBM]

Not content to simply deny the claims of LA, Atty. P. had to go just one extra step to denigrate and diminish her as follows:

“Mr. Dulos denies the fanciful claims of the nanny. He never harmed nor sought to harm Jennifer,” Pattis said.

I drove into Thurton Drive today and stopped at the cul de sac at the end of the road. You can clearly see the rear side of 69 Welles Lane ...its a very short walk. In the spring it would probably be more dense with foliage, at this time of the year it was very open. Probably a 5 minute walk, probably less.

Those are the woods that I grew up playing in and making forts in. Easy terrain and easy walk to Welles.

Since the footage comes from the first house on the street, if the Suburban was on Thurton going toward the dead end, they must have the time stamps of the vehicle going down the street and leaving. Even though it is not in the warrant, it makes no sense if they don't have it or even a time lapse of the vehicle entering and exiting if the video surveillance didn't have the correct time. They said the quality was not great, but, maybe they also have a vague idea of who the driver is.

I wonder if the Suburban was there in case there was trouble as an escape option in case things did not go as planned or was dropping off Fd (but that leaves a hole about the bike, so it doesn't make sense) or was picking up the bike. If Fd went down Thurton on his bike, would the surveillance have gotten him as well? Didn't the red truck have the bike in the back on the Merritt? Maybe the Suburban was doing clean up and hauling the bike, hence the blood.

The warrant doesn't say the vehicle was parked as the Hartford Courant article states. It is vague and says footage

I can't find it now but someone thought Michelle has been wearing Converse Chuck Taylors on the day of her first arrest and she was, red ones, low tops. I noticed it back then because it seemed later that day she had managed to change into different sneakers. Did police seize the first pair or did she go change? Also she seemed to be seething with jealousy of the superior in every way, kindhearted Jennifer. She styled her hair after her, wouldn't surprise me if she tried to wear same sneakers, etc. MT is a very insecure and pathological woman who only goes after rich men who are committed to others. She validates her weak and empty self by stealing them away. MOOO.

There’s 2 houses on Thurton whose security cameras might easily pick up someone in the woods behind JDs place, and you can see JDs house through the woods from the Thurton cul de sac.

No wonder why, btw, all the word salad from MT when she was interviewed by LE. She's involved far more than can be explained away. She had no idea what they were doing on Albany Avenue on 5/24? Just on the phone zoned out with her friend Petu? Didn't know what was in the bags? Probably didn't hear the phone call from FD to KM at 7:47pm. Glad that they marked the trashbin odyssey of stupidity with a trip to Starbucks. Makes the whole thing look even more heartless and awful, whether they intended that as an alibi or not.
To a jury it looks like a killer and his paramour (who was his conspirator in murder) treating this like it was an ordinary day grabbing snacks from the coffee shop. So much of what will be presented at trial will show these two to be absolutely callous, evil and guilty.

I am still just overwhelmed and stunned by all of the blood evidence. I just hope JD didn't suffer very long because we know she did suffer. Just hope that it was not an extended period of time. Bless her heart.

The search warrant where the Chuck Taylors were listed was for 4JC. This was extremely early in the game (5/31) and they were likely trying to match the clothes and shoes worn on the Albany Ave video cameras with those in the home of FD and MT. They also listed the hat FD was wearing and the shirt, which was likely gleaned from the videos. The Albany cameras appear to be so good that they can pick up these kind of details. If they could find these items in 4JC, it would tie them to the Raptor drops.

The Chuck Taylors don't mean that those were the footprints mentioned in the garage and in other warrants. It may just mean that they were seeking those shoes to tie MT to the Raptor video on Albany.
Not only did she go ahead and tell them it was her in the Raptor that night in her interview, but they didn't take the Chuck Taylors into evidence, because MT did them one better- she had them on her feet when they arrived to take her for her DNA sample! And she continued to wear them!

Apparently that was FD's account, just not using his own name. Sneaky. It says on item 17 on page 6 from the 7-18 warrant that Fotis Dulos used the account with the username 'gvidallet' for backup.

Perhaps he intended to "hide" things this way?

As we know , MT had alibi / pictures of herself the morning of murder posing, running errands , returning purse etc . Time frame was established that she couldn’t have made it to crime scene and back .

KM and FD communicated the night before the murder, is it possible the conversation was regarding KM using the Suburban and did he meet FD and switch his car for Suburban the night before the murder with the altered plates attached . Did they meet when FD went out to get more meat for his dinner party ?

OR

KM was at FD’s Office the morning of the murder . When KM left did he hop in the Suburban and high tail it to JD’s house and thus , that was him in Suburban?

I stated in an earlier post that (maybe) the altered plates were never used on the Tacoma like we had thought .

I was Thinking about it further and it makes sense .

FD wouldn’t need to alter the plates on a Truck that wasn’t his. However , He would want to alter plates on a car that he owned to hide it’s ownership and /or familiarity To anyone that might recognize it.

I’m thinking the altered plates were on Suburban driven by KM .

These warrants are riveting. LE really outdid itself with this investigation. It appears that Mr. Patter may have not chosen the best tactic in prematurely announcing that stupid alibi.

THIS is why he is a bad defender; a good one would never, ever have announced a defense like that base solely on his client's "word." The failure to investigate a defense fully before opening one's mouth is plain old bad lawyering.

It is a also rookie mistake that Gerry Spence used to warn his students about until he lost his voice. I am now more fully convinced that Patter's claimed ties to Spence are more BS. To think that Patter is going to help convict Dulos; How ironic!

Exactly at the car wash. Because putting vague and wrong information on a form somehow counters any video surveillance that might be collected.
I love how in this case it is just mounds upon mounds of camera surveillance/footage.
You can leave your cell phone at home. Set up two pretty weak alibis. Have a paramour who is stupid as she is greedy and evil to be your partner in crime. Associate an attorney with all sorts of issues to help carry out your plans. Use your employee's Tacoma. Park your Tacoma where you believe it won't be spotted near the park. (LOL at the bus camera footage LE got there). Use your vintage bike and wear a hoodie. Dump trash in a seedy part of town. But keep your phones with you because you think it won't matter and you know that JD has now been reported missing. Wear a baseball cap...you can do all of this but it doesn't matter because cameras are everywhere. Shave your head and probably other body parts before the crime. Set up fake accounts ect...write out alibi scripts...

NOne of what FD did or planned for accounted at all for the cameras everywhere. Even on the neighborhood streets surrounding JDs home. Even those.

No matter how well a person (persons) try to cover their tracks, they always leave something behind. And boy did FD and boy did MT and KM to a lesser extent. No matter what brains or lack thereof only get you so far and luck always runs out.

So grateful we have this place to post on and share our theories and thoughts.
The amount of evidence is overwhelming.
How all three (FD, MT and KM) were involved (to what extent, where, why, when, how, what) I am positive that LE has put together in such a way as to be incredibly damning for all three.

Clearly, lots of stuff to theorize from the last batch of AWs and today's SW bombshell. Lots to think about as it pertains to the timeline and to the co-conspirators.

I am just overwhelmed by the sheer amount of blood evidence. So much blood. There is absolutely no way this is anything other than a homicide. There is just no way that JD "disappeared" herself. It doesn't follow. Nor is this some kind of coincidental suicide or frame up. None of that follows with the evidence sought and the evidence collected.

It doesn't change much for me about my original theory of the case which has evolved somewhat. Based on the information in the AWs and timeline and such.

But it is all incredibly damning. It also clues you into how dumb all three are. Particularly FD and MT. MT was given multiple opportunities to change the narrative for herself via the police. They tried to give her openings that she was forced into all this and forced to participate. She gave them the opposite. Just more lies and word salad. And the bare minimum of actual truth once LE showed her how bad the whole situation was. And had to continue to show her that they had more knowledge than she understood.

I do hope KM is able to work with LE but imo, LE knows what, when, why how and where all three were on 5/24 and has ample evidence on all three. It would be to his benefit to cooperate but its not going to mean that he gets an out of jail free card or anything. All three are headed to the place they deserve to be which is behind bars.

Justice for Jennifer. May your light and love you shared on this earth always live on through your loved ones. You were brave and wonderful and courageous. You were a wonderful mother and daughter and sister and friend and you will not be forgotten. NO matter how hard anyone tries you will not be forgotten and your death will be avenged. You will have Justice. And your loved ones will have answers.

This is wonderful—exactly. I’m aghast at what they did and at their arrogance thinking they’d get away with it; so grateful and impressed with the massive, detailed, and time-consuming work LE did; and so glad for all of those like you here for Justice for Jennifer.
