Happy MLK Day everyone. So I had been working on compiling a new timeline (adding to the one a did a few months ago which would also incorporate AW3 for MT and FD as well as the AW for MK and the SWs) BUT since it is ever evolving and likely will include more documents in the next several weeks and months I decided instead to summarize the SWs for y'all instead.
I hope this is helpful, as I feel like there is some confusion about the AWs and the SWs and certain questions about them. This is to help facilitate more theories and discussion.
Each individual SW will be listed by me and numbered as some relate back to different SWs (ie the Tower Dump information). All contain similar facts laid out in the AWs 1-3 for MT and FD. Nothing really relates to KM at all. If there is specific information that is different in each one that information will be included.
Keep in mind all SWs say "not to exceed 14 days from time of the SW date."
Each of my five posts will contain approximately 10 of the 49 total SWs. This is post number one of 5.
SEARCH WARRANTS for Police Case No. 190006190
1. SW for any telephone account information associated with Comcast Corporation telephone #
--xxxx from dates May 2018 until 10/2/19. (Not gonna put the actual phone numbers here)
Date of SW 10/2/19
That on 9/23/19 Debby Cello (Farmington resident) stated that she had received a phone call in which the caller asked, "Can I speak with Fotis Dulos?" DC doesn't know FD at all and is only familiar with the name because of the disappearance of JFd in the news. DC asked the caller to identify himself and he claimed to be from PayPal. DC asked what number PayPal was dialing and caller confirmed that it was DC's residential number--xxxx. DC had purchased a Comcase xfinity bundle package in July 2018 and had a phone installed at her residence she never used, kept in her master bedroom with the ringer on low. It was only as a backup in case she lost electricity. After the call, DC checked the vm on that number and found approximately 80 vms. She listened to some and they were for FD and went back as far as July 2018.
Comcast was contacted by LE on 9/30/19 and it was confirmed it was a Comcast telephone number and that it was associated with Fotis Dulos.
2. SW for Sirius XM radio account associated with JFd and her 2017 Black Chevy Suburban. Covers the date of 5/24/19.
SW dated 7/18/19
Possible blood evidence was found in the vehicle by WDMCS van. It was located abandoned at approximately 200 Lapham Road just north of Merritt Parkway along the west perimeter of Waveny Park.
It is found that JFd cell phone disconnected at 11:09am at this location. The red Toyota Tacoma was seen on camera traveling North bound on Merritt Parkway just north of exit 37 at 11:12am.
This means there is a 40 minute gap between the time JFd Chevy was seen on camera leaving her residence (69 Welles Lane) at 10:25am until JFd cell phone disconnected at 11:09am.
3. SW for Sirius radio account information associated with Fotis Dulos, for 2014 black Ford F-150 SVT Raptor to cover dates from 3/20/19 through 7/18/19.
Date of SW: 7/18/19
4. SW for Apple iCloud account ID: [email protected] associated with JFd phone number--xxxx
Date of SW: 7/18/19
Language in SW: "LE is aware that FD, used an Apple device as his primary cell and was known to be in two way communications (since at least 3/20/19 with the court ordered supervised visitation) with JFd on a regular basis via iMessage thread, exchange of photos (metadata), audio/video clips, ect..
This is all to do with the custody arrangement as we would all expect JFd and FD to communicate.
5. SW for Backblaze account [email protected] to cover dates 3/20/19 through 7/18/19.
Date of SW: 7/18/19
On 6/2/19 at 1335 hours Affiant Patten (LE) received a call from Dean Batchelder, a technology consultant for FD for the last 10 years. On 5/30/19, DB received a call from MT asking for assistance with MT phone and MT computer. On 5/31/19 DB (came to 4Jax) and assisted with a time machine backup of MT phone/computer to a 1 TB external drive. DB backed up images on MT phone to the external drive and then deleted the images off MT phone. MT told DB she would be turning the external drive over to her attorney. DB was unsure of the content of the images but that MT seemed mostly concerned with photos of her daughter on the internet. MT had already taken down her Facebook page prior to DB arrival.
DB also informed LE Patten that FD uses an online file backup service called Backblaze with username [email protected] (Password: harakiri091011)
DB states he still has access to Backblaze (not sure if that meant DB and/or DB and FD). DB stated that when he was at 4Jax helping MT he said to her, "This must really be tough on Fotis with Jennifer missing." DB states that MT's response was to give him a "weird look." DB said he didn't think anything on the 5/31/19 interaction with MT UNTIL he saw that MT and FD were arrested on 6/1/19. Then he called police. DB told Patten that he "prays that Fotis is innocent."
Also included is a statement about MT second interview with LE on 6/6/19 (no specific details) in which MT continued to provide LE with "answers which were vague, evasive and contradictory." LE was "left with the impression that MT was withholding a significant amount of information that she would reasonably be expected to possess given her extended relationship with FD whom she resided with at the time of the crime."
(this is the only time in all of the 49 SWs that were unsealed and released that this specific wording is used via MT)
6. SW for Frontier Communications telephone--xxxx associated with 4Jax and Jennifer Dulos to cover dates through 3/20/19--7/18/19.
SW date: 7/18/19
Mentions forensic exam of FD phone which documented that FD had instructed a friend (assume this means Andreas mentioned in FD AW3 and MT AW3) to call FD on the morning of 5/24 at 8:30 am to his "landline" phone. Also mentions that FD attorney has made public comments re: alibi phone call on morning of 5/24.
Cathy Jannuzzi (Farmington resident) reported on 7/9/19 that at 12:08pm she received a phone call from number--xxxx with CJ caller ID displaying "Jennifer Dulos." CJ doesn't know JFd and that this phone number is exactly one digit different (last four on caller ID were 9448 and CJ number last four is 9548) from CJ number. LE confirmed with Frontier that the 9448 number is a landline associated with 4Jax.
7. SW for visitation dates, times and session notes from Dennis Puebla and/or his associates.
SW dated 6/14/19
LE learned that FD was mandated by the court to supervised visits with his 5 kids. The Court listed Dennis Puebla and or his associates to conduct them on Wednesdays from 4:30 pm until 7:30 pm and alternating Fridays and Saturdays. LE spoke with DP who said he had detailed notes of all visits and would provide all of them and more detailed information with a court order so he wouldn't be in violation of any confidentiality.
LE learned that FD is not permitted to be inside JFd home and learned from FD in a phone call on 5/25 with LE that FD was on JFd property for a visitation on 5/22. FD claimed JFd had invited them to have dinner and cake on her back patio after he and the kids finished their time at Grace Farms in New Canaan.
DP confirmed that this visitation on 5/22 was conducted by a new associate Sidnee Streeter. (not clear if only SS was there or if both SS and DP was there) Neither DP nor SS saw FD enter JFd home. Never left FD alone. SS and/or DP left JFd property after FD as was protocol.
8. SW for GPS information on JFd 2017 black Chevy Suburban on 5/24/19.
SW dated 6/14/19
OnStar told LE that there was "activity" on 5/24 but couldn't provide details on what it was.
Mentions LE believes JFd was attacked in her garage and placed in the rear of her Chevy Suburban and driven to Lapham road.

Mentions that while LE was waiting at 4Jax for MT and FD to arrive on 5/31/19 to seize the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor and also obtain buccal swabs from MT and FD as well as hair, photographs and fingerprints, that EE arrived in the Fore Group 2014 White Jeep Cherokee Laredo. He said he had just come from 61 Sturbridge in NC. LE remarked on how sweaty he was and he said he had also gone to 585 Deercliff Rd property to remove seats from FD Porsche Cayenne which he planned to install in his red Toyota Tacoma. LE observed the seats were in the rear cargo area of the Jeep. FD and MT arrived shortly thereafter and were taken to CSP Troop L in Litchfield for the buccal swabs, etc...
Mentions MT interview #1 on 6/2/19 in which she admits it is FD and MT seen on C4 in the Raptor during the trash bin odyssey of stupidity in Hartford on the evening of 5/24. She kinda admits she cannot account for FD whereabouts for morning of 5/24 in Farmington.
On 6/2/19 LE traveled to EE residence in Simsbury and observed when they arrived that the white jeep Cherokee was in his driveway. EE explained that he routinely utilized Fore Group, Inc vehicles during the work week and mostly operated the Raptor or the Jeep.
EE explained he was working at 61 Sturbridge road in NC all week and on day of 5/24. EE had no contact with FD on day of 5/24 until 2:13 pm when he texted FD an invoice. FD replied to inquire when EE would be returning to the office at 4Jax. EE said 4:30pm. EE stated that when he left 61 Sturbridge that afternoon he attempted multiple times to contact FD via text or phone call all of which went unanswered.

So I had been working on compiling a new timeline (adding to the one a did a few months ago which would also incorporate AW3 for MT and FD as well as the AW for MK and the SWs) BUT since it is ever evolving and likely will include more documents in the next several weeks and months I decided instead to summarize the SWs for y'all instead.
I hope this is helpful, as I feel like there is some confusion about the AWs and the SWs and certain questions about them. This is to help facilitate more theories and discussion.
Each individual SW will be listed by me and numbered as some relate back to different SWs (ie the Tower Dump information). All contain similar facts laid out in the AWs 1-3 for MT and FD. Nothing really relates to KM at all. If there is specific information that is different in each one that information will be included.
Keep in mind all SWs say "not to exceed 14 days from time of the SW date."
Each of my five posts will contain approximately 10 of the 49 total SWs. This is post number one of 5.

That on 9/23/19 Debby Cello (Farmington resident) stated that she had received a phone call in which the caller asked, "Can I speak with Fotis Dulos?" DC doesn't know FD at all and is only familiar with the name because of the disappearance of JFd in the news. DC asked the caller to identify himself and he claimed to be from PayPal. DC asked what number PayPal was dialing and caller confirmed that it was DC's residential number
Comcast was contacted by LE on 9/30/19 and it was confirmed it was a Comcast telephone number and that it was associated with Fotis Dulos.
2. SW for Sirius XM radio account associated with JFd and her 2017 Black Chevy Suburban. Covers the date of 5/24/19.
SW dated 7/18/19
Possible blood evidence was found in the vehicle by WDMCS van. It was located abandoned at approximately 200 Lapham Road just north of Merritt Parkway along the west perimeter of Waveny Park.
It is found that JFd cell phone disconnected at 11:09am at this location. The red Toyota Tacoma was seen on camera traveling North bound on Merritt Parkway just north of exit 37 at 11:12am.
This means there is a 40 minute gap between the time JFd Chevy was seen on camera leaving her residence (69 Welles Lane) at 10:25am until JFd cell phone disconnected at 11:09am.
3. SW for Sirius radio account information associated with Fotis Dulos, for 2014 black Ford F-150 SVT Raptor to cover dates from 3/20/19 through 7/18/19.

Language in SW: "LE is aware that FD, used an Apple device as his primary cell and was known to be in two way communications (since at least 3/20/19 with the court ordered supervised visitation) with JFd on a regular basis via iMessage thread, exchange of photos (metadata), audio/video clips, ect..
This is all to do with the custody arrangement as we would all expect JFd and FD to communicate.
5. SW for Backblaze account [email protected] to cover dates 3/20/19 through 7/18/19.
Date of SW: 7/18/19
On 6/2/19 at 1335 hours Affiant Patten (LE) received a call from Dean Batchelder, a technology consultant for FD for the last 10 years. On 5/30/19, DB received a call from MT asking for assistance with MT phone and MT computer. On 5/31/19 DB (came to 4Jax) and assisted with a time machine backup of MT phone/computer to a 1 TB external drive. DB backed up images on MT phone to the external drive and then deleted the images off MT phone. MT told DB she would be turning the external drive over to her attorney. DB was unsure of the content of the images but that MT seemed mostly concerned with photos of her daughter on the internet. MT had already taken down her Facebook page prior to DB arrival.
DB also informed LE Patten that FD uses an online file backup service called Backblaze with username [email protected] (Password: harakiri091011)
DB states he still has access to Backblaze (not sure if that meant DB and/or DB and FD). DB stated that when he was at 4Jax helping MT he said to her, "This must really be tough on Fotis with Jennifer missing." DB states that MT's response was to give him a "weird look." DB said he didn't think anything on the 5/31/19 interaction with MT UNTIL he saw that MT and FD were arrested on 6/1/19. Then he called police. DB told Patten that he "prays that Fotis is innocent."
Also included is a statement about MT second interview with LE on 6/6/19 (no specific details) in which MT continued to provide LE with "answers which were vague, evasive and contradictory." LE was "left with the impression that MT was withholding a significant amount of information that she would reasonably be expected to possess given her extended relationship with FD whom she resided with at the time of the crime."
(this is the only time in all of the 49 SWs that were unsealed and released that this specific wording is used via MT)

SW date: 7/18/19
Mentions forensic exam of FD phone which documented that FD had instructed a friend (assume this means Andreas mentioned in FD AW3 and MT AW3) to call FD on the morning of 5/24 at 8:30 am to his "landline" phone. Also mentions that FD attorney has made public comments re: alibi phone call on morning of 5/24.
Cathy Jannuzzi (Farmington resident) reported on 7/9/19 that at 12:08pm she received a phone call from number
7. SW for visitation dates, times and session notes from Dennis Puebla and/or his associates.
SW dated 6/14/19
LE learned that FD was mandated by the court to supervised visits with his 5 kids. The Court listed Dennis Puebla and or his associates to conduct them on Wednesdays from 4:30 pm until 7:30 pm and alternating Fridays and Saturdays. LE spoke with DP who said he had detailed notes of all visits and would provide all of them and more detailed information with a court order so he wouldn't be in violation of any confidentiality.
LE learned that FD is not permitted to be inside JFd home and learned from FD in a phone call on 5/25 with LE that FD was on JFd property for a visitation on 5/22. When did LE search 61 Sturbridge Hill Road? Right after the loud banging on May 25? I don't recall seeing a specific date in the search warrants to allow for a journalist or Savings Bank of Danbury rep to make the statement "Nothing connected to the disappearance was found on the property, according to search warrants unsealed last week." I look forward to @LittleBitty three installments of the SW's for any specific reference to a 61 Sturbridge search. I thought I saw a very general reference to a search of FORE Group properties, perhaps affirmatively stating that nothing was retrieved from the searches, but nothing specific about a search warrant for DNA or any other evidence at 61 Sturbridge. I'm sure New Canaan PD stopped by the neighborhood on May 25 to check in on the neighbor's complaint though. I believe they found nothing amiss outside, based on a cursory drive by, MOO. The front sod was laid down later. I still want @afitzy to swing by with her digger. MOO.
ARGGGG!!!!! I want him FREEZING here in CT, like a true SQUATTER, Oh fine, he can squat in the 'house' but no no no no way is he getting heat or electricity or water! Dead of winter January and February and 90% of March without heat or electricity, FD will be begging for the warmth of prison with his buddy KM...

Fotis Dulos has also asked the bank to pay utilities to keep the electricity and heat on, the court documents said. So far, he has not received any money from the Savings Bank of Danbury to maintain the utilities, the documents said.
The house is on the market for $3.9 million, but Fotis Dulos owes more than $4.5 million on the property, including a $500,000 loan from his Greek business associate Ioannis Toutziardis, a $600,000 loan from his friend Harry Masiello and a $500,000 attachment to the home by his mother-in-law Gloria Farber, who is suing him for $2.5 million, court documents said.
Farber is also foreclosing on the 14,000-square-foot Farmington home built by the Fore Group in 2012 where Fotis Dulos is now under house arrest.
The bank wants a judge to name Luigi D’Acunto, of DBI Development of Norwalk, as the receiver who will make sure the property is maintained and the utility bills are paid so pipes don’t burst and lower the value of the home, court documents said.
The bank is also considering installing a security system to keep an eye on the property, Gazetos said. There is also a $15,662 real estate tax payment due this month to the town of New Canaan that Fotis Dulos cannot pay, the bank said.
Under the appointment of a receiver, Fotis Dulos could still market the property for sale and preserve its value, the court documents said.

6/3/19 LE executes warrant on Avon Self Storage and spoke to Hutch Hines who confirmed Fd rented storage unit there.
Also mentions that FD primary phone (we know he has two because as soon as the LE seized the primary phone which is what this next sentence will talk about FD began texting immediately on another phone) using cell tower near 4Jax on 5/23/19 from 10:00pm until 5/24 at 1:16pm received incoming calls and texts but there was no outgoing activity on this device (the one seized by LE in NCPD lobby on 5/25 at 2:47pm).

6/3/19 LE executes warrant on Avon Self Storage and spoke to Hutch Hines who confirmed Fd rented storage unit there.
Also mentions that FD primary phone (we know he has two because as soon as the LE seized the primary phone which is what this next sentence will talk about FD began texting immediately on another phone) using cell tower near 4Jax on 5/23/19 from 10:00pm until 5/24 at 1:16pm received incoming calls and texts but there was no outgoing activity on this device (the one seized by LE in NCPD lobby on 5/25 at 2:47pm).

@pandaknows, the digger is in perfect working order and ready for Fd case related digging 24-7!! I would like nothing more than a nice spring thaw related excavation project!
Sturbridge I believe was searched twice that I’m aware of and then was released back to Fd and that is when Fox61 caught him with his relative and cousin cleaning out the property.
We don’t have the search warrants on Sturbridge yet. I posted my pictures the same day I saw the crime van at Sturbridge and my recollection is that it was the second week of June. I will post the exact date when I return to computer so this estimate is based on my memory! MOO

Double Dufus. FD admitted on a nationally televised interview, NBC Dateline with Dennis Murphy on or about Sep 6, 2019, that FD voluntarily gave up his cellphone to help police search for JD. FD literally admitted on national TV that he gave consent for LE to search. Doesn't get better than that. I had to search online for a recording (voice only) of the interview because NBC took it down from their website. Now even that is gone. Not quite, I kept a recording.
