What??? First he's dead, then he's not??? All the news on the internet says he's dead . . . all I can say is . . . Justice for Jennifer . . . prayers for the kids . . . and Grandma.

Omg he's dead. I never thought for one minute FD would off himself? ! To arrogant.
Now where does this case go from here?!
You can have a conspiracy even if your co conspirator is dead. This leaves Michelle with only facts to toss around like a salad and to contradict. She doesn't have to worry about Fotis changing his lines in the script.

I think he’s dead either way. Faint pulse and life support until they pull the plug, or a death announcement in the next hour.

I would have bet a lot of money that this guy was too narcissistic to do something like this. Just shocking.

This could be the start of the zombie apocalypse

The devil even turned him away he is such an evil [REDACTED]. I am an emotional wreck over this and I don't know anyone involved so I can't imagine what the people involved are going through.:confused:

He is dead

Helicopter? First I heard of such. And remember, the ONLY source as to pulse is his atty Pattis. Who is out of state. PFFT. MOO he just is wanting folks not to think that he committed suicide in the same place that he murdered her.

MOO
All media, that I am aware of, is reporting he was transported via ambulance not helicopter.

Oh please let there be a confessional note or info implicating his side piece

If NP just said he had a pulse just to say it....WOW.

This is why he should not have been out on bail. He should have been in jail where they could keep him on watch. I’m guessing what precipitated this was the emergency hearing about his insurance company and the bond and there being huge problems with it

Dave A tweeted something this morning about how his bail would most likely be revoked today, so, yeah.

Tony Aiello on Twitter

"Editor of Proto Thema, leading Greek news outlet, tells me he just spoke with Fotis Dulos’s sister, who lives in Greece. She is currently visiting the US and with Dulos at hospital. “She says he is in intensive care with a pulse and doctors are trying to save him."

Relieved that they have no chance of getting more money? He was probably still good for some more, if he leveraged everything he had into loans. Which is IMO what his attorneys wanted.

I don't feel too badly if "we are partly to blame" (and maybe we are). A person who has committed a crime faces the courts, for sure, but that same person also has to deal with society-at-large (us).

I see Dulos as a man who was completely boxed in, who had a very hard time with his new position as Local Celebrity Wife Murderer, whose own narcissism was severely damaged by his stupid plan not working and, no doubt, he was still capable of feeling some remorse (if only for himself, as is typical of antisocial and narcissistic types). I was looking forward to his life disintegrating and him ending up in prison.

And I am shocked at the news, I can hardly believe it.What an incredible, tragic mess he made of his life, his children's life and of course, Jennifer's life. A monster who thrived off presenting a certain face to the world. I did wonder when they gave him bail if he would flee, I bet he found that impossible and this would be next on the list. I can't imagine what went on inside his head, but he did it all to himself.

Not relieved that there was no more money-relieved that they no longer had to put up with him and not get paid. Remember, he NEVER pays anybody 100% of what he owes. And it was obvious to everybody that Atty. Smith loathed him. Not because Fd. was a wife-killer, but because he was contemptuous of the “help”.

You can have a conspiracy charge/conviction even if your co conspirator is dead. This leaves Michelle with only facts to toss around like a salad and to contradict. She doesn't have to worry about Fotis changing his lines in the script. She never realistically had had to worry about his taking the stand.

Even if he has a pulse if he needed CPR his odds aren't good. It will likely just add a week on life support and enormous medical expenses.
nowadays they pull the plug after 3-4 days.

NP soon: "it depends on what your definition of "dead" is"

Fox news is reporting he was found in running car.
