Hmmmmm....good questions @Megnut. On page 12 of the arrest warrant LE goes through her alibi for the day. She does inform them of what she was wearing so she can be identified and mentions photos of herself. It doesn't clearly state these were confirmed.

JMO but I think we're going to learn at trial that MT's child wasn't even in her care on said date. And the errand and the selfie... lots of possibilities, staged, not true, happened, didn't happen. The only person that memorial would taunt would be Jennifer's killer. Otherwise, why does he care so much about it? Dulos' destruction of it is evidence of his guilt and, if I were the prosecutor, I would seek to introduce it at trial.

My thoughts exactly. Let us hope there's a nice, clear video of FD tearing up the memorial for the court to see.

A loving father who was not involved in a mother's "disappearance" would be taking pictures of the memorial to send to his children letting them know their mother was loved by others.

FD can't help spilling his true colors every time he steps out of his mother-in-law's house from which I hope he will soon be evicted!

I don't think her Mother is involved in JDs murder but I do think she helped MT hide Fore Group assets.

FL, Latin, Central and South America communities. How many other things did Fd have MT do over the years that we aren't even aware of yet?

Atty Bowman in Court last week I think had a total whopper when he said MT had no motive in this alleged murder of JFd. I absolutely disagree 1000%.

I've been wondering a lot about Atty Bowman and whether he is in control of his client or if others around MT are manipulating her situation and representation and he simply shows up for court dates? I do very much wonder if MT continues to lie not only to Atty Bowman but LE? No doubt Atty Bowman has been dealt a weak deck of cards with his client MT but her situation seems to be getting worse from a legal perspective and NOT better! It seems that possible State and Federal charges might be coming down the pike too and civil litigation with GF at some point for wrongful death also has to be inevitable. YET, Atty Bowman allowed his client to lie to LE for over 3 months. Why? I find it hard to believe he was so stupid as to not realise she way lying? Or, is he simply that disconnected from everything going on that he simply doesn't care and so is just going through the motion of seeing his client self sabotage and legally implode as seems to be playing out in front of our eyes in this tragic case. Its also baffling that Atty Bowman allows his client to chat and lie to LE while he himself says nothing. Given all the lying going on from his client its probably a safe move to not speak but when he does speak in court its to say something as unbelievable as "MT has no motive in this crime". If that is the strategy then I'm really curious why Atty Bowman things it might work, as there is nothing remotely believable about it at all given the situation and relationship with Fd. It was one thing when his client said she was on Albany blowing bubbles and speaking with Petu on the phone but AW3 made it clear that MT was out of the Raptor and participating in getting rid of evidence. The idea that she was emptying bags eliminates the ability to say she didn't know what was in her bags and the forensic evidence confirms this completely.

But what made the Atty Bowman statement about MT having no motive in this case so curious IMO is that he said it with zero affect as if it were a fact. It was then that I seriously questioned whether he understood his client or the situation at all or was he just that good of a fibber and was looking for any way in the world to diminish the role of his client in what seemed to be a giant pond of quicksand of growing evidence from the State and where with each passing day his client simply sunk deeper and deeper and yet STILL kept on lying to him (possibly) and LE?

Why does Atty Bowman think MT stayed with Fd?

She was a 45 yo woman who by all accounts had a sketchy non existent work history, no professional credentials, didn't really appear to do much of anything at FORE and self described as a proud stay at home mom! Her morals were suspect based on the MSM reports of her flaunting her affair with Fd even whilst JFd was at 4Jx and god only knows about her ethics!

The MT child support would run out in 6 years or so and so how would she then support herself? Unknown. And yet, Atty Bowman says she has no motive! Ha!

I think its the oldest motive in the book, especially when the end goal is to not work and to not take responsibility for taking care of yourself financially.

To be fair, Fd was really no different than MT and this is why I think they were so well matched. Fd was also just a relationship grifter who really had no interest in work and found it simply easier to live off the wealth of others in order to survive.

Where BOTH Fd and MT made a mistake IMO was choosing to kill in order to not to have to work another day in their lives and I think any jury will see the very conscious relationship choices that BOTH Fd and MT made along the way and its disturbing to see Atty Bowman dismiss this fundamental fact about his client IMO.

I do believe that the trust funds set up for the Dulos children were some incentive to Fd and it was why the phone most likely was on during the Albany trip as he was waiting to hear from LA. But, I also believe that MT would never have stayed with Fd if she weren't aware of the money or the promise of money and a life of leisure. As by all accounts that is all MT was all about, a good time and party and she had no interest in working or taking care of herself or being a responsible person or parent IMO too and her relationship history was such that she had played the same game before.

By all accounts MT is simply a 45 yo single mother who functions as a child and has a history of latching on to married men who she then simply uses to take care of her financially. If you look at the MT history its quite clear and its baffling why Atty Bowman is choosing to not acknowledge it as it will be as clear as day to any jury member taking a good hard look at his client.

I'm not convinced Fd gave a rat's about MT even though he proclaimed to love her (or was enamoured by her), but I do think he wanted her around for his purposes as a playmate and as someone who seemed to do what she was told, although quite badly it seems as she couldn't even stay on script with the alibi scripts. But MT was in the relationship with Fd for a reason and had any number of times in the relationship when she could have simply left but made a conscious decision to stay and once she stayed she became intimately involved in what was going on in Fd's life (and by extension the life and death of JFd IMO).

Fd has been getting the press coverage due to his interviews and the ongoing issue of verbal diarrhea from Atty. P. and Pattisville in this case. But AW3 made it crystal clear IMO that MT was an actively involved co-conspirator who played a very critical role in the planning and execution of the alleged murder of JFd and was also deeply involved in the activities of FORE.

The MT alibi at this point is absolutely non existent and the basic info she presented in AW3 to LE is uncorroborated too.

I'm not sure the Fd return to 4Jx and 80 MS is crystal clear either in AW3 or at least the way its described by MT still seems a bit confused as I think she has presented 3 or 4 different times for their alleged 'lunch'.

Not sure why she spoke with LE. Totally baffled by that. Perhaps in all her babbling she did provide some useful or actionable info and perhaps we just aren't seeing any of it in the AWs so far.

Best guess is that its still with the Bonds person from AW1. Fd it seems had to scrape hard at the time of the original arrest to get some cash. I think any reluctance he might have had then about releasing funds he had previously hidden evaporated when Atty. P. demanded his retainer. So, we see the fiction of the great Greek Benefactor.

I do hope that the State of CT discloses whether or not it paying for any attorney associated with the Dulos case and this includes Fd, MT or MT. The entire situation of Atty. P. and Pattis and Smith not having properly filed documents with the State while at the same time getting State funds to represent clients "off the books" is quite disturbing as it just seems to be another component of what is so commonly called in CT as "Corrupticut".

I would hope that the SA and Hearst might look into the issue of the status of Pattis and Smith with the State although with the hugs and kisses (and other things) being blown by Atty. P. at the Senior Hearst folks in New Haven I'm not sure much anymore about what to think about the sinking state of the Press in CT.

I hope that Lisa Backus and the Stamford Advocate does follow up on the FOIA request for the Atty. P. allegations about the 'home invader' and make that information public ASAP.

I also very much encourage Lisa Backus to follow up in a similar manner on the status of the Glock 19 that was picked up by a 'friend' of Fd from none other than the Farmington PD. I'm sure she will need another FOIA request filing for that debacle but I would think that the people in Farmington might want to know where that very powerful gun is hiding out these days. Does the CSP know? Does Farmington PD know? Do either really care or is the attitude that its just one more handgun in a State full of them? Those procedural details of the rigorous investigation into Ms. Dulos’s disappearance in May were revealed last week, when a state judge unsealed 467 pages of search warrants that helped explain how officials came to charge her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos, 52, with murder and kidnapping despite not having recovered Ms. Dulos’s body.

A sealed psychological evaluation

Five days after she went missing, the police asked for a copy of a confidential report on Ms. Dulos conducted by a psychologist as part of the custody case.

By that point, according to the warrants, the police believed, although they had not definitively established, that Ms. Dulos had been “assaulted and taken against her will.”

Investigators believed that the psychological evaluation, performed by a court-appointed psychiatrist, could give them insight into Ms. Dulos’s mental state, the warrant said.

The police thought the report could reveal whether Ms. Dulos “was likely or capable of hurting herself” or if it would otherwise dispute their working theory about her husband’s involvement.

His last visit to her home

Early in the investigation, Mr. Dulos had told the police that he had been at Ms. Dulos’s home on May 22 — days before she was reported missing — for a visit with his children, and that Ms. Dulos invited him to have dinner and cake on her back patio.
While checking Mr. Dulos’s story, the police learned that he was required to have a court-appointed supervisor present during his visits with his children. The supervisor and an associate told them that Mr. Dulos never entered Ms. Dulos’s home on May 22, and that Mr. Dulos was “never left unattended” at Ms. Dulos’s home.

The police then obtained a search warrant for all records and notes from Mr. Dulos’s supervised visits with his children. In their warrant, they said they hoped to confirm that Mr. Dulos never entered Ms. Dulos’s home on the days that he was on the property.

A ‘significant amount of pre-planning’

The next day, a man who served as a tech consultant for Mr. Dulos and his luxury-development business told the police that Ms. Troconis had asked him to back up her phone and computer to an external hard drive, according to a warrant. After doing so, he deleted images from her phone.

It all seems simply hard to believe and improbable that MT didn't understand what was going on with Fd. Simply don't buy it.

Not only did MT stay in the relationship but she IMO was vested and involved in everything that seemed have happened with FORE and Fd and we see this play out over and over from AW1 to AW3 and it just keeps getting piled deeper and deeper for MT. MT appeared to feed the Fd ego, get the homebuilding awards and keep up the facade of FORE which was really a sham IMO, take care of the computers and knew the IT specialist and no doubt knew what was there as it appears she kept very close tabs on Fd and was quite jealous of JFd. We saw MT front and centre for the 123 Hunter transaction which had Fd giving her $75,000 cash for a downpayment etc. Was MT responsible for dealing directly with Sue Morin who was the bank officer at Farmington/People's Bank. How many other things did Fd have MT do over the years that we aren't even aware of yet?

Atty Bowman in Court last week I think had a total whopper when he said MT had no motive in this alleged murder of JFd. I absolutely disagree 1000%.

I've been wondering a lot about Atty Bowman and whether he is in control of his client or if others around MT are manipulating her situation and representation and he simply shows up for court dates? I do very much wonder if MT continues to lie not only to Atty Bowman but LE? No doubt Atty Bowman has been dealt a weak deck of cards with his client MT but her situation seems to be getting worse from a legal perspective and NOT better! It seems that possible State and Federal charges might be coming down the pike too and civil litigation with GF at some point for wrongful death also has to be inevitable. YET, Atty Bowman allowed his client to lie to LE for over 3 months. Why? I find it hard to believe he was so stupid as to not realise she way lying? Or, is he simply that disconnected from everything going on that he simply doesn't care and so is just going through the motion of seeing his client self sabotage and legally implode as seems to be playing out in front of our eyes in this tragic case. Its also baffling that Atty Bowman allows his client to chat and lie to LE while he himself says nothing. Given all the lying going on from his client its probably a safe move to not speak but when he does speak in court its to say something as unbelievable as "MT has no motive in this crime". If that is the strategy then I'm really curious why Atty Bowman things it might work, as there is nothing remotely believable about it at all given the situation and relationship with Fd. It was one thing when his client said she was on Albany blowing bubbles and speaking with Petu on the phone but AW3 made it clear that MT was out of the Raptor and participating in getting rid of evidence. The idea that she was emptying bags eliminates the ability to say she didn't know what was in her bags and the forensic evidence confirms this completely.

But what made the Atty Bowman statement about MT having no motive in this case so curious IMO is that he said it with zero affect as if it were a fact. It was then that I seriously questioned whether he understood his client or the situation at all or was he just that good of a fibber and was looking for any way in the world to diminish the role of his client in what seemed to be a giant pond of quicksand of growing evidence from the State and where with each passing day his client simply sunk deeper and deeper and yet STILL kept on lying to him (possibly) and LE?

MT had no motive? Really?

Why does Atty Bowman think MT stayed with Fd?

She was a 45 yo woman who by all accounts had a sketchy non existent work history, no professional credentials, didn't really appear to do much of anything at FORE and self described as a proud stay at home mom! Her morals were suspect based on the MSM reports of her flaunting her affair with Fd even whilst JFd was at 4Jx and god only knows about her ethics!

The MT child support would run out in 6 years or so and so how would she then support herself? Unknown. And yet, Atty Bowman says she has no motive! Ha!

I think its the oldest motive in the book, especially when the end goal is to not work and to not take responsibility for taking care of yourself financially.

To be fair, Fd was really no different than MT and this is why I think they were so well matched. Fd was also just a relationship grifter who really had no interest in work and found it simply easier to live off the wealth of others in order to survive.

Where BOTH Fd and MT made a mistake IMO was choosing to kill in order to not to have to work another day in their lives and I think any jury will see the very conscious relationship choices that BOTH Fd and MT made along the way and its disturbing to see Atty Bowman dismiss this fundamental fact about his client IMO.

I do believe that the trust funds set up for the Dulos children were some incentive to Fd and it was why the phone most likely was on during the Albany trip as he was waiting to hear from LA. But, I also believe that MT would never have stayed with Fd if she weren't aware of the money or the promise of money and a life of leisure. As by all accounts that is all MT was all about, a good time and party and she had no interest in working or taking care of herself or being a responsible person or parent IMO too and her relationship history was such that she had played the same game before.

By all accounts MT is simply a 45 yo single mother who functions as a child and has a history of latching on to married men who she then simply uses to take care of her financially. If you look at the MT history its quite clear and its baffling why Atty Bowman is choosing to not acknowledge it as it will be as clear as day to any jury member taking a good hard look at his client.

I'm not convinced Fd gave a rat's about MT even though he proclaimed to love her (or was enamoured by her), but I do think he wanted her around for his purposes as a playmate and as someone who seemed to do what she was told, although quite badly it seems as she couldn't even stay on script with the alibi scripts. But MT was in the relationship with Fd for a reason and had any number of times in the relationship when she could have simply left but made a conscious decision to stay and once she stayed she became intimately involved in what was going on in Fd's life (and by extension the life and death of JFd IMO).

Fd has been getting the press coverage due to his interviews and the ongoing issue of verbal diarrhea from Atty. P. and Pattisville in this case. But AW3 made it crystal clear IMO that MT was an actively involved co-conspirator who played a very critical role in the planning and execution of the alleged murder of JFd and was also deeply involved in the activities of FORE.

FD simply could not afford to let JFd go! She was the golden egg. His life was in financial shambles and it is even documented that he had told her he would never allow her to get a divorce. That is the entire reason he wanted them all to live together as one big happy family. Faber money could finance everything!


How much of that did MT realize? She worked in the Fore office so she must have known what the outgoing expenses were compared to the incoming. Was she really in on keeping the goose egg around so they could continue on with their jet-setting lifestyle? Some illicit funds that they could bank on seem more and more of a possibility also.


Notwithstanding. FD had dug himself into such a financial mess that he needed as much as he could get. Sending MT to NY to investigate Farber money was part of the plan also. He wanted to know how much he may be able to claim of her family money. Let’s say HF HAD included FD in his will, FD would have already been made aware and he would have received his funds. No, he wanted to know how much JFd was worth so he could plot ways of acquiring those funds. How did he explain this MT? The goal of the mission is far too obvious. It is very sinister to make a trip to NY to investigate the will of your boyfriend’s FIL. She had to have known and she was more than a willing participant.
