It is my sincerest hope that this treatment is being done in a manner to enable his organs to be harvested. Perhaps his only act of grace in his lifetime. MOO
Personally, I think his body should be donated to the “Body Farm” to help teach criminal investigators how deceased individuals decompose under different environmental conditions and his brain be donated to Science so more can be learned about the criminal mind.

In all sincerity I find it completely ridiculous to raise bond. Here you have a (shell) of a person who has tried to commit suicide and a 'friend' giving statements that he would do it again to avoid jail. Wouldn't the most prudent of minds realize that he, FD, is a danger to himself and confine him to psychiatric care at the bare minimum??

If FD family approves and Medical Team said it is okay, FD’s organs can be donated.....and even according to the church.

All Christians are encouraged to become organ, blood, and tissue donors "as part of their ministry to others in the name of Christ, who gave His life that we may have life in its fullness." The Greek Orthodox Church has no objection to donation as long as the organs and tissues are used to better human life.

Can organs that have failed due to carbon monoxide poisoning be donated?
But if FD dies and his murder trial never takes place and therefore murder is not proved, how can the other two be tried on charges related to a murder that hasn't been proven.
Would the medical examiner just say that JD died of unknown cause?
No, the murder has still occurred; that has not changed. Jennifer's murder will be proven in the same fashion it would have if FD was on trial. MT will have real problems because of those voluntarily given, and false, statements given to LE. She also is on video helping dispose of evidence of Jennifer's murder, and, of course, there are the Alibi Scripts partially written in her hand. She is now firmly in the hot seat.

Dulos' absence may be more beneficial to KM because is involvement is less defined, at least so far. No matter what happens to Dulos, I have always thought he was going to take some sort of plea. I would not be surprised if he has not already begun to cooperate with LE.

Is his bond document available?

That has the name of the new woman who called police

That is what I am thinking... bad reporting IMO

The searching of the house came from the first presser. When asked how long they would be at the house, LE saids hours. LE said it is treated as a crime scene, all suicide or attempts are. LE was waiting on needed warrants to search the property. The spokesperson said something like “especially in this case”....not his exact words.

there were 2 officers asking questions...one was local in blue uniform, the other in civilian clothes, don’t know who he was.

thats all I can help you with.

I, like many of you, want him to recover so that he can face the consequences of his actions. But I do wonder if it would be easier on her family (mom, sister, kids) if they were spared the trial. It would be hard to have to hear all the BS the defense would spew even if not true. Just want some peace for her family.

Although they've since pulled the video footage, I do hope that WFSB/3 didn't take too much heat over their drone coverage because I think it was critical to see what was truly going on today. Without the live stream, I think we'd be hearing so many versions of what really transpired today. MOO

I saw the footage. IMO the shot was at a distance that I saw a body, people around it, some CPR but so many standing around the body they blocked the view.

absolutely. Peace for her family and loved ones and time to heal. If Jennifer’s body went through MIRA there is nothing left to find or bury, sadly. So if that is the case (nothing to bury) and no information comes from any of the defendants regarding where her remains were left or went then perhaps not having to sit through three trials would enable them to find peace or something?

I don’t know and certainly do not want to speak for Jennifer’s loved ones. Answers as much as the can be given I hope for them. The truth as much as it can be known and for those accused to face their involvement.

I can’t imagine this has been an easy day for them at all.

whatever it is they need and want to be able to find peace and hope I wish and prayer for them. This whole situation today illustrates what an absolute tragic mess FD has caused and created. Was it worth it?

uggghhhhhhh just feel sickened by today’s developments

I absolutely agree.

Without the WFSB live footage for the duration of the event today, IMO the speculation would have been endless. It seems like it was the footage of the CPR being administered to Fd that the station was particularly sensitive to and for their coverage this evening they oddly only showed a very short clip on repeat of the exterior of 4Jx - it was strange.

IDK if CSP asked that they not show a longer clip or if CSP asked them to pull the video? For the news show I saw at 5 pm, the anchors that saw the clip that their producer gave them seemed surprised as those anchors had been around for most of the day and had seen the longer live clips. There didn't seem to be a CSP media plan at UCONN Medical Center and so without the Press on scene there, again the public would not have had a clue what was going on or know if Fd were alive or dead.

LE seemed to be scrambling big time today amidst the chaos of the suicide attempt and because LE hasn't been in dialog with the Press and Public since this case started with any consistency IMO there was an info vacuum as we saw multiple LE sources on scene, while the Press worked their contacts off camera behind the scenes it appears.

I don't think anyone really knew where to go to get information as we saw CSP, Farmington PD and others on scene - it was all quite confused. Eventually CSP Spokesperson Foley did show up and we heard a few words I believe from Farmington PD but without the Press on scene today the public and WS would have been lost in the weeds.

I realise the gag order remains in place but I don't think that should have necessarily stopped CSP from sharing basic information about the scene in a more timely fashion.

Kudos to WFSB on staying and reporting and delivering the news. Oddly Fox61 kept its reporter in NC live for most of the afternoon and I don't believe they ever made it up to 4Jx.

MOO

Who all the creeps turn to when bail is being revoked....

New York City bondsman Ira Judelson said Tuesday night that he is going to take over the bond for Dulos.

Judelson is the bondsman for many high-profile defendants including well-known movie producer Harvey Weinstein.

“I was prepared to step in and write the bond today and I am still working to write the bond and going forward as if he will be needing it,” Judelson said Tuesday night.

Police say Fotis Dulos in critical condition after attempted suicide
"Still working to write the bond" is a telling phrase. The CT Dept. of Insurance gave legal notice that the collateral posted was not worth 6 million to the first bonding company because a bond cannot be written without sufficient collateral. Unless additional collateral is committed to that bond, Judelson can work until he's blue in the face; Dulos is still sitting in jail.

As a practical matter, what bonding company would ever write a bond without sufficient collateral? Do you know who underwrites those bonds? Insurance companies, that's who. Can anyone think of any insurance which would willingly risk losing millions of dollars of its own money on a bond for the likes of Dulos? No how, no way.

His organs and tissues could literally save so many lives and improve others. I agree with the Body Farm! More research may help us to understand what leads someone to commit such heinous crimes and atrocities. I have been sickened by many cases particularly DV cases but next to Josh Powell I cannot think of a greater abuser than FD. It is to society’s benefit that his organs and tissues be harvested to save another. Love his cold black heart! I wouldn’t want it though! MOO

I know for certain that I would be having so many struggles today if I were in the same position as GF. Prayers for her and her family.

If this is a stunt FD pulled as a last effort to engage his children in coming to see him on his death bed he truly is the worst human to ever walk the earth. He has taken everything that ever mattered to them including their mother, their home and their security. To take their sanity too is beyond despicable. Rot in jail or elsewhere! I hope we never see the likes if him again. Pure evil!

Oh so agree, if his real or attempted for attention suicide works and he drops dead; I will be satisfied with it; only because FD will NEVER admit he killed the kids mother; he will continue to say she Gone Girl'd herself to the kids and if even ONE of the 5 believes him, it destroys the 5 children's relationship forever..their children, cousins, FD being wiped off the face of the earth so he cannot infect those kids one more time, is the only way this satisfies..

JD would want her children to have each other - I hope her body is found - to the kids can truly grieve, KNOW she is not 'disappear' and can then start truly healing.

I just watched an exclusive interview @NBCNews did with Norm Pattis earlier today that they are letting us use. Thread below with the most interesting parts of it @News12CT

Norm Pattis says when Dulos did not show up to court at noon, they tracked his GPS location, saw he was at his home in Farmington and responded.

On Dulos' mindset this morning "obviously the potential for a bond revocation was devastating news to him but throughout he has been a fighter and resolute and in our review of the discovery, we very much liked our options at trial...."

"....And we very much liked our possibility of success so this development comes as stunning news to me."

Pattis says not once did it ever occur to him that Dulos might be a suicide risk.
