So Suicide doesn't count as a Strike 3? lol

Seriously...unbelievable...Judge said that desecrating the memorial was strike 2 JUST last WEEK...now this...

Hearing on bond is over. Judge issues a re-arrest of Dulos and adds $500,000 to the murder charge. It pretty much puts the whole bond issue on hold while Dulos is in critical condition in the hospital.

After threatening to double it, he raises it just 500K?
I’m thinking because FD is in a dire situation & may not even make it

Maybe the priority was to get him into the chamber as life-saving/ organ-saving measures first and then to do a full assessment on functioning afterward.
All of this talk about saving organs... Is he EVEN an organ donor?????

A psych hold ? So he isn’t near death
Thanks for catching that. I’m confused.
He’s either near death, on life support, unlikely to survive or on a psych hold? Which is it?

News clip

Doctor in clip says if he needed CPR his situation is most likely dire

Jacoby chamber is a walk in chamber

FD is in ICU

Source Says Fotis Dulos Is in Intensive Care
The pictures posted yesterday of the Jacobi set up is that it was a very large room and that patients were in the room in hospital beds. The doctor today said that the room was as large as the TV studio he was in this am. The room is large enough that it permits multiple patients and their caretakers to be in the room for care.

I don't think that was the point being made. I think NP was just arguing that he wasn't a danger to himself or able to run in his current unconscious state.

Bond not revoked? Shocking.

Doubt it. Would he really be thinking of others? My opinion only.

Because Fotis is not going anywhere. He is never going to solve complex math problems in his head to pass time in jail. I doubt Lucifer has a need for that skill in hell either. Maybe Fo's purgatory will be an unsolvable equation.

I thought it would be the issue of not going to his court hearing that was Strike 3. He chose suicide instead. Does anyone have the video? This is highly disappointing and the only thing I can think of is that nobody expects him to return to CT. What is going on???

Purgatory will most likely be a pipe dream for him.

So many differing reports

I honestly don’t thing he’s in it, I think he’s on life support just waiting to be unplugged

Apparently not, which is why I think he should have tacked on an FTA. Me as a judge “suicide is no excuse for failing to appear in my court!!” My (retired attorney )husband as he laughed: “and that’s why 1) you should have gone to law school, and 2) why no one lets you be in charge “

edit for renegade parentheses

That's what I'm thinking too
