I guess for that they will have to find evidence and I’m not sure how state will prove it’s case with the prime suspect being brain dead and confession is certainly not coming from ppl who haven’t committed murder.

Let me be the first to say Welcome to WS. I know your views differ with 99.9%of posters here. IMO having someone with a different view of a case gives us all something to think about.
I sincerely hope that you are just a person out there with these thoughts and not have a connection to the case trying to agitate people into saying something that will be exploited in court or media.
If you are a connection then please get yourself verified and reveal who you are as you may have info or opinions that could help all the "social media jurors" change the way they are seeing things.
I personally welcome a different POV as long as we all remain civil and not insulting to other posters about their POVs.
I just want the truth for the 8 minor children and 1 adult child who are truly the most innocent of all the victims of this tragedy. All the loved ones deserve to know the truth no matter whose "side" they lay on. They are all victims of this horror and need closure for their hearts to begin to heal.

Everyone in USA has a right to fair trial and presumption of innocence isn’t only in the court of law as many have said on this blog. Which shows their biased opinion, arrogance, lack of awareness and complete disregard of court of law. It is actually also outside of court so that the jury could be impartial.

Evidence isn't biased or arrogant. FD was caught on camera discarding his wife's bloody clothing that she wore the day she disappeared. He was caught on camera near her home around the time she went missing. I'm sure you have an innocent explanation for that.

Kinda sounds like it to me, his chances of survival appear to be very unlikely given the amount of time they worked on him, the initial COD that was reported and the 4 hours from garage to hospital

It irritated me no end to see the clip of him being loaded into Lifestar to be transported to Jacobi...with everyone holding a sheet and being so careful of his privacy. That doesn't happen to John Q Public on the daily, and it really irked me!!!! Just had to vent that.

Since it appeared he was in cardiac arrest, and they were doing CPR on scene, I am going to guess he's on a vent. I doubt he'll make a full recovery.

Yeah, saying goodbyes most likely. imo. I personally think that's why they took heroic measures and kept him breathing, so loved ones could see him while still 'alive'. This case has always made me very sad in a way that none other has.

If Jennifer had been my daughter, Fotis would have lost his ability to walk and talk a long time ago, so, I get it, but maybe be more open to differing opinions here, as the same old opinions being rehashed in different ways isn't that productive, really.

There are so many people here who have the ability to 'crime solve' essentially from their computers and I do marvel at so many people so often. Lots of amazing brains. IMO

One of the charges regarding hiding evidence, right? I think they have proof that MT hid evidence and withheld info from LE. So even if they can't prove murder (though I think they can), they can prove MT was conspiring to hide evidence.

It's up to her, imo, to offer a deal of exchanging information about where Jennifer's remains are (or what they did with her body) with a lighter charge/sentence. Ball is in your court, MT. (I think.)

I think it will be telling if her attorneys say anything about FDs condition in the next few days. Also watch out for any motions they file if he dies or is incapacitated permanently.
