this info came from my friend who used it with her son who had a brain injury, a tree limb fell on him while at preschool......sadly he passed away at age 6. The chamber did help him though.

Haaaa -- seems FD even left the bondsman holding the bag as his fee (not to be confused with bond collateral at $6mil) was set up on monthly installment plan being paid by the NC financial planner "best friend" of Dulos. This service fee is non-refundable. The friend has reportedly been supporting him for months......

I wonder what he promised her? Money from Grandma and children

Where I live, the coroner wouldn't have a choice, really. Fotis was not under a doctor's care for an illness that could be fatal. Suicide attempts are a criminal offense, ergo - automatic autopsy.

You can't just die from a toxin (a poison) and not have an autopsy in California. Is Connecticut different? truly curious. Because here, if someone has died from CO, there's either foul play, self-harm or liability.

Both Ct and NY have similar requirements: asphyxiation..Yes, unattended...Yes, unusual & suspicious...Yes and any case where the OCME investigators request a review. (I just listed those situations that MIGHT be applicable to this case, IMO/IME).
Having worked under both State's regulations, I am + a post will be performed.

No point looking for her if she’s dead! And the prime suspect oops I am sorry the Killer who was declared guilty by public prior to the trial without seeing any evidence (during trial) is now Brain dead! Mystery solved. Please close this case! Kids will grow up and read our comments to see how their father was crucified and they never got to hear his side of the story and state doesn’t really know what happened to their mom! Alas for webslueth it was just a tea time discussion but for their kids it was their mom n dad and no one got justice. No one knows where the mother is. State has 0 evidence. Their only trick was to create so much publicity and hold him with gag order and hope there is impartial jury who can just presume him guilty until proven more guilty.

the dying person usually only write about their innocence if they are really innocent. Even killers tend to start next life with clean slate hoping Jesus would save them by admitting if they have killed. We do know you all especially media and public on social media crucified him without going to trial or Seeing any evidence during the trial as an unbiased jury. So I’m not surprised he gave up. He probably knew you couldn’t provide impartial jury and had made up your mind prior to seeing evidence. I mean not arrest warrants of what police says that fotis was presumably driving Tacoma but apologies we can’t seem to find his pic driving a car. Also we couldn’t find Tacoma plate number. Lol

Hmm ...there is a mountain of irrefutable evidence and even more proof, still held by state police, otherwise they for sure would not have brought on the charge

Seeing the photo of Gloria smiling today has lifted my spirits about the kids and this case. Gave me hope for them.

I believe allowing Gloria to be seen smiling today was the best statement Jennifer's family could make.

With FD on his way out of this world there will be a new beginning for this family which couldn't happen any other way.

Yep, he and Rena are toasting a glass of ouzo and laughing at the entire CT judiciary!

I doubt it though. Don't think he will make it. I just hope the State of CT didn't make a grave error in agreeing to Atty. P. suggestions today. To see the self serving smile on Atty. P. face today shaking hands with Atty Colangelo simply had me shaking my head and saying, "I hope its not a total con".....

IDK why but whenever I see Atty. P. the phrase 'watch your wallet' comes to mind as he simply seems like a con artist or 3 card monte dealer who give a [redacted] about justice or the State of CT.

I don't think I will ever get the image out of my head as the State of CT parole folks calling and calling Fd cell phone yesterday and getting voicemail. Meanwhile he was attempted to kill himself and nothing seemed to be done by the bracelet monitors. Its a level of bureaucratic ineptitude and inefficiency that simply is mind blowing to me and in this case it appears though to have been the result of an oversight in the States Attys Office or Court Clerk or whoever was to advise the monitoring company of Court dates.

Can't make any of this up. I just keep tracking all these events on a long and growing list called, "Only in CT".

If the DM is reporting (as MWM stated) that he's been in the chamber treatment a few times yesterday and again today, then he is likely doing MUCH better. They don't typically use that on patients who aren't somewhat stable, and he is likely showing some signs of improvement to continue it.

Just my thoughts, of course.

A colleague of mine has it, and her exposure to waterskiing and tubing is, well, way less than someone who is in the sport. She goes a couple of times a year, but it all depends on how hard one is jarred against the water.

As it turns out, repeated whiplash style injuries cause notable brain damage (that seems to overlap with some of the symptoms of personality disorders, but is distinguished by specific physical damage to the brain).

Unfortunately my arrogance tells me not to jump to conclusion and to keep an open mind. It is my civic duty to presume innocence until proven guilty. It’s very easy for me to keep an open mind. If I take JD word Serious then I would also trust FD word. In order for me to give you a response. I need to sit on a jury as an unbiased person and see the evidence for myself. I need to see the actual supposed footage and listen to FD explanation to Albany ave scavenger hunt. I would have to use my brain to see if any of it makes sense or not. I’d need to see the bloody pillow, pictures videos of the garage, the quarter size blood drop, the zip ties and much more for me to actually come to conclusion. Hate to disappoint you until then I will trust what both of them said, she will break his legs and he called her a bad mom!
If I’m not on jury then I will trust the jury members who have actually seen and participated in the trial. With him potentially being brain dead I doubt there will be any trial unless he gets resurrected by Jesus!

OK. This is fair enough.

You want to see all evidence, and then make a conclusion. That's cool. That's what a jury would do.

On WS, we do read all available evidence, and - since we aren't on a jury here - sometimes come to conclusions. Then again, sometimes we don't.

In this latest post, you aren't attacking the public here for them wanting to make their own decisions outside/off of a jury, or adding things that are not true. That's refreshing.

I also really wonder what Anna thinks about the Fd collateral 'shortcomings' that honestly in most places other than CT would constitute fraud IMO.

Its fascinating to me that we also saw Atty. P. inserting his private investigator into the bail bond process so Fd could remain out on bond.

Today we saw Atty. P. talking about 'collateral irregularities' and 'title insurance' which are all terms guaranteed to get most people to head for the doors! The issue is Fd again was a naughty man boy and lied about his ownership interest in 4Jx and the value of his real estate. Why this wasn't caught sooner is a mystery to me.

But the new Anna is a Certified Financial Planner with many years experience and she no doubt well understands the issue of 'equity' and 'valuation' as does Fd.

Fd I think thought he could hoodwink the bonding company and it looked like he totally tried to screw his friend (literally and figuratively it seems) out of a good chance of her possibly hard earned $$$. Its sad because looking at her work history she, unlike MT, actually has worked.

Its unfortunate that she most likely will lose her money over the decision to trust Fd the "Greek Grifter" and Atty. P. and Pattisville. The woman was totally fleeced and didn't even see it coming.

I've never seen a group of folks such as Fd and Pattisville leave a wake of such behaviour towards unsuspecting people trying to help. Its as if everything these people touch immediately turns to [REDACTED] toxic waste.
