Maybe NP backed out fearing he won’t get paid for his services if FD bond is revoked meaning FD looses all his money. If there is no money how would he get paid? Let’s get real this was a full time case with lil to no incentive.

And jury is a selection of random individuals. If random individuals have made up their mind then how can any highly publicize trial would end fairly? Hold your horses! Wait for the evidence in the court room.
