This whole mess with fd is a huge cluster **** there’s so many rumours out there and no proof one says he was only in the chamber once another says a few times some say he was dead then not some say life support others say breathing on his own one says new gf others say friend . There’s a whole lot of yapping but nothing official or proven. Only thing proven is this is going to cost a whole lot of money

Can you cite your source for how much this will cost?

NP quote: "..I don't think that people who haven't been accused can understand the savageness of the criminal justice system. "

I wonder what NP feels would be a fairer, less savage, criminal justice system?

I know that people do get accused and convicted of things they didn’t do-but he makes it sound like we are all in peril of getting accused in the same way, and it just isn’t true. I can say for certain that I don’t ever expect to have the police at my door to arrest me for murder. Ever.

I'm sure no one who is innocent and falsely charged expects the police at their door to arrest them for murder.

I have no source on cost but I know medical costs are huge heck I’m Canadian and a lot of our coverage is free a lot of what fd has had done in 48 hrs to him would be out of pocket here and it isn’t cheap

anyone have a link to the press conference at 12 noon?
I don't think FD is long for this world, and am extremely
sadden to NOT hear that he left a suicide note telling
his children how he killed their mom and where the body is.

I have learned to listen how NP says things...he is good at manipulating the way he answers stuff. Listen for yourself and decide....around 27:5

MOO
Replying to your quote again - this is a good podcast, has several interviews with legal peeps. Interestingly after NP interview another lawyer was interviewed and stated that if KD died that the charges/file *could* remain open indefinitely.

Have to echo this recommendation...the ER Doctor Clark that the podcast had was BY FAR the best medical expert IMO I've heard on the topic of CO poisoning.

Dr. Clark did a great job IMO of explaining the process of how the poison works on the human body and how oxygen being reintroduced is so important and how the chamber speeds up the process of reintroducing oxygen to the body at a critical time after the patients exposure to the gas.

I think this is the doctor that was on the podcast but kudos to him for making the process of how the doctors involved are trying to save Fd:

I am in NJ, and have family in Law Enforcement. They say, in NJ, if you are under arrest, (as FD has been rearrested according to msm) the state is responsible for all medical care and cost. If this is the case in Connecticut, he is able to make the system work for him again!
