Lol.

Just spoke to two local defense attorneys about this attempt by Norm Pattis to keep this case going even without a defendant. Attorney Lindy Urso told me it's never happened before, and it never will. @News12CT

Attorney Matthew Maddox had this to say: "This is Norm Barnum trying to keep the greatest show on earth going." He too said it's not going to happen and added, "No one can write a clean slate chapter in order to sanitize Mr. Dulos' history for posterity." @News12CT

The family would have to have agreed to let Pattis continue the case (which is sick). And someone would have to pay for those services (which is nuts). Save your damn money. End this horrendous nonsense. Let Jennifer’s family have some peace. Convict Michelle and the attorney. Christ.
I wonder if this was what Norm was discussing with them in the pictures of them engaged in conversation outside the hospital.

Maybe he was trying to get a feel for whether or not they could pay for the case to continue.

Imo

Has that ever happened?
How is that fair to the decedent?
I seriously don't get this at all. WTF will pay for this?

Oh . . . and what if they find his Estate 'Guilty' . . . then what???

Carrie Luft, spokeswoman for the Farber family, issued a statement. "This is a horrific tragedy all around. Please respect the privacy of the families and loved ones involved."

MOO Also maybe someone can tell NP not to say things that can be construed as the "family came for his organs."

Prettier, smarter, and wealthier.
AC is a lot more attractive but those photos of her are real old so who knows what she looks like now

@davealtimari

More from Pattis motion to keep the criminal case alive. Mr. Dulos children should not be subjected to a lifetime of coping with a fictional reality that their father murdered their mother in cold blood on the basis of baseless and rampant speculation.

No, but they do have the burden of a lifetime of coping with the non-fictional reality of the same. Based on evidence and facts.

That is hard enough without Pattis' dribble.

RSBM:
My Malignant Narc/Sociopath also had a psychological evaluation about 10 years before I met him. It was due to a DUI that he ran out on in a different state. The psychologist stated that he was a normal person with no personality disorders. I now know that facts stated by the ex were 100% lies. The ex kept the letter stating that he was fully a functioning and decent individual. He cherished that evaluation. He got over on the psychologist. It's easy to do. IME.

I agree 1,000%! They are charismatic, outgoing to a fault, can come up with a story (lie) in a second, and fool the smartest people in most professions. A judge with years on the bench, may be the one profession they can’t con.

@AKellerLawCrime

There is a dearth of authority in Connecticut and elsewhere in the U.S. on the concept of a posthumous or post-mortem criminal trials. There is plenty of authority on the mootness doctrine.

So, is the family of FoDo taking his body back to Greece to bury/cremate?
What is the state of CT going to do to MT and KM now there are 2 stooges?

What? "Baseless and rampant speculation"?? What about MOUNTAIN OF EVIDENCE THAT THEIR FATHER KILLED THEIR MOTHER . . . IN A BRUTAL, HEINOUS WAY . . . AND THEN DISCARDED HER BODY LIKE TRASH! Suicide is the most selfish act a human being can carry out . . . God Bless the Dulos Children and their Grandma . . . today . . . and everyday! MOO
Ok, NP innocent people do not commit suicide. What they do is get good and angry and fight back. They take the stand and fight for justice.
So, FD hot enough for ya!?!
