With FD’s Greek family just getting in last night, I wouldn’t expect them to make a decision today. I think after talking with the doctors here, they would consult with their Greek doctors to get their opinions.

Also, this is only the second day, so unless FD is showing no signs of improvement, I feel doctors and family may give him 3-4 days before they make a final decision. JMO.

If FD was successful in taking his life, his sister will have to make final plans for him. Will she take him back to Greece to bury him in his native country?

Another thought - LE was at the house last night so the Greek relatives couldn’t stay there. Now GF has filed for the house to be put into receivership so guess that knocks the relatives out of getting into the house too.

All those reporters standing and waiting, waiting...with their heavy camera bags
Waiting and waiting on the money shot. Pattis loves this...

In the past on cases of major interest, reports have been given from the hospital by hospital officials or an attending doctor, IIRC.

With NP known for his blatant lies or twisted tales, how can we believe what he tells us? After his descriptive word of dire condition,
what word will he use this time to describe FD’s condition?
I think he's intentionally using the word "dire" because he is not a doctor and is not qualified to determine his medical status.
It's just his interpretation of "critical."

I appreciate all the definitions offered.....but, really, I was trying to be funny.

Absolutely, hopefully Norm is charging FD Greek family his full hourly billable rate - for all the hours he toils at the hospital waiting to break the news to the media 'he's dead because of the fake new media rant...'
When chaos happened at FD's house the morning of the emergency hearing, NP wasn't there for his client - and it was noticed. Of course, he can have other clients, but I think he's making it very public that he is with FD "shepherding him through the valley of darkness" to maintain that image of advocate (rather than the image of TV lawyer who picks clients for the limelight).

Does anyone have any ideas whether it would have been possible for Atty. P. to file any kind of motion with the court in an attempt to stop the search warrant on 4Jx - or to attach conditions to the search?

Trying to figure out why it took so long to get the warrant and whether Atty. P. made any attempt to stop the search entirely?

Can this information be found?

DEVELOPING: I spotted Norm Pattis leaving Jacobi’s visitor center with Rena. I asked him how Fotis was doing. His only response was no pictures please. I asked him if he would come speak with us off property. He said maybe later.
@FOX61News
I can’t help but think the fact that Norm said “no pictures please..” while he was with the sister, might mean that FD is dead.??

If FD was recovering, I see no reason for Norm to spend so much time at the hospital.

It would be a long process, and not one that happens in a day or two.

I think he’s there because the opposite is true, and it’s only a matter of time until his client passes.

He’s there for a reason.
I’m torn between He timed it so he wouldn’t die just get sympathy to get outta jail until a bail could be set up to well he messed up the timings and got irreversible damage but either way fd dun facked up. It’s so quiet on the mt km front not a peep

IMO, FD is already gone or a goner. This is a suicide. The "attempt" part will be dropped shortly. JMO

Reporter commenting to his friend that NP is "distraught and very upset...normally when he sees (camera crews) he comes right over".

100% agree, especially after finishing listening to the Chaz & AJ podcast from yesterday.

Norm cries when the gravy train comes to a stop.

Sounds like it’s pulling into the station, and the end is near.

Reporter talking to other reporters:
"There was a guy out here earlier, it wasn't cowboy hat, it wasn't ponytail."

Good to know they refer to FD's team in similar terms to us!

I don't think it means anything other than he is trying to protect the family from the media.
