I think the D.A. will drop the conspiracy charge and they will get 8-16 for hindering
MT may be charged with financial crimes and God knows what else KM was up to
Of all things. Is the suicide in the end an attempt to help his friends?

So if (when?) FD dies - as it appears to me he will, soon - do you think they would move ahead with a trial and convict him in absentia/posthumous conviction?
I have never heard of that happening before. JMO

I don't think so. he was a coward
it took the 3 of them to kill her and he couldn't handle going back to jail.

While Norm Pattis has been ensconsed at Jacobi Hospital with Fotis Dulos his office has been busy filing a motion asking a judge order state and Farmington police to preserve any notes they found in Dulos' home during yesterday's search.

In the course of executing a search of Fotis Dulos’s car, law enforcement officials recovered a note in which Mr. Dulos declared his innocence of the infamous and heinous crimes that the state has accused him of and claimed his lawyers have the evidence to prove it.” Pattis said
@MassGuy, thanks for posting this. I suspected something was up behind the scenes given the delay in the warrant and the fact that the LE folks were all there waiting to go for a day and a half. Had to be 8-10 LE blowing bubbles for at least 2 shifts all because of this Atty. P. created delay.

Absolutely doesn't surprise me as this is simply how Atty. P. IMO rolls!

MOO I think FD means his lawyer has a strategy for a hung jury, and spun that into "I am innocent."

Yes. His lawyer has evidence to prove his innocence, just like FD had an airtight alibi on the day of the murder.

What a bunch of nonsense.

Does anybody else here feel like we're all on
a "Death Watch" ????

I do. I never envisioned myself as someone who would wait outside a prison until the inmate is executed but here I sit sorta doing the same thing. It feels weird.
