Apparently nobody edited this for errors prior to submission. Tells you a lot about a law firm.

Typical Pattis pitter patter.

Blackmailing MT and KM into hiring NP
Of counsel to help them win their freedom.

Help me out here, why wouldn't they "preserve evidence"? Is this a way for NP to talk about the note around the Gag order? He can say whatever he wants in his motion and he knows it will be put out into the world, or is this a normal thing?

I think this is a tactic to send a message to MT and KM and their attornies for them to wonder what FD actually said, keep them from coming forward with more details. JMO

BBM above.
FD works on greed and rage, as you state @AbbyG.
As we have seen in the past he reacts angrily, quickly.
This suicide attempt was another case, of reacting, possibly premeditated if matters lead to going to prison.
He possibly had this plan, at the back of his mind.
As with other actions, garbage run, memorial damage, FD rages and reacts, not considering the consequences, not thinking ahead.
How on earth, has he won here, as similarly losing with his other actions.
MOO.
I find it ironic that in the act of dying he is putting it all on Norm to prove his innocence .
He is not letting him off the hook!
Even with one foot in the grave.
Still large and in charge. In control, so to speak.
You couldn't make this stuff up.
MOO.

I have a question for Rich here. No doubt he’d have the answer here!

TAMFORD — Fotis Dulos has undergone two psychological evaluations since his wife filed for divorce in 2017 and has been deemed a “gregarious and confident person” with no psychopathic tendencies, according to the latest in a series of motions filed in the heated custody dispute.

Attorney Rich Rochlin filed the motion late Tuesday in Stamford family court in response to his client’s mother-in-law, Gloria Farber, calling for Fotis Dulos to be psychologically evaluated.”
Attorney: Doctor evaluations of Jennifer Dulos’ husband show no psychopathic tendencies
hey there Rich! Question for you. Was FD resisting to be analyzed or did y’all do some pin the tail on the donkey stuff in the office? Just curious to see how your gregarious and confident 🤬🤬🤬 client is hanging on.

I’d send flowers but they’d be purple.

Basically, “murderer says he didn’t do it.”

This motion specifically points to a note found in Dulos' car "in which he declared his innocence of the infamous and heinous crimes that the State has accused him of and claimed his lawyers have the evidence to prove it." @News12CT

I figured she must have gone out for a smoke.
IMO, she looks devastated and also seems to be reassuring Norm.
Fotis is an evil man for doing this to the Farbers, his children and his family.
No doubt Rena still believes in him. It's easier for her to cling to that.
And pulling the plug will be difficult.
It always is, even for medical people, in my experience.
Medical people are healers to the core.
Pulling the plug is a very sober almost spiritual time.
MOO.

Is there a photo of this? Thank you.

Can't wait to see what MT and KM do to beat this trick.
This whole threesome lives life on the edge.

Many hospitals, if not most, spend millions on uncompensated care each year, meaning they pick up the tab for patients with no insurance etc. I would think there would be massive lawsuits daily if any hospital or insurance company would effectively end a life by refusing further care. Just in my experience ...
Even unidentified Jane/John Doe's are treated in hospital when brought in by emergency responders!

RSBM:
My Malignant Narc/Sociopath also had a psychological evaluation about 10 years before I met him. It was due to a DUI that he ran out on in a different state. The psychologist stated that he was a normal person with no personality disorders. I now know that facts stated by the ex were 100% lies. The ex kept the letter stating that he was fully a functioning and decent individual. He cherished that evaluation. He got over on the psychologist. It's easy to do. IME.

Well, if there's an upside to his demise, the
State of Ct. will save a pile of money if no trial
for FD.
Will be interesting to see how this affects the other 2 co-conspirators.
