Vom.
it?
Vom.
Yes how cruel is that. FD never mentioned his children in that note as far as what we have read so far. He only cared about himself and his name. No mention of his kids or his wife that he supposedly did not kill! What a piece of work. The NP circus show does need to end and I hope the court denies all his motions quickly! GrrrrrrrrrrrThis is wicked! Who would be behind this - Fotis himself (via instructions) or member of his family?
I hope the courts put a quick end to this based upon the best interest of his children. How cruel!
I would think not if it's still an ongoing case.So can they lift the gag order now and can we see all Discovery? Moo
ITA we do all at the same time - usually there is a trigger for people to consult an estate planning lawyer IMO- marriage divorce, death and illness particularly dementia early onset - I’ve had mine for years but it’s because of my work - imoI have had mine since my 30s. And when you get a will now they always push the directives and POAs at you. I think it is quite common. He had lived in wealth and had kids.
I cannot imagine any organ donation after CO poisoning. But seriously Norm, trying to make FD sound generous in regard to donating his organs?? Made me feel a little sick. Here is NP full statement

My husband and I have had all our healthcare docs in place since our first child was born. Our estate lawyer had us do it.Hmm .. interesting. He was a rather young man to have to have these documents in place. My dad was 72 and we did them last-minute, so it doesn't take long to do it. Makes me wonder of he and sissy talked about the possibility of him bailing ahead of time. JMO.
Now it's done. We will never know where Jennifer's body is. Fotis could have had a wonderful life with Jennifer and 5 beautiful children and threw it all away for a "girlfriend". He wasn't in high school. He was a mature married man and father. They should be planning a trip to Disneyworld right now. Now 5 kids with no mother or father and carrying this the rest of their lives.

100%Those kids wouldn’t have to deal with a “fictional reality,” if Norm shut his damn mouth and stopped pushing outlandish theories that have no basis in fact.
Telling those kids that their mommy abandoned them, is absolutely disgusting.
His client is dead, yet Norm is taking it upon himself to continue the destruction. He needs to be called out on this.
Of course the DM has a photo of AC...we have all probably found it online prior though
I agree, he married for money! MOO tooI
Exactly.
MOO he married for money and then told himself victim tales when he discovered doing that makes a person lonely and bored.
OK. Where are our lawyers on board. So they want to to try an estate of a man to clear his name. Ever seen this?? I have seen retrials of wrongfully accused, but to proceed against a defendant whom has died? Hubris.... Rena and the Admiral I am sure have had no sleep in a few days. The two lawyers of Pattis and Smith basically took the day off. I just think they are not thinking clearly. CT still has to try MT and KM. They can’t consider allowing a dead person to defend himself. No way!The only reason NP could be doing this, aside from the obvious money and publicity, is surely because FD has tried to set up MT or KM.
Moo
Sounds about right. Yesterday, Norm likened himself to Jesus, with the good shepherd reference.I cannot imagine any organ donation after CO poisoning. But seriously Norm, trying to make FD sound generous in regard to donating his organs?? Made me feel a little sick.
