I don't understand much about the process to be honest, other than that graves are rented and only the very very rich can have permanent graves if at all. I believe the last resting place for many is called an 'ossuary.'

ETA but for those who cannot afford the ossuary fees... Well it's just too sad to think about.

Oh, that's absolutely heartwrenching. I cannot imagine exhuming your 4 year old after only 3 years. I just weep for them.

After reading that, I feel pretty sure FD will be buried in CT. It should be unmarked, so he is a nobody in death.

Really, really hope the family takes him home.

The Dulos family is now making funeral arrangements and has considered burying Fotis Dulos in Farmington.

He has no roots there.

Interesting theory ... Certainly would have meshed with his later campaign to portray Jennifer as mentally unstable. I suppose anything is possible at this point. Can only imagine the contents of a Fotis-penned suicide note passed off to look like Jennifer wrote it. Chlling. JMO.

Whoa. We know the vacuum was already broken on May 24th. Maybe that was his plan for JF. In her own garage. Zip ties on, zip ties off. Make it look like suicide. No blood, no clean up, no investigation. JMO

Have we talked about this? If he was the sole agent that morning, then he drove the Tacoma to Waveny, then biked to Welles. If he drove JF's Suburban back to the Tacoma, he STILL had to go back for his bike. Which we know he retrieved because it's visible in the stills of the Tacoma. Possible he threw it in the back of JF's Suburban, but maybe THIS is where it all went sideways. Maybe he never intended to drive away in the Suburban, maybe he never intended to leave with a body. Bike in, bike out. Be back at 4JC while the phone call from Greece was still greasing. (How angry was he when he learned the alibi call came in on the wrong phone, almost went unanswered and ultimately lasted mere SECONDS?!!!)

Am I wrong or did I see in one of the many search warrants that FD’s suburban was located 500 feet away on the same day as JFD disappearance? LE confirmed bc the front end had damage ( MT had been in accident prior). Someone beside FD drove that away.
Also - did LE confirm KM was at FD’s house for the “morning mtg” while FD was in NC?

think about this for a minute- other than to solidify the case against each other- MT and KM have very little to negotiate with since the main culprit is dead and there's no longer a case against him. The state doesn't need any
dope on FD- his case is dismissed. So basically these two are left to fight it out. Who's more culpable here? And who does the state want
to see spend some solid years behind bars?

Thinking back to the alibi and scripts, I remember reading on previous threads here that the call from Greece was supposed to go to the 4JX house phone, but it mistakenly went to FD's cellphone. What is the reasoning/significance behind that? Also, were burner phones included in any AW/ SWs? I see them referenced often but may have missed it in the SW's.

MOO kM as far a conspiracy, MOO KM has so much animosity towards his own wife that I think he gladly chatted with FD about murder, probably while loaded. Then after all that, the instant he made the slightest gesture that would assist with the crime, even filling the Tacoma gas tank, he became a co-conspirator.
I also think the men were sexist and kept the big ideas to themselves, just using MT where needed, alibi, then unexpected cleaning.

Once she knew what game was afoot she should have run to police or at least a lawyer to help her go to police. Renunciation is best defense for conspiracy.

this is true. In the village my family is from, there’s a little chapel where the exhumed bones are kept in boxes. They leave people buried for several years before this occurs. Usually the ones that have the shortest stay in the ground are the ones who died at an old age. I asked once about when people pass at a young age, especially when children. They said they leave the youth graves alone. If they are exhumed, it would be after many decades when the child’s loved ones have also passed.

the way my village does it is the loved ones of the departed have to ask the locals if someone is willing to exhume a relative to make space. My Mom died first. When my Father passed 2 years later, my family begged the family next to my Mom if they can have the space so my parents can be buried together but the person refused.

If this is how FD place works then I suspect they may have difficulty finding a spot ( unless they exhume their own relative). Greeks can be very wary and suspicious of karma and FD well, was controversial at best.

ETA: judging by the comments I’ve seen greeks make on articles, most think he’s guilty.

Yes, he could have taken a photo and texted it to him. I agree NP’s comments have been fishy about this.


Lawyers for Fotis Dulos, who died on Thursday amid a criminal trial for the murder of his long-missing wife Jennifer, released what is believed to be a suicide note by their client.

The note came from Dulos' attorneys. The letter's authenticity has not been confirmed by Connecticut State Police or Farmington Police.

But when the taint team came for the search of 4JX at least one representative for the defense came too, to ensure a valid search.
