Yes, in a prior thread a poster with knowledge of the testing looked at the test given and it was thought that the last page of the test given to Fd was missing. The other issue with this entire testing were the qualifications and competency of the person administering the test.

I do hope that Atty. P. puts the discredited psych report and this psychopath testing to bed along with any further litigation.

Probably won't happen, but we can all wish for a miracle I guess!

Do we have a copy of this test? Or do we just know what test he was given? If we have access to FDs actual test, I would love to see it.

I agree with you and others on this. I agree the statement was trying to salvage FD name by the implication it was going to others. I highly suspect they are going to research and the family wants us to believe otherwise.

Agree, and the public may not know but in many cases the family elects to donate the whole body for research (dissection for study) and none of the actual organs are transplanted.
Skin and bone is also a transplanted tissue.
There are even companies, that medical people
are aware of and promote to families, that take
the whole body, remove useable parts, cremate
the remains, and return what's left to the family for burial. There's no cost for this and
thus some families elect to do this. Even Hospice disseminates information on this method.

Compare the PF and DF cases. PF had a public defender, I believe, a job I would never want but essential for the court of law in this country. PF received a fair trial because he was well represented. DF hired a carnival barker. Someone who hustles, targeting high profile, seedy cases, selling the snake oil that he's going to get the guilty off the hook. That's WHY FD hired him. IMO NP wasn't defending or representing FD. He was representing himself. He's an actor. He said so himself, "I don't play a doctor on TV. I play a lawyer." Anyone who can choose to take the moment a father -- any father-- who has just been removed from life support and was five traumatized children's last living parent and use it for grandstanding, hawking legal nonsense that gets him headlines? That's beyond the pale.

I suspect an ego so big it's oozing out the back of his head.

Coward. Fully aware of his guilt. Not surprising that the supposed suicide note contains nothing about “loving his children”.

All I want to think about is beautiful Jennifer, watching over her children from heaven. I wish all the best to those boys and girls, may they heal from this horrible time in their lives and know their mother’s deep love for them.

I might be wrong about this and please correct me if I am... but isnt our only source of what this note contains from Norm? If so, why are we believing him now when we have seen him stand in front of microphones and cameras multiple times and spew bs? Has CSP or really anyone else confirmed the contents of this note?

@denzelcobb i would of liked nothing more than to see this go to trial, To see the proof the state has to convict him. To be 100% sure he was guilty as he went off to prison.to draw my own final conclusion is why I follow true crime stories.
But he killed himself,he gave up his right to a fair trial.if he had got hit by a car an accidental death of some sort I would be more likely to support continuing on with the trial.I don’t feel that his suicide makes him guilty,but I do feel that a real man fights tooth and nail to the bitter end.it wasn’t over yet and he chose to stop fighting.now it over!!! Surely the children will inherit anything FD has so no reason for a lawsuit.
However, I would imagine FD's estate is in the negative numbers. What a loser!

They can still collect his social security survivor benefits.

Yes, you're correct. Lots of behind the scenes
tap dancing for the organs (actually the whole body donation ) which I'm familiar with through a family member who was under Hospice care at the end.
How it takes place, IME, is Hospice suggests
a couple of companies that assists the family
with all the final arrangements. They make it
extremely easy and it takes some of the painful responsibilites from the family who often are
relieved of the emotional duties.
The whole body is agreed to be donated in advance of death by decedent's responsible family member. Based on a long litany of
questions about the donor's medical history,
like treatments given, drugs taken, etc. the
company decides behind the scenes what parts
of body are useable (saleable) or not. Again, the family is relieved of many arrangements
that are so difficult at time of death.
The company takes the whole body, removes
useable parts, cremates the body, and returns
remains to family weeks later. FREE of charge
to family. It is a lucrative business.

Grandma may have allowed the oldest two to have a private moment with him. She seems aware of the whole problem, that this man who killed her daughter was also there father. What matters is their choice in the matter. Older ones can tell younger ones how it was at the hospital.

Personally, I think all 5 children probably did go to the hospital to say their goodbyes. GF would have anticipated NP holding a press conference to say that FD was even denied access to his children while on his deathbed.

Not to mention, in many cases, seeing a person that is deceased/dying is the only way the brain allows belief that they are in fact passed. The children have some proof their father has passed however, they may be having a hard time believing that Jennifer has passed. I pray her remains are located to allow for closure, proof and essentially help with the healing process.

I know for me, in my experience with my mother's suicide, I needed to see her because I literally refused to believe she had died. It was my brains way of protecting my sanity by believing there must be a mistake. And even to this day, 14 years later, I sometimes have to remind myself that I did in fact see her after she died and I cant make up fantasy stories to tell myself she is still alive somewhere and somehow... JMO & JME YMMV

I'm not sure if this has been discussed yet.. the picture of GF was taken as she entered a NY hotel... what hotel? How close is it to Jacobi? And why was she at a hotel? Not in any way sleuthing GF. I believe she has done a phenomenal job handling everything that has been thrown at her all while she herself is grieving. I just found the hotel information interesting.

This seems to confirm my earlier speculation. Perhaps AC hired NP to assist in challenging her debt:

The remaining two checks are from a woman named Anna Curry, who is identified as a “best friend” to Fotis Dulos on the bond documents. She paid $147,000 owed an additional $272,150. It appears a monthly payment plan was set up that would be in effect until next April.

Another bail bondsman said if Dulos passes away, Curry will still need to pay the remainder of that money. bbm

AC is still on the hook for $18,000/ month through April 2021. Her ‘best friend’ left her holding the bag, I can’t feel sorry for her in the slightest tho. Just goes to show that FD and others like him will destroy everything they touch. MOO

I believe Atty Weinstein on behalf of GF/Estate of JFd filed to have a receiver appointed for 4Jx (Tea Tree Realty).

Appears that Atty Weinstein will be dealing with the Greek Family on personal effects at 4Jx.

It will be interesting to see when the Estate of Fotis Dulos materialises as a participant in any of the existing litigation or pursues future litigation and who will be in charge of it.

Now, we have the Civil Litigation with GF (waiting for Judge Noble decision), Foreclosures of Sturbridge and 4Jx, federal taxes unfiled for 2 years, state taxes unfiled for 2 years, trade liens/claims, Peoples Bank loans, sizeable credit card debt with multiple creditors, local property taxes-multiple, unsold property and houses, 4 friend loans on multiple properties, current situation with last existing bail bond which used 6 Fd properties (2 of which were in Foreclosure), and an interesting claim from GAL Michael (Maserti) Meehan for around $60,000 which I believe supersedes almost all the creditors.

I am sure there are many more claims against the Estate as I am fairly sure there will be more property and hidden assets too. My suspicion is that KM knows a great deal about the overall financial picture as he no doubt assisted in its creation and ditto for the Fd friends.

In short, its a messy situation for whomever takes over the Fd Estate.

Did Mama A just find out about AC? Did Mama A believe that MT or her daughter was going to be a major benny in FD's estate? Guess Mama A will need to retain a wills trusts and estates attorney to represent MT's financial stake, which may have gone poof. I'm sure FD left MT with some kind of promise of $$$. I found this interesting too, guess it could be anything, I had wondered if she kept moving the kids around to different hotels for their safety, or if her other daughter was living nearby in a hotel to help, or if LA is living/ staying in a hotel nearby....Also I had the thought that she was just meeting someone for lunch, maybe one of her lawyers or a friend. In NYC (and other places) it’s of course very common to have very nice bars and restaurants inside of nice hotels, Jackie Onassis had breakfast every day in a hotel restaurant where she had her own table MOO MOO
