Deceased/Not Found CT - Jennifer Dulos, 50, New Canaan, 24 May 2019 *ARRESTS* #44

I have questions. Apologies, very late to this case. Have just read the three latests arrest warrants.

• Is there any information as to whether LE has retrieved any vehicle information for KM?
• Has KM provided an alibi for his whereabouts after he left 4JX?
• Is there any mention of the red truck coming back to either 4JX or 80MS?
• do you think it is likely that whoever killed Jennifer disposed of her body near her home/where he truck was abandoned, OR do you think that the driver of the red truck risked having a body and clean up materials in the back of the truck?
• the AW mentions that a bike can been seen in the bed of the truck, but no mention of trash bags.
• Is there likely more vehicle movements/CCTV near Jennifers home that is not contained in the AW(s) (I'm having a hard time that there is no more CCTV in that area and that Jennifer did not have a security system or CCTV on or near her property).

At the moment:

1. I do think that FD is responsbile for Jennifers disappearance;
2. I do not think that MT was aware of what was in the bags. I think the penny had dropped by her third interview;
3. I think KM knows way more than MT does;
4. I get the distinct impression that neither FD nor KM like/respect women;
5. I do not think that the murder was because FD wanted access to the chidrens trust fund. The total of the trust funds combined is 2 million and hardly enough to solve FDs financial problems (see last point on page 30 of FD AW). I think he just wanted the divorce done with/Jennifer gone;
6. I do think this was planned and I think that KM helped FD plan it. I also think that KM assisted with disposal of the body.

ETA my final musing: - i think it will be very telling what happens next to the MT and KM cases. I would not be at all surprise if charges are dropped against MT. I do not think they will be dropped against KM.

Each child had 2 million.

thats not how I read the AW:
' each of the (5) Dulos children has a trust fund. The total amount of these trusts was more than 2 million dollars. IMO if each trust was 2 million then the total would be 10 million.

She may very well be stupid enough that Fd thought it was best to keep her out of the loop, but I really think that based on the fact that they upgraded the charges against her in January, the officers who interviewed her 3 times think she has information that she chose not to give them, rather than thinking that she just doesn’t have the information. I agree she has not been helpful. If what MT said is true about KM asking her to answer the phone call from Andreas, then thats what swung it for me. Another question. The AW mentioned that FD had another phone, but no info on this in the AW other than the mention of it.
I also think that the call from Andreas was a signal for KM to leave 4JX

This video seems to be saying that Michelle T and Kent M are going to be charged on whatever else they did, obstruction, rape, etc.
The implication was that the conspiracy portion would no longer be a factor. Which is what I thought originally although everyone disagreed and one person implied that I was defending them which is untrue, I don't have a horse in this race, I am just interested in the legal issues at stake, so please don't make this personal.

The rape charge is against KM's wife/ex wife and is not related to Jennifer.

I have no answer for that, as a house that size is nothing but a flashy money pit and no one who has any money smarts would intentionally throw away money like that. Remember the Brady Bunch with 6 kids and a 3 bedroom house?

agree but it hasn’t happened yet and we thought her mindset might shift when the new girlfriend arrived In October. Just guessing but do think FD had other evidence on her that is keeping MT from talking. We know that parallel investigations into other crimes and people are ongoing but still cannot tie it all together. We have Anna curry and the Tout brothers along with KM in the crosshairs of Colangelo so we will have to wait and see.

here you go- the short answer- Propane seems to be more efficiently burned and less volatility
