I've been reading through thread after thread after thread and honestly some of the opinions and speculations are reaching and irrelevant IMOO. Could someone please just try and give me concrete evidence that JD is dead? not hearsay, not DNA on a bag? I think we forget that our emotions get the better of us and we are forgetting that the client/suspect/ FD is presumed innocent. They haven't found a body yet, and as far as I know, from the evidence they collected there isn't evidence of enough blood being lost belonging to JD to concretely say she should be presumed dead. Do I think she's dead? Yes. Does that matter? No. Do I think FD probably did it? Yes. Does that matter? NO!... It doesn't matter if they were going through a divorce, it doesn't matter if they got into arguments( millions upon millions of people go through the same and worse), and unfortunately any suspicious behavior and behaviors in the past are not proof beyond a reasonable doubt that JD was murdered let alone is deceased. I think all of the brilliant minds here, we would be more helpful to the investigation by using our skills to find out where she is, dead or alive, and then you work outward from there. I think if JD is a victim, than we owe it to her to find her and find out what actually happened. JUST A THOUGHT....also FD isn't on trial for murder, correct? Sorry to come off this way, just it gets a little frustrating to hear over and over again that someone is a lying ******* and murdered his wife when that is a big accusation that there is no concrete proof of... I would keep in mind that THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION HAS A GANG MENTALITY-STAY OBJECTIVE!

For sure I think the case is very compelling, and I'm sure anyone bringing a capital NO BODY murder case, had better be damn sure they know and are convinced of what they are doing. though I am advocating for the presumption of innocence and our 2nd constitutional right in general, I am human and I absolutely weigh in the circumstances and I can believe that it's probable he was involved in her disappearance, but I do not lean towards beyond a reasonable doubt. This reminds me of the Scott Peterson case. I was in school for forensic psychology at the time and I was advocating that they should have never charged him with murder, that the evidence was circumstantial and he shouldn't have been convicted, and I actually at the time believed he did it ( I had the entire class against me, screaming, yelling, that he was a monster etc etc etc, but I just didn't feel they proved that)...well looks like now he might not have done it, and this is exactly the point i'm trying to make. I think it reminds me of it, because the possibility that something else could have happened is there, that for me is reasonable doubt, and I think to charge or convict someone when there is even an inkling of doubt is a dangerous game we play with peoples lives all the time. The system is beautiful when it works, unfortunately it doesn't work that often. I would hate, for him to be aquitted of murder and then the body is found later on, and there is no way to charge him if he did do it again. Where is JD's Justice in that?

One possible explanation for the change in atty: maybe MT was in the middle of a plea deal/disclosed certain info to AB. He could no longer effectively represent her because he had too much knowledge of her participation.

Hmmm ... to be a fly on the wall. I can only imagine what MT must be like as a client, especially now that FD is gone. MOO

Fotis Dulos and Michelle Troconis were arrested on a new tampering with evidence charge last week in connection with their roles in cleaning up a 2001 red Toyota Tacoma police believe was used in Jennifer Dulos’ disappearance, according to the arrest warrants.

If she ever discussed with FD that JF disappearing would make life easier, MOO that is a strong case for conspiracy.

NY media also have the ability and $$$ to travel so not sure the move to Hartford will deter a determined bunch of reporters IMO.

Attys. like to work in areas where they're familiar w/ the judges and prosecutors and LE.
That's their home territory and they're more familiar with everything, not to mention the travel time back and forth to Stamford.
Plus this new guy is probably an 'unknown' in
Stamford.

So,who makes the decision?

Someone probably said this already but there was a professional statement of enough blood loss to think JD is dead.

MOO don't think the state will rely on one single expert witness in this. And I think they will make their case. A 50 year old woman bleeding like that is not going to live without immediate medical attention.

There are no longer capital charges in CT. They did away with the DT in 2012.
In fact that is why all bails are monetary because the old capital cases used in the criminal code used to be automatically no bail.

Ok- I don't know how to post links, but there is a HC story dated 12-12-17 that puts Schoenhorn and Pattis against one another in the same case.

Pattis was defending a white supremacist journalist (who's surprised?) who was giving a speech entitled "Its OK to be white." He said horrific things, then was arrested for something although HC does not make it clear what the charges were. (Who's surprised?) The article ignores that the speaker was arrested for something, but quotes Pattis, "Free speech matters... my client was treated like an animal for no reason."

Also arrested and charged was one of many protesters at the speech who tried to steal his speech from the lectern. Her name was Carolyn Gregory, my new hero. She was charged with attempted larceny. Pattis called for her incarceration. She was represented by Schoenhorn. He was quoted, "...[my client's] response was measured and understandable." And he said the White Supremacy speech had the "apparent goal of inciting a violent response. That ...would not be covered by the 1st amendment."

Hmmmm

Adding: did more research and "journalist" is not a term to apply to the supremacist. He is affiliated with Gateway Pundit, which spreads known falsehoods.

It was at UCONN and played out in the press for several days. I paid attention to it because it essentially had ties to two colleges and my husband is a college professor in CT. Can't forget the trip into NY to check out the HF probate docs....this speaks to longterm knowledge as well as participation in the planning of the murder of JFd IMO as well as motive.

We also don't know the status yet of any possible criminal charges associated with FORE for MT either.

The MT primary role in the 123 Hunter situation was front and centre in Family Court and provides evidence of MT active role with Fd in doing whatever it was that they were trying to do and about which we here have discussed and debated extensively!

I'm not sure why I have this image of all of the State's evidence piled up and sitting in Stamford and waiting to be dropped on MT and her new attorney like TON of bricks.

MT was no passive passenger here on anything presented in AW1-3 IMO and AW3 had MT leaving the Raptor on Albany so the early excuse of chatting away with Petu while waiting for her meal at Starbucks simply won't hold up IMO.

Cannot wait to see the new motions filed by the latest attorney. Should tell us something and curious to see the argument made to shift from Stamford to Hartford.

He said Troconis wanted to try something new and he wants the GPS bracelet removed.
