Maybe it was someone who tried to enter the house on 2/2. That would not surprise me.
yeah, it was Sunday.
Maybe the Devil came looking for FD.

Can they 'legally' empty out the house?
I figured all the personal property would go into the probate and divided up legally.

Legally? No. But I doubt that GF will have someone chasing the moving van down the road-she has too much class.

I can see the headline now...
"High Powered Criminal Defense Atty. Goes After
Misdemeanor Trespasser"
...drain the retainer...
And then since he’s a “reporter” Norm will grant him an interview.
Drain the retainer should be the title of Norm’s FD book.

That TIE! If Pattis is Barnum, this one is Bailey!

Echoing a point others have made here, who the [REDACTED] would possibly hire MT? You made this bed, sweetheart.

I keep thinking of Richard Gere in Chicago and his song and dance in court to get Roxy off of her murder charges. Will we see a performance number?

Michelle Troconis’ new lawyer files four motions with hopes to exonerate her charges
"Mr. Dulos' passing ... he did leave a suicide note and under our law, that is admissible as a dying declaration on behalf of someone who is exonerated in that dying declaration," added Schoenhorn.

IMO the suicide note cuts both ways. MT new atty is simply presenting one such POV.

The alternative POV is that the Fd death represents a 'consciousness of guilt' for his actions in the murder of JFd. Not surprisingly the new MT atty isn't talking about this and Atty. P. per usual denies this strongly. I might be inclined to give some though to the Atty. P. POV if I for a second believed his conscience were clean in his treatment of Fd, but I am unable to give him that benefit of consideration here given his very long and very public track record on this sad and tragic case.

Knowing what we know about Fd and his longstanding inability to tell the truth about much of anything, which POV makes the most sense to you to try and explain the suicide note? I very much believe that if you watch people long enough and closely that they will tell you precisely who they are by virtue of their actions.

Fd with his huge case files in multiple courts IMO told the world precisely who and what he was with his actions. Whether you choose to believe the actions of Fd or the words of Atty. P. or even the words of Fd in his various interviews is a personal choice its your choice and the jury will eventually has a choice when they hear this evidence in the MT trial. Clearly the Greek Family didn't believe any of the actions of Fd and instead saw IMO what they wanted to see and believed the words of their brothers rather than his actions.

My money will be on personal actions OVER words all day and any day but that is simply me! This plays out very definitely IMO for MT. Look at the actions of MT over the course of her relationship with Fd, look at the actions of MT while being served with 3 arrest warrant and look at the motions put forward now by the new atty for MT. IMO these actions and choices very clearly tell the world yet more info about who exactly MT is and isn't.

My mind is quite clear on this issue but you have to decide as will the jury in the MT case most likely. I just look at the reality of Fd suicide where with his last act in life he essentially picked the pocket of the the last 2 people that sought to help him. Specifically, he took almost 1/3 of the net worth of his new girlfriend Anna Curry and the IRA of his longstanding party buddy GV (who isn't a wealthy person by any stretch) and who knows how much money from Atty. P. PI. To the end Fd was thinking of nobody but Fd and for whatever reason when it seems that he might have been close to looking in the mirror at his actions, his choice was instead to gas himself. To me, this last act of Fd tells a very clear and compelling story.

"But I was cleaning the house. I wasn't cleaning Jennifer."

This seems like a pretty well constructed English sentence - IMO. Why would she need an interpreter? This about says it all.
She certainly knows english. She was able to make an innuendo sex joke when "caught" in the act on the truck that 3 non native speakers got according to AW3.

I agree. Fine--give her an interpreter for every language known to man. Give her a Klingon interpreter. As long as she talks. JMO
Yes. MOO don't want a successful appeal on whether she understood the questions.

Am sure they can take personal items...photos, heirlooms (if any exist), etc.
Can't find the Mercier bicycle though. LOL.

Agreed. FD no longer had control of his life. He had sold his soul to the devil. MOO

Definitely agree...But the horror of this from the radio interview is NP's insistence that he will "get the discovery." In other words, he wants to use the family psych report, and he plans to use it to defame JFd, IMO.

When asked in the radio interview if he has the information that Fd promised in his suicide note, NP's says, "It's a work in progress...We don't have everything yet. We're still investigating." (paraphrased) In other words, NP and Fd were relying on trying to create reasonable doubt about who was driving the Tacoma and if it was in fact EE's Tacoma. Wonder what he is planning to do about the bicyclist on Weed street and other evidence containing DNA and blood.

NP doesn't want to commit himself until he sees the State's evidence. He has to mold his explanation around the evidence held by the State. In other words, again, NP has nothing except Fd's words that he didn't do it. It's all a smoke and mirrors show that prolongs Fd's family's grief....extends the grief of the Farbers and the children. This isn't an honorable pursuit...all IMO...MOO.

P.S. And, he still wants the CT Supreme Court to rule on the gag order for his own future benefit....IMO. If the case is closed next week, the gag order would be moot also, IMO. NP should tell us all his story then.

He doesn't have any claim to discovery when he doesn't represent any of the accused. More free unsolicited advice to Fotis' loved ones:

Sorry for your loss.

If you want to know more about what happened, Pattis can't get you any of that anymore.

If you don't want that, but you want to imply the state is hiding things about Jennifer and hint that the hidden stuff shows a Jennifer in conflict with - well - what everyone says-Pattis could do that for you. It's his specialty.

But-- ewww! Is that what kind of person you are?

Unless your goal is to lie about Jennifer, run, run, run from Pattis.

Peace out.

All of a sudden I am having a hard time replying, sorry I cannot reply to post....so

It is hard to know what Jennifer’s mom would do...want the two remaining suspects, possible felons, to serve time or get a reduced sentence if they gave up the location of Jennifer's body.

If it was just Jennifer’s mom and sister left I would say the would both want the book thrown at the two possible felons. Let them rot in prison. However, there are children to think of. Having closure by getting Jennifer back, buried, and a place where the children can go visit may be more important. The children would not have to wonder where is their Mom.

Grandma will be thinking of the children when this occurs. She, her family and friends have followed through with dignity, honor and respect. Even Grandmas attorneys have shown respect and honor through the circus of motions and comments from the defense teams.

A very hard decision to make.

If MT knows that JD’s body was destroyed and therefore can never to be found to be given a proper burial, what can she say if she’s offered a deal for a shorter sentence in exchange for the body? And perhaps that’s why she has been so tight lipped about everything. She’s just hoping by some miracle she’ll get a light sentence or be found not guilty. IMO

What is the disagreement about where MT's files from Attorney Bowman should go? New attorney wants them delivered directly to him....Attorney Bowman's preference is ????? Not familiar with this...MOO

I've seen it asked but missed the answer, if it was provided. Can anyone tell me why 4JX needs the court to determine who the receiver is? I'm not understanding why this is a matter of the court instead of just being left to GF to appoint her own property minder. TIA
@Eli9, 4Jx started out as a marital asset and was owned 50:50 by Fd and JFd.

GF purchased the prior mortgage on the property from BNY Mellon and so stepped into the mortgage and functioned as the BANK.

When Fd called up GF and said he was no longer going to pay the mortgage (he had lived rent free at the house effectively for over a year) then she had her atty's (in the name of a trust set up to benefit the CHILDREN) undertake a foreclosure action to remove Fd from the property. This is no different than if you decided to randomly stop paying the mortgage on your house. The bank wouldn't let this go on very long and would seek to remove you. This is what GF via the Trust was doing at the time Fd killed himself.

How about her social media post about “wax your *****, because Fotis is coming after you!”

Looks like we might just have a "Waldo Weiner" on our hands here!

Atty Bowman technically I believe must return the files to Atty Colangelo and cannot just hand them over to any random attorney that raises their hand and says they are the new MT counsel. I'm poking a bit of fun here as the new atty did file the proper paperwork in Court to document his taking over the case. The reality though is that the process exists for a reason and the new attorney either didn't want to drive to pick up the files in Stamford which is where I believe Atty Bowman was sending them or have a messenger service pick them up and deliver them to Hartford.

I scratch my head about all this as in the time it took to write and file he motion he could have driven round trip to pick up the files. Just question the time mgmt and priorities here if you have a client going before the Judge and you aren't prepared? By virtue of the theatrics with the file did this new atty jeopardise his preparation for the upcoming MT hearing? IDK but if it were me, I would start the engine and do the drive or pony up for a messenger rather than issue a public complaint that simply serves to add more delay. I do think we learned quite a bit about this new atty and he has only been on the job for a few days!

Does it seem to anyone else that this new atty from Hartford might not like Fairfield Country and New York City media in particular very much?!?!? One of his first moves is to remove the case from nearby the location where JFd was murdered and take the case to Hartford! I do hope the Judge sees this manipulation for what it is and keeps the case in Stamford where the victim was murdered. Following his logic, if MT and Fd drove the Raptor to Los Angeles then we would have the trial in LA? Not sure that would make much sense. Evidence travels. Not sure where the evidence ends up is as important as WHERE IT STARTED. Just my POV, believe what your will!

If you think about the logic of this file transfer protocol and process it makes a lot of sense to protect highly confidential and sensitive information. What doesn't make much sense was the whining about process and showing upfront what I believe was a full intention to 'short circuit' process in the proper procedure for file handoff. YIKES! Given the nature of the files I'm not sure whether they have to be delivered in purpose or if they can be taped up with secure tape and a messenger service employed to handle the delivery? IDK, but legal documents gets sent via messenger all the time so what the issue of the new atty was I have no idea.

My initial reaction was that he was in a hurry due to the court appearance on Friday and just wanted his files and didn't want to have to deal with process and procedure and so chose to have a toddler tantrum and point the finger at Atty Bowman, who I believe was clearly in the right on this one as he wasn't willing to shortcut the process to facilitate the file transfer for someone that appeared to have no respect of procedure. If this all is true or even remotely true, then we should buckle up as this will be a bumpy ride with this new atty who is seeking as his first action to have the bracelet of MT removed so that she can go get coffee and her hair done!

She can tell them what she knows about the disposition of Jennifer’s body, even if she cannot literally lead them to it. I’ve said it before, and I still believe that her body went to MIRA in pieces, where it was subsequently incinerated. But that doesn’t mean MT should say nothing, simply because there are no remains to be recovered. I’d be really teed off right now if I was Colangelo or whoever takes his place as prosecutor.

You are 100% correct. Anything that they would not have taken because it was Dulos' before he gassed out, they still must not take because it belongs to his estate.
