@thekirbyfamily, did you read that she is subject to DRUG TESTING and other psych services via a special free program called AIC from the State of CT and her atty wants these conditions removed as well? In short the new atty is asking for removal of ALL non financial conditions to MT bond.

I would guess that a full discussion in court will take place as to why MT (and not Fd) got the AIC program and drug testing and my guess is that it wasn't to humiliate or punish her.

She is feeling humiliated and punished I believe and also wants the bracelet removed!

Not sure how this will all fare in Court but my prediction is little will change even with his motions.

Here's a mention I haven't heard before....My response is a cynical, "Right." For $350/Hr. La Tronica, who is primarily a defense attorney, will know how to handle probate. If he's as competent as NP proved today, that would be a very bad idea. Was the attorney filing the petition Habib?

I'm not seeing that the petition for the estate was actually filed by Atty. P. Will check again tomorrow.

Does anyone understand why the 2nd case below would be statutorily sealed until 11/30/20? I'm trying to understand what is going on with these 2 cases but the sealed case is frozen in the system. Both these cases are criminal cases. The Student Loan Fraud case is in the Civil category on the system and isn't listed below.

When the scanner clip was released I actually thought it was a hoax as who would think that moving vans would show up when the Probate process hasn't even kicked off?

Hand made stuffed with horsehair, and all natural fibers.

A King set ranges from $60,000 -$120,00.

Does anyone have any ideas on how a practicing attorney can have a sealed criminal file with a disposition date of 11/30/20?

I am also baffled how an attorney can be allowed to practice in the State of CT if convicted of selling drugs to minors?

I have never followed a case before where we simultaneously follow the criminal and divorce cases of the attorneys on the case as well. Pattisville has truly taken us to the far beyond I guess here!

We truly needed the WFSB drone today.

I wish WFSB would set up a drone request hotline where you could put in your address request for the WFSB drone team to hot foot over to the location where news is occurring! WFSB was not on point today with where their reporters were IMO.

Fox61 was on the scene at 4Jx but had a strange FB live setup with a shaking phone that made it hard to see what was going on. It was funny because the Reporter left to make a few calls, said they would return and then never returned to the Live which was left hanging. I was worried that something had happened to the poor reporter.

I'm not even sure if there will be live coverage in MT hearing tomorrow? I do wonder if the Judge will rule on any of the new motions tomorrow or will schedule another hearing. Wonder if MT gets to stop for 'ice cream' on the way back to her condo or perhaps a stroll around the new SONO mall for a spot of shopping and lunch with Mama A?

How big is this mattress (Cal King)? How little was JD (110 pounds)? I think you can guess where I am going with this WITHOUT me saying it.
