In a fabric business, she would make money by buying at wholesale & marking up the price.

To buy upper level quality, she most cetainly would need a license and decorator credentials to even open the “To The Trade” section of major suppliers, to get sample books, etc.

Who is gonna provide those credentials?

You don’t remember those videos from the courthouse on a number of times when MT and her family were entering or leaving the courthouse smiling and laughing like the whole thing was a preposterous joke? Or maybe didn’t see them? There are a number of them.
Nope, I don't remember or didn't see them. Just lost my father to pancreatic cancer and was taking care of him for almost a year. Sometimes I literally "lost the thread" on WS. Would like to see the videos if someone can point me in the right direction.

Sorry to hear about your dad. That is very sad.

Of course! Just like those poor kids probably will always love FD to some degree. JMO
They may and they may not. I know several families where the father was so heinous that the kids want nothing to do with him and don’t even think of him.

In the scheme of things, does it really matter where her daughter is? I can understand why she may not be in CT, but she should still be able to see her mother.
Um...my son is currently in jail and is on his way to prison for 16 months; for a charge that is NOWHERE NEAR as grievous as hers is. He will not be seeing his three month old son again - on an everyday basis - until he is over one year old. Why should this B**** who is an accessory to murder and other charges have any right to see her daughter???? Jail and prison are a PUNISHMENT!!! House arrest is a walk in the park on a sunny day! Boo-F******-Hoo her daughter doesn't get to see her Mom - if you can even really call her a Mom...she doesn't give two s***** about her daughter. She only wants freedom to try and flee...I'm sick of these idiots and their B*******!!!!!! jmo

However if she is gonna snip bits of bolts from Joann’s Fabrics and sell that, she’ll have an interesting balance sheet

Plus what woman in her right mind would invite this accused murder conspirator into her home to have coffee and fabric shop?
They wouldn't and won't. I've done the in home fabric shop thing but I had someone who
owned a brick and mortar shop and had many years in the business. With great recommendations.
This whole job
fabrication is a joke.
Lol better buy up the fabrics she is selling now before you can’t get them anymore. From her anyway.

If she were pregnant by Fo then she would be just about to pop. Unless she used a sperm donation. Would that be 3rd party contact? Contact from beyond?:rolleyes:

To take this further...I am not an attorney but would there be any advantage to her having FD's baby since technically the divorce never happened? As in if FD and JD were still married and FD brought MT into the marriage (he is the one responsible for doing that) would a child now be eligible to receive support jointly from them both? Does that make any sense? Or maybe see was the one who received the reproductive services posing as JD Normie mentioned??? Just thinking out loud.[/QUOTE]
We have yet to hear about Fd banking sperm too.

It might have been a sealed issue in Family Court but oftentimes eggs/sperm status in divorce is contentious.

Her daughter is at boarding school in VT and well able to travel to CT to see MT on the weekends.

MT new 'relaxed only in CT restrictions for folks accused of Conspiracy to Commit Murder' will now allow MT to go to the mall shopping with her daughter and they can also go for Starbucks, mani/pedi, blowout and a snack.

Atty Colangelo confirmed the Fd/MT contact via 3rd parties as to me this is a clear violation of prior no contact order and Judge White does nothing to punish this?

MT can also travel around the State to show 'clients' fabric swatches of her as yet unknown designer fabric line and also meet in 'clients' homes to measure for rugs.

What about this IMO quite lenient set of these release guidelines seems punitive?

IMO this is simply a farce playing out that we are seeing for a wealthy and privileged individual accused of some heinous crimes.

MOO

They are not supposed to be punitive. They are supposed to keep her from fleeing justice and keep the rest of us safe.

Punishment comes after conviction in criminal court.

Troconis makes my blood boil because she didn't and isn't, by appearances, helping find Jennifer. And as a human I am allowed to feel anger and express it in legal ways.

But criminal court can't express its anger in any way- it can uphold the law.

In addition, criminal court CAN punish. But not before conviction.

We are allowed to be angry. But we are banging our own heads against a wall to demand pre-conviction punishment. And we are perhaps not being careful about what we wish for. "Probable cause" can be as weak as the rapist's AW.

(Not doubting his involvement- but the point is, probable cause can get you arrested. You could be acquitted, especially if you are innocent. And, especially if you are innocent, you wouldn't want the State to be allowed to punish before the trial.)

There is something very wrong with this. So, Jose is now Kent's good friend, capable of passing confidential information to Smith? UGH!
