We called it ;P I am shocked he tried poisoning FD. Too many run-ins with this freaky man. He threatened people I know before. Hope he gets prosecuted and charged for conspiracy to murder as well.

He may be a psycho, but I don't see where he tried to poison Fd. The "holy water" and the magnesium pills weren't poisonous were they?

Work is usually part of the permissions in house arrest.
After all the biggest reason house arrest is part of the court system, is to avoid the expense of housing the accused until trial.
I would agree with you but sadly MT has never really worked. Her prior job was Fd and before that I'd simply refer you to Linkedin where I simply read her 'history' and scratched my head. MT has made a 'career' IMO of simply hooking up with wealthier than her guys and having them support her. This aspect of her 'career' IMO is quite well documented.

The dead animal rug business (I believe her atty didn't understand her business when he said fabric - wonder if they are having issues perhaps communicating in Spanglish), is run via a closed Intagram account with 100 followers. People interested can't even access the rugs if they wanted to and then they seem to use the private FB account of Mama A too. Entire situation is a sham and if MT wanted to work and have a viable business then I would of course agree with you, but this situation she has going on with the dead animal rugs isn't IMO a viable business. The place she referred to today in the hearing as a 'local place of business' is a hodge podge home goods gift store run I believe by one of her friends in Farmington. The last time I looked they were draping the dead animal skins over tables and furniture in the store.

IMO the 'work aspect' of the latest release conditions is a total sham and her private Insta was simply set up to facilitate movement of money within the closed network of the 100 followers on Instagram and nothing else.

I wish Atty Colangelo had explore this 'business' a bit more to expose it for the sham that it is. Her atty today wasn't even well prepared enough about his client to even be able to describe the business and he called it a 'fabric business'.

Highly doubt it. The article said FD wanted it tested. Hope they didn't waste the money. MOO

FARMINGTON — Fotis Dulos feared a Plainville man — who talked his way into his home around the holidays in an apparent effort to write a book about his case — when he received a text message from the man about how he believed God sent him “to end this painful drama quickly,” according to a police report.

Brad Ragaglia, 61, of Plainville, is now facing a first-degree trespassing charge after he was found at a Fore Group property just three days after Fotis Dulos died from an apparent suicide while accused of killing his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos.
Detectives told Ragaglia not to have contact with Fotis Dulos after investigating a harassment complaint filed on Jan. 2, according to police reports obtained Friday by Hearst Connecticut Media.

However, a Farmington police officer on patrol saw a car parked in the driveway behind 80 Mountain Spring Road, which is owned by Fotis Dulos and his company the Fore Group, around 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 2, the arrest report said.
The officer drove up the driveway and discovered two vehicles, Ragaglia and a woman on the property, the report said. Ragaglia told the officer he was showing the woman the house, which was unoccupied, and that he was writing a book about the Jennifer Dulos case, the report said. Ragaglia told the officer he had been in contact with Farmington and state police about the disappearance, according to the report.

They told the officer that earlier that day the woman reported to West Hartford police about finding what appeared to be a grave on the Metropolitan District Commission reservoir property, which had been previously searched in the investigation into the May 24 disappearance of Jennifer Dulos, an arrest report said.

The officer realized Ragaglia had been instructed to stay away from Fotis Dulos and his family after a series of events that occurred in late December, the police report said.
Ragaglia was issued a summons for trespassing and the woman was given a ticket for simple trespass. Ragaglia was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Hartford Community Court on Feb. 19.

Ragaglia told the officer that he thought the Mountain Spring Road property was owned by a bank and that it was “stupid” to stop there, according to the report.

Ragaglia first came under suspicion on Jan. 2 when Fotis Dulos reported to Farmington police that the man had talked his way into the home by expressing kindness and giving him religious gifts, according to an incident report.

Dulos said he was concerned for his life after the man who he identified as Ragaglia had sent him a text message conversation apparently intended for someone else, the report said...
The messages included references that Ragaglia purposely tried to gain the trust of Dulos by being kind to him, but was actually trying to get the Farmington man to say something incriminating in the murder of his estranged wife, the report said.

The messages included a passage reading, “I am certain that God put me in the situation to end this horrible drama quickly,” Ragaglia was quoted in the police report as writing in the text message.

Dulos turned over to investigators the text messages, two religious books, a small bottle of “holy water” and a bottle of magnesium pills given to him by Ragaglia, the report said.

Dulos wanted the “holy water” and the pills to be tested for poison, police said.

Ragaglia admitted to Farmington detectives that he went to Dulos’ Jefferson Crossing home on Dec. 24 to show empathy for him, the report said. ..
Ragaglia told investigators that he had no plans to harm Fotis Dulos, but was trying to gain his trust so he would say something incriminating, the report said.

Detectives warned Ragaglia that if he appeared at any property owned by Dulos he would be arrested on a first-degree trespassing charge, the report said.

Norm Pattis, the criminal defense attorney for Dulos, did not mention Ragaglia’s name, but told a judge and the media during a court appearance last month about the man coming to his client’s home.

Heavens to Betsy! Just can't make this stuff up!

And this new attorney reminds me of NP. Standing outside court in front of press proclaiming innocence. Hasn't read AWs yet. Opposite of anything we saw with Bowman. My opinion only.
100%

Agree. Quite simply a total putz and irritating to boot.

This actually worries me...makes me wonder what Normie is up to.
Norm's probably in mourning and nursing a major case of FOMO right about now. His meal ticket is dead. Sure, he could write a book. But he's not the attorney in the spotlight anymore! His ponytail is probably wearing a black veil. JMO

I burst out laughing. Does this woman and these attorneys realize what utter jokes they are?
Agree. This was the closest thing to a brilliant SNL skit that we have seen so far.

Talk about the law of unintended consequences. Atty thought he was pulling a slick willy with the translation and his client just totally undermined him and made him IMO look the fool. MT pulled those headphones off and IMO was giving the stink eye to the very loud translator who did a good job. But, I think today show the level of english knowledge that MT has and why in so many respects this was simply yet more waste of taxpayer dollars IMO.

Although the only time MT looked really upset was when she was told she had to come right home after the business meeting without any other stops. No mani-pedi's?

Just watched the hearing video...a couple of other things...
  • Not that it matters...maybe...but didn't MT arrive in CT in 2017? She's been here 3 years now??? Was she working for FORE group before she moved into 4JX?
  • Why did MT want to add MA to her travel area?
@Tink56,
Yes on 3 yrs. Agree with you.
Not sure about MA, could be skiing for her daughter or possibly school. I thought she was in school in VT but perhaps that has changed. IDK.

Did you watch the hearing? Her lawyer was very clear that she can understand English. She has a hard time following every word of a court proceeding in English, which isn't remotely surprising to me.

I have my theories on why a translator is suddenly being used, but I don't think it will accomplish what JS is going for. I doubt MT's previous statements will be thrown out. I doubt this will change anything except remove one reason for JS to appeal later. MOO.

Wow-maybe she can’t follow along with every word, not because her English isn’t optimal, but rather because she isn’t very smart. What kind of translator can they use for stupid?

That story never confirmed that the holly water and pills contained poison.only that fd wanted le to check them for poison.

Seal Shoe Covers
this is her sisters company (I believe they both started). Her accent is easy to understand assuming MT is similar.
I tried to order a pair...they only have size 6-7.5 available. Not exactly "killing it" with availability of sizes. And her Sister speaks very clear English; as does the Sister's husband. moo

Unfortunately I didn’t save the footage and much of it now seems to have been taken offline. However, here are a couple of stills.

They don’t quite capture the catwalk-sashaying that was going on, or the peals of tinkling laughter, but they give you an idea.

Troconis’ mother even carried a bouquet of flowers one day. And I don’t get the impression they were in memory of Jennifer.
The general vibe from the early court walks were as if the group of them were off to a ladies lunch at the mall or the country club, complete with cocktails or champagne. There appeared to be zero recognition of the place where they were going and the seriousness of the proceedings. In short, they as a group made it look as if it were all one big JOKE. IMO today looked little different except that there was less giggling and smiling. I'm not sure they as a family are treating this experience at all seriously. I'm also not sure that that as a family they care one whit about JFd or justice, its all a game of the system.

I do wonder today if 'Dog Bite', the new attorney realised when he described MT Mama A as a psychologist whether he was aware of the fact that she lost her license to practice as part of her agreement on the Medicaid Fraud settlement? I'm not sure the Atty today had much awareness or knowledge of his client or her family at all. Quite surprised actually given that he felt compelled to mention that MT/Mama A interviewed 12 attorneys.

Did we ever determine if he is working for AC or better yet MT via Normie Jr? Sure could seem like an attempt to get at/influence a witness. Just seems odd.

Fabric Business may have been twisted on purpose by DogBite, here's why- In some areas it not PC to flaunt dead animal rugs or
anything dead animal as a fashion item whether for body or home.
I remember years ago, I couldn't wear my fur
coat in NYC for fear of having paint thrown on me. It was a real campaign and maybe DogBite remembers this. Fabric business sounds much softer and feminine, which she's not.
But this is the NEW michi he's trying to show.
