Agreed! I am just FINALLY getting back online to see what happened today. Now...I'm just saying, but if I was in her shoes, this is more the kind of attorney to get. Bowman I really like too, but for the major mess she has gotten herself into she needs someone more forceful. Don't bash me, but I think the interpreter was a smart move on ALL ACCOUNTS. She actually looked alert and looked like she understood what the hell was going on. I mean, yeah its obvious what's going on - but this is HER LIFE ON THE LINE!! She looks more confident...and maybe with this confidence, she will be more willing to tell her side of the story.
But what if her “side of the story” is not all that flattering?

Well, I guess it has to be tested. BUT, if you know you have killed a person, you might get pretty paranoid about what somebody might want to do to YOU! I am curious what would possess FD to allow a stranger into the home. Was he that psychologically desperate? What phone number was this person using for FD? Was it publicly available such as a FORE number or from the SW. Was FD still using the number listed there? Did FD give him the number? Those are my questions.
ETA: FD phone number is still active! His voice is on the VM greeting!
Totally with you here. I picture FD home alone
on Christmas Eve and this psycho comes a calling. Don't know about you but I close the door fast on these religious fanatics who come around. But FD let him in, accepts 2 religious
booklets, a bottle of Holy Water and some pills.
Was he that lonely? If this wasn't talking about a dead man, this would be a SNL skit.

Man what a way to spend your last Christmas Eve.

Or a Hitchcock film!

Wait, am I understanding this correctly? You were directed to ignore the first-hand account of the witness if you were able to understand it?
Kinda makes sense, if the attorneys, court reporters, judges are working from the English- that's the evidence the jury is working from. On the other hand, as when something stricken from the record that occurred before the jury--- it's not in the record, but no juror can strike what they saw and heard from their memory.
Highly doubt it. The article said FD wanted it tested. Hope they didn't waste the money. MOO

They would not have told Fotis yes or no about willingness to test. Then, if they did, they wouldn’t have told him the results unless they felt not telling him + results could endanger him. Or they needed him as a witness. LE would not want to become a free testing lab.

Walk it off, honey. You'll be fine. She probably had worse injuries Black Friday shopping.

My heart bleeds(pun intended)for her. Pic enlarged to make it look worse. And oh, it was stated MT has a "certain kind of bone structure". LOL! That is one special [REDACTED].

How about her social media post about “wax your *****, because Fotis is coming after you!”

What?! Oh, my. Yes, that’s behind the basics of English grammar.

Maybe Stache took the pic when it was loosened.
Colangelo said they loosened it for her once.

I'm not sure how tangled that web is but I'd imagine there are very few degrees of separation. I don't personally think that JS (Normie Jr) would be NP's puppet--we could be looking at a bit of a rivalry here? I'm sure that defense attorneys of a certain ilk compete to an extent for the high-profile defendants. CT's a small state!

All I know is that I totally believe that there are good, righteous people who represent those charged with crimes, I do not think that we are seeing any of them thus far in this case. All MOO
FWIW I don’t see any evidence yet that Schoenhorn is any better or worse than her previous attorney. Not getting why he is already saddled with nicknames.

I would have just told him to take two and call me in the morning. MOO

Colangelo said it's 'loose enough' today in court BWHAHAHAH

The general vibe from the early court walks were as if the group of them were off to a ladies lunch at the mall or the country club, complete with cocktails or champagne. There appeared to be zero recognition of the place where they were going and the seriousness of the proceedings. In short, they as a group made it look as if it were all one big JOKE. IMO today looked little different except that there was less giggling and smiling. I'm not sure they as a family are treating this experience at all seriously. I'm also not sure that that as a family they care one whit about JFd or justice, its all a game of the system.

I do wonder today if 'Dog Bite', the new attorney realised when he described MT Mama A as a psychologist whether he was aware of the fact that she lost her license to practice as part of her agreement on the Medicaid Fraud settlement? I'm not sure the Atty today had much awareness or knowledge of his client or her family at all. Quite surprised actually given that he felt compelled to mention that MT/Mama A interviewed 12 attorneys.

MOO
BBM.
She has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
The murder of a woman with 5 children.
The mother she knew.
And, the 5 children she knew.
By all accounts her entire family knew them as did her own daughter.
They actually spent time for certain events at the Jennifer's house after she moved out.
Complete disconnect.
I am gobsmacked.
MOO.

That was difficult listening to. I had to put on headset, to listen closer. The translator, and her attorney, plus prosecution attorney speaking was a challange.
Yes it was. This appeared to be a ‘show’ time to try to get their point across, but fell pretty flat IMO given MT seemed to pull the ear piece away and listened to the English being spoken.

There are translators who will talk into a boot like device that avoids this distraction, don’t know if it wasn’t available or what.

Guess these two of a kind just clicked...

"You meet with an individual, you either get along and click with that person or you don't," Schoenhorn said. "And you either get hired or you don't get hired."

New attorney for Michelle Troconis to question potential language barrier in Dulos case

And, logically following these comments, you either decide to take the case and work with that person or you don’t. Perhaps he means to imply that the second depends on the first. If so, then the decision to work for a specific client is rather telling. MOO.
