Maybe she bruised her ankle while wearing her stilettos? Is the ankle monitor perhaps a trip hazard in 3inch heels? Maybe we will see that argument next time.
This is why it is good that she lives in a 1000 sq ft place. Harder to trip and fall whilst working out in stilettos.

One thing that stands out to me is lack of mourning for FD. She broke up a family over this man, fascinating IMO.
I mentioned that earlier.
No signs of mourning from any of them.
She came alive today under the guidance of her new attorney.
More animated than I have ever seen her.
Buoyed and energized on the court house steps post hearing.
Do they even understand the gravity of these charges?
What am I missing?
MOO.

She might consider some lotion for her skin. It seems a little dry. Easy trip to CVS. IMO.
No. She just has a certain special bone structure. It's caused by hard living and doing unspeakable acts.

Your not missing anything. The 3 stooges are the ones missing a few things.

This is what Vultures do. FD's body is hardly cold and buried and the family is taking the personal property before probate gets involved.
Do they NOT have Laws in Greece?

First, I think it’s very rude. Second, I think it must be very expensive to ship things to Greece so I can’t see how it would be worth it for a moving van’s worth of items and if it’s about sentiment, surely there are not so many photos of FD in the house to fill a moving van although in retrospect, perhaps there are. Third, wouldn’t anything he himself had go to his five kids and even if not legally, wouldn’t you as a relative WANT it to go to those kids? Fourth, is this ugly-optics situation the kind of behavior that honors someone’s life? Fifth, why would anyone want anything from that house, steeped as the items must be in bad, bad karma? Sixth, I’ll never see a moving van again and not think about how FD wouldn’t let them come move Jennifer and the kids and how the movers talked about how scared she was. Sad, sad, sad. MOO.

I wonder if LE found something at FD’s house after his suicide attempt when they were granted a search warrant that showed an Email, text , letter that FD and MT were communicating through a 3rd Party

Seems like new information
otherwise, Colangelo would have brought it up prior .

Oh, my, is it time for my third missive to Rena?

Dear Rena,

I'm sorry for your loss.

Don't take stuff that's not yours.

I would have mentioned it earlier but I had thought it obvious.

Peace.

I just love this! Thank you! I’m going to search for Letters 1 and 2. You may need to write some more. MOO.

They were specifically told not to remove anything from the house-and what do they do?

They were?! I mean, I’d assume they’d know but they were told and still did? Well. MOO.

  • #989
Wow- I felt a little bit like I was jumping the gun assuming Rena was emptying the house before knowing who hired the van.

Then along cane Pattis with the confirmation. He admitted it with his, "Gee they can't even take [a van full] of sentimental items?" And he ranted about how they were again the victims.

No, Pattis. They cannot steal stuff. They could leave a note, "I would really like this photo" or, "I gave him this hall table when he moved in, could I have it?" "His favorite Byzantine Empire books, could I have them?" If such notes were about things reasonable- and didn't seem chosen for resale value- and an offer to pay to have the items moved to storage or to someone, I bet at least some of the wishes would be honored.

An a van holds a mind boggling amount of stuff. And the home was "staged" not cozy. I would put my money on the van being filled with the most likely movers on CL and eBay, not the cutest pictures.

How dare Pattis act like stealing from a dead man is okay. Unbelievable.

For God’s sake. Shouldn’t those items whatever they are be the kids?! MOO.

I would think that This “new” information would be in writing Otherwise, It’s just hearsay .
I doubt Colangelo would bring It to the Courts attention without being able to back up his claim .

OK guys - A LOT of emotion going on here. Can we all just take this moment to breath and remember to try and take on some (if not all) of the attributes of Lady Justice. This is a tough case on so many fronts.

FARMINGTON — Fotis Dulos feared a Plainville man — who talked his way into his home around the holidays in an apparent effort to write a book about his case — when he received a text message from the man about how he believed God sent him “to end this painful drama quickly,” according to a police report.

Brad Ragaglia, 61, of Plainville, is now facing a first-degree trespassing charge after he was found at a Fore Group property just three days after Fotis Dulos died from an apparent suicide while accused of killing his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos.
Detectives told Ragaglia not to have contact with Fotis Dulos after investigating a harassment complaint filed on Jan. 2, according to police reports obtained Friday by Hearst Connecticut Media.

However, a Farmington police officer on patrol saw a car parked in the driveway behind 80 Mountain Spring Road, which is owned by Fotis Dulos and his company the Fore Group, around 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 2, the arrest report said.
The officer drove up the driveway and discovered two vehicles, Ragaglia and a woman on the property, the report said. Ragaglia told the officer he was showing the woman the house, which was unoccupied, and that he was writing a book about the Jennifer Dulos case, the report said. Ragaglia told the officer he had been in contact with Farmington and state police about the disappearance, according to the report.

They told the officer that earlier that day the woman reported to West Hartford police about finding what appeared to be a grave on the Metropolitan District Commission reservoir property, which had been previously searched in the investigation into the May 24 disappearance of Jennifer Dulos, an arrest report said.

The officer realized Ragaglia had been instructed to stay away from Fotis Dulos and his family after a series of events that occurred in late December, the police report said.
Ragaglia was issued a summons for trespassing and the woman was given a ticket for simple trespass. Ragaglia was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Hartford Community Court on Feb. 19.

Ragaglia told the officer that he thought the Mountain Spring Road property was owned by a bank and that it was “stupid” to stop there, according to the report.

Ragaglia first came under suspicion on Jan. 2 when Fotis Dulos reported to Farmington police that the man had talked his way into the home by expressing kindness and giving him religious gifts, according to an incident report.

Dulos said he was concerned for his life after the man who he identified as Ragaglia had sent him a text message conversation apparently intended for someone else, the report said...
The messages included references that Ragaglia purposely tried to gain the trust of Dulos by being kind to him, but was actually trying to get the Farmington man to say something incriminating in the murder of his estranged wife, the report said.

The messages included a passage reading, “I am certain that God put me in the situation to end this horrible drama quickly,” Ragaglia was quoted in the police report as writing in the text message.

Dulos turned over to investigators the text messages, two religious books, a small bottle of “holy water” and a bottle of magnesium pills given to him by Ragaglia, the report said.

Dulos wanted the “holy water” and the pills to be tested for poison, police said.

Ragaglia admitted to Farmington detectives that he went to Dulos’ Jefferson Crossing home on Dec. 24 to show empathy for him, the report said. ..
Ragaglia told investigators that he had no plans to harm Fotis Dulos, but was trying to gain his trust so he would say something incriminating, the report said.

Detectives warned Ragaglia that if he appeared at any property owned by Dulos he would be arrested on a first-degree trespassing charge, the report said.

Norm Pattis, the criminal defense attorney for Dulos, did not mention Ragaglia’s name, but told a judge and the media during a court appearance last month about the man coming to his client’s home.
Police: Fotis Dulos feared man accused of trespassing on his property

This is strange and scary. I wonder how much this played into the trapped feeling, not sure if someone is trying to harm him. Not even feeling safe in his own home. We know this is what Jennifer felt like over time and on the morning she was killed. She shouldn't have had to be afraid. In truth, not even Fd should have to feel afraid of someone harming him in his home or anywhere.

STAMFORD — Attorney Jon Schoenhorn is expected to challenge the contradictory statements made by Michelle Troconis to police because there could have been a language barrier due to her South American upbringing.
A Spanish-speaking interpreter will be in the Stamford courtroom Friday when his client makes her next appearance on conspiracy to commit murder, tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution charges.
Each time Troconis was “interrogated” it was likely a “strenuous exercise” trying to comprehend the questions police were asking and formulate responses, Schoenhorn said.
“English is not her first language,” Schoenhorn said of Troconis, who is a U.S. Citizen by birth, but grew up in South America. “We’re going to look at whether there might be some language comprehension issues.”
Schoenhorn is known for his passionate representation in civil rights and criminal cases. As an experienced litigator with his 30-year-old Hartford law firm, Jon Schoenhorn & Associates LLC, the 65-year-old attorney has won cases that shaped state law on the definition of hostile work environment and secured the right to probable cause hearings for eight defendants charged with murder and other crimes punishable by life imprisonment in the early 1980s...

A graduate of Fairfield schools and Antioche College in Ohio, Schoenhorn worked as a journalist as he sought his law degree from the University of Connecticut. He is among a handful of attorneys nationwide who is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a criminal trial specialist and a civil trial specialist.
His work changed the definition of hostile work environment in Connecticut by representing a man subject to years of degrading remarks about his sexual orientation in the workplace. Schoenhorn won the case, which set precedent by requiring the definition of harassing behaviors that constitute a hostile work environment to include comments on sexual orientation.
He was also instrumental in allowing eight men charged with murder or offenses punishable by life in prison to receive probable cause hearings in the early 1980s. The men had fallen into a gray area of state law, which was changed to require probable cause hearings for some offenses as of May 1983.
The men had all been indicted by a state Grand Jury before the date, but after a state constitutional amendment had passed on the probable cause hearing requirement.

Schoenhorn said he was one of more than a dozen attorneys who Troconis was considering to hire after Fotis Dulos died from an apparent suicide on Jan. 30. Troconis had previously been represented by attorney Andrew Bowman who publicly said little about the charges and was with his client when she was questioned by police...
Troconis' new 'aggressive' lawyer challenges evidence in Jennifer Dulos case

Oh, my gosh. Does he not know there are experts in language and comprehension who can assess those issues using not only standard, researched measures and artifacts like things she’s said and written and replied to at other times and places such as in video and on social media? I absolutely would support such an inquiry for someone who did speak English as a non-primary language AND had demonstrated problems in speaking and responding using English in the past. Technology and her own voice tell a different story here and I’m offended that people would try to use the legitimate struggles of others as a way to get away with, well, you know. MOO.

Awaiting the backup.
Hoping he is not too distracted to follow through.
It's important, IMO.

Thanks, Merry.
Good reminder for me.
But it is WS and I am free to express my emotions within TOS.
MOO.

“wouldn’t you as a relative WANT it to go to those kids?

No, they wouldn’t. They think the kids are all set for life by virtue of their rich granny - GF’s riches. They all resent JD family’s wealth that they’ve welshed off of all these years. They continue to try to do so.

To me what is most important is that in late December he valued his life.
He wasn't looking to end his life.
When and why did that change?
MOO.

Do we know he valued his life in December? I’m not arguing at ALL. I just always have thought that the same skills that apparently made him capable of earning a degree in math would lead him always to calculations in other areas. I believe he made some very unwise calculations to say the least but then, when he realized that one of his figurative trip wires had been tripped—they’d found out about the bond issue or had found even more evidence—he recognized the odds were that he was going to jail and not coming out, so he enacted his final plan. It probably was rather spontaneous in that he hadn’t planned to do it that exact day until he learned about the bond situation being discovered but in no way do I think it was anything but planned for if and when his odds ran too short. Based on his past actions, he doesn’t seem to have been a fan of hanging around to deal with any negative consequences of things he did. All MOO.

MTs bruised ankle
Here’s the photo shown in court to Judge White of Michelle Troconis’s bruised ankle underneath her GPS monitor ⁦@WTNH⁩ Judge agreed to less strict house arrest but says probation has to work out the issue with the bracelet ⁦@WTNH⁩
She has been wearing it for quite awhile.
It would drive me nuts. Can't imagine ever getting used to it.
So confining.
Perhaps time to switch it to her other ankle?
MOO.
