Couple of geographic things for you fine sleuthers:

What is at 585 Middle Road and why be there around 10:10-10:40pm?
585 Middle Rd is an assisted living community called Arden Courts. It's specifically for patients with dementia. I can't think of any FD/MT associates who would be in that kind of facility, but maybe KM? There's also a bougie med-spa one building over that I could absolutely see MT frequenting, but obviously not at 10:40 pm.

193 Birch St, Bristol / Pine Lake Park -- the specificity of this location is strange (not anchored to a physical address or a tower), but the nearby park has some local significance: the pond in Pine Lake Park was repeatedly searched during the Odin Lloyd/Aaron Hernandez case and there was a ton of MSM coverage about it at the time. [MOO MOO MOO] I've always thought there was a racial/classist undertone to FD's decision to dump evidence along Albany Ave. As MT noted in the AW, there is definitely a local perception that Albany Ave is "scary" and I think FD was ignorant enough to assume a) there wouldn't be street cameras in the "ghetto," and b) if any of the bloody bags were recovered, they wouldn't immediately be associated with a missing NC woman, and certainly not with him (IMO, handing over his DNA was never a consideration because in FD's narcissistic mind, this was a perfect crime). I say all of this because there is a similar perception of "sketchiness" surrounding areas of Bristol -- most famously, Pine Lake Park. Maybe FD applied the same racist logic he did with Albany Ave and scouted Pine Lake as a possible evidence dump site?

CT - Jennifer Dulos, 50, New Canaan, 24 May 2019 *ARRESTS* #46

I agree with @afitzy, MT is literally pointing to her Honda motorbike as a piece of evidence she would like to retrieve from 4JX. Here are some other references to PG's dirt bike in AW#3 and references to 585 Deer in the SW for 61 Sturbridge, New Canaan dated 6/4/19 which used the fake Alibi Scripts discovered on 6/3/19 with notations for 585 Deer and 80 MS to justify searching 61 Sturbridge. All to support my speculative theory on the use of the bikes to mask actual movements of the players from surveillance and maybe a "slim build" accomplice-lookout also waits behind 69 Welles back woods on a dirt bike. MOO.

Fd AW #3 page 25 of 35 (PG's account of 5/24/19 around 4:30 pm):

Gumienny provided multiple voluntary interviews with investigators. The third eight-hour interview took place on 07/12/19 at the Troop G Barracks during which Gumienny was accompanied by defense attorney Lindy Urso.

  • Gumienny drove to 585 Deercliff Road to retrieve a board he used as a ramp for his dirt bike.[...]
  • Gumienny drove first to 585 Deercliff Road, then to 4 Jefferson Crossing to pick up Dulos before returning to 80 Mountain Spring Road to pick up his Toyota truck. When they arrived, Gumienny realized the sole key to his Toyota, which minutes before had been seen by him protruding from the passenger door, was now gone. Dulos asked Gumienny if he wanted to take the Ford Raptor home. But Gumienny told Dulos he wanted to put his dirt bike in the bed of his Toyota and take it home. Dulos called Troconis and told her to bring bank the key, and Troconis arrived a few minutes later with the key.
[IMO: PG, now suspicious, wanted the ramp board, his dirt bike and his truck...all of his belongings back. Was PG's bike used by Fd/MT to travel back and forth from 585 Deer? Fd/MT had some purpose to keep PG at 585 Deer working on Porshe seats and looking sweaty. Certainly Fd/MT wanted PG to keep Raptor over long weekend while Tacoma was being cleaned. But PG was beginning to believe there was no reason for Fd to keep his truck/bike/board unless PG was getting set up. PG later recalled seeing red pail and hoodie left in Tacoma. Also see MT's initial interview with LE in which she mentions PG numerous times]. MOO.

Vintage Bike revealed in August
The Weed St. footage of a vintage bike was revealed after August interview with Troconis and 7/12/19 interview with PG. PG must have suspected Fd/MT also used PG's bike for some nefarious purpose by the time LE showed PG pictures of his red truck on the Merritt on 7/12/19. MOO.

PG's Dirt Bike at 585 Deer
Search of 61 Sturbridge was on 6/4/19 after Alibi Scripts were discovered on 6/3/19 and proven to be fake (i.e. omitted Albany Ave altogether, but Alibi Scripts did use notations for 585 Deer and 80 MS though). If Alibi Scripts were fake, then did LE believe that the scripts were used to hide actual activity at New Canaan and thus executed a SW of Sturbridge on 6/4/19?

Fd deletes PG's call history for 5/25 and 5/26
On AW#3 page 28 of 35..."notable that on 05/28/19 Dulos had physical possession of Gumienny's unlocked cellphone in order to "check his call history." The deleted items included: [...]

  • Call Log - 05/25/19 to 05/26/19 @ 7:39 PM deleted. Next entry at 7:53 PM not deleted. [IMO: why not delete all call history like the web history? Was the timeframe deleted supposed to represent the time of disposal of body on 5/25/19 and 5/26/19? When PG would not be texting because he was busy disposing of the body?]

  • #203
Unless he put the body in a quick temporary place on Friday, left it overnight and then Sat. morning completed the disposal.
Remember he was 3 hours late getting to NCPD appt. on Sat. where they took his phone.
3 hours late.
So he was very busy Sat. AM doing something important.
I say it was the final disposal.
If he put the body or partial body remains in
a barrel overnight w/ sulfuric acid or lye
like the mob used to do, by Sat. morning it would have been somewhat liquified.

Wish I knew what LE found on his computer.
Disposal methods? Mail order chemical purchase? Amazon sells about everything.

Also the books and movies he enjoyed would
also give hints at disposal.
I doubt that he was creative enough to do anything not tried and successful.

What concerns me though is that LE spent 3 weeks searching MIRA to no avail.
This tells me that they couldn't track the body.
they lost track of the body and where it went.
So it's a huge fishing expedition looking for the body if they have no direct tracking.

Also remember Andreas Tout mentioned as
one of the KEY players along with KM and MT.
Was Andreas in town at the time?
Was he the one who took the body for final disposal? If he was in town, did LE track his movements at that time?
Again, where was FD on Sat. 5/25 all morning?
His meeting w/ LE in NCPD was 2:47 pm and
he was 3 hours late. So he was very, very busy doing something important.
Interesting to me that LE has had virtually no press conferences on Jds disappearance. Yet Colangelo goes on a show favored by NP to reveal the answer to one of the biggest unanswered questions?- without a press conference?
All I have to say is that LE has misled the public before. Remember the footage of the fire chief on the news stating they found nothing in the storm drain? Months ago I linked that footage. When they did finally reveal that they had in fact found the plates in the storm drain, they gave incorrect information about the location on the drain. Instead of identifying it as the one in front of the bakery (where the fire chief was standing in his interview) they said it was at the intersection of Garden and Albany IIRC.
That prompted me to look for locations of storm drains on maps. I didn’t see any in the ZlE identified area. I asked @thekirbyfamily to take some photos. She did and found that the storm drains at Garden were just in the process of being constructed.
So, back to Colangelo, on a limited audience show, favored by NP and all of his blathering, doing dropping this major piece of info? Not sure I am buying it?
(And if it is true, I can only assume and pray that the results of the search were shared privately with Jds family, before he dropped it there)

@afitzy thank u for digging that up. I know they seized the 2015 suburban but they didn’t seize the 2007 one. That’s the one he took expired plates and doctored them. That’s the one I’m saying wasn’t seized not the 2015 one
@kimch33kim, here are the Farmington Tax Records.

I have to admit to now being confused. I thought that Fd always had a 2007 Black Suburban but it was sold between tax year 2017 and 2018 and JFd had a 2017 Black Suburban. If anyone can confirm or clarify the Fd Suburban situation please do so as I'm now confused. The 2015 Black Suburban is owned by FORE per Farmington records as pointed out by @CTGrammy.

@kimch33kim, I posted the Farmington info on the Fd and FORE vehicles below.

After being reminded by @CTGrammy about FORE ownership of a Suburban I printed out the FORE vehicle list.

I am not convinced that Fd owns a 2007 Suburban any longer and the only Suburban owned is by FORE and its a 2015.

LE took the JFd 2017 Suburban immediately from Lapham and it was never seen by the public.

I have to admit to now being totally confused on the issue of the many black Suburbans owned by FORE, Fd and JFd so if someone can doubt check all this to make sure it would be much appreciated.

Edited after @CTGrammy post about FORE ownership of Suburban.

@auspex, thanks for this info on Pine Lake Park. After the confusion around the address in the SW I did a google walk around the area and Pine Lake Park stood out to me as an interesting location for a variety of thing.

Do you know if that area around the Park might have been a drug meet up location possibly as well? I'm not seeing people walking around the Park at that hour of the night but possibly meeting there for a pick might be doable? IDK. Was wondering about the camera situation in that Park as well? Do you think there are possibly cameras there or in the parking areas?

@Chicago54, yes it was the great work of @thekirbyfamily that showed us all that the ongoing development of the Albany corridor was a very much delayed work in progress.

Her photos showed that many of the storm drains in the unrenovated section of the Corridor didn't even connect to underground sewer system and really were just like 'cut outs' with shallow holes to get some of the surface water off the street in the older unrenovated sections.

That information she provided I think prompted questions about whether Fd knew about these 'shallow' storm drains and was leaving the license plates for pickup by someone else or if Fd didn't know anything about the Albany Corridor project and just assumed that by putting the plates into the storm drain that they would drop into the sewer system?

IDK, its always been an open question for me as Fd lived in NY and so probably assumed (as I would) that storm drains connected to an underground network of drains.

The idea that a city as old as Hartford didn't have a fully developed storm drain system was an eye opener to me as huge amounts of money have been dumped by the citizens of CT into Hartford over the years so to not see a basic item as storm drains, sewers and drainage was surprising to say the least (probably not though given ongoing fiscal management issues in Hartford.....).

@Chicago54, I keep thinking about the MIRA statements and I agree with you its hard to know what to believe.

Here is FOX61 link to CSP talking about the MIRA search.

I believe it was CSP Foley who made the statement that the time spent at MIRA was 'worth it'.

Dulos search update: Cmsr. Rovella & CT State Police

Search continues for Jennifer Dulos at MIRA plant

MIRA search not over

Everyone knows school buses now have camera's on them!

Perhaps “everyone” here knows this on WS. I wasn’t aware of this tidbit until I started following this thread and subsequently joined. Of course, this is just one of the many things I’ve learned since becoming a member here. So, thanks everyone!

I was not aware that Fd had a 2015 Suburban as well as it has not been seen on the Farmington Tax roster so far as I know. The 2015 Suburban and the Jeep Cherokee are listed under FORE Not Fd.

The only reason I can think of to go to Arden Courts at that time of night would be to meet someone in the parking lot, maybe to get some sedatives for tomorrow?

The thing about the 2007 suburban is I didn’t find sales records of it on car fax. And the language in the search warrants listed it as one of his registered vehicles. That’s what puzzled me the most. So many he paid the registration fee as a non operating vehicle. So it was registered but not road legal. He tried selling it in March 2018 but no one would buy it

Just read the warrants again today...Incoming call from Fd to KM on the 24th at 7:47 P.M.

KM, of course, doesn't remember the call.
I bet it's all coming back to KM now!
