I just "realized" the following today...it's from AW3....Sure others may have seen this before, but sometimes I've been warrant "blind."

• On Friday, May 24th, PG drove his Toyota Tacoma home for the 3-day weekend.
• What was Fd driving around the weekend of the 24th through Tuesday May 28th. We can guess he arrived in NYC on Sunday, May 26th in the Suburban. He and MT had the Suburban, the Jeep, and the Raptor.
• On Tuesday, May 28th, PG drove the Jeep to NC for the day. WHY? Was Fd having the Suburban cleaned? (Wasn't blood found on the mat in that vehicle?) Was the Thule still on the Suburban after that weekend?

Just curious.

The comments on the cell phone pings would help clarify where FD was over the weekend, but he seems to have forgotten his phone now and then....and, had a spare or more???

*Disposition Hearing (@ 10am ET) – CT – Jennifer Rebecca Farber Dulos (50) (May 24, 2019, New Canaan) – for *Fotis Dulos (51/now 52) arrested (6/2/19), charged (6/1/19) & arraigned (6/3/19) with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence & hindering prosecution. Plead not guilty. $500K bond. Posted bond (on 6/12/19).
*Arrested & charged (9/4/19) with tampering with evidence involving the borrowed car from work colleague. Plead not guilty. $500K bond. Posted bond (on 9/4/19).
*Arrested & charged (1/7/20) with capital murder, murder & kidnapping. Plead not guilty. $6M bond. Bonded out (on 1/9/20).
1/28/20: Committed suicide, pronounced dead at 5:32pm on 1/30/20.

Bond conditions re tampering charges: must be posted at courthouse, passport must be surrendered & must submit to GPS monitoring. Bond conditions on murder: on house arrest. GPS monitoring; must have prior approval to leave his house. No contact with 5 children, JD’s mother or children’s nanny.

2/4/20 Update: The Fotis Dulos case will go before Judge Gary White in Stamford Friday morning, 2/7/20. It is likely the State will push for the case to be dismissed. Attorney Pattis will ask the court to consider his motion to continue to trial.
2/7/20 Update: The next hearing in the Dulos case has been pushed back from next week to 3/3. 2/10/20: The State intends to nolle all of the charges against the defendant. Norm Pattis on Tuesday (2/10/20) filed the Motion to Substitute Party (Fotis Dulos with Fotis Dulos' estate) in court. All will be heard on 3/3 at disposition hearing.
*Kent D. Mawhinney (54) – Pretrial hearing on 3/31/20. Court disposition hearing (spousal assault) on 4/23.

Flood gates of awful slander are about to open by NP against JD and her family, if NP is not allowed to continue pursuing the case and the gag order is removed.
I hope GF slams him with a defamation of character lawsuit and whatever else her attorney's can come up with.
We know he will be writing a book just such a clown.
He thinks he is an itellectual, but he is just gutter trash, pretending to be so interested in the legal profession and philosophy. NP just cares about pushing his reputation for more money, he is as delusional as FD was, great pair.

If the case is dropped as expected, FD’s name is cleared anyway, correct? A dead man can’t be prosecuted and his record will be cleared, right? BUT if the case does go on, which is highly doubtful, and FD is found guilty of murder,
what difference does it make, he’s dead! There will be no punishment for him here on Earth, he’s suffering that already in Hell! I don’t understand NP’s motive here, other than HE still wants to get paid. IMO

FOTIS DULOS: The State will move today to dismiss the kidnapping & murder case against Dulos. Attorney Norm Pattis is expected to fight for the Dulos Estate to take over as defendant. This will be a tough sell to a strict, by-the-book Judge Gary White.

*Pattis claims that another potential witness in the case also saw the clothes on the porch. Pattis says Dulos was prepared to testify about it at trial that will now never happen.
