ITA - they will not reveal where the body is IMO or really, anything much now. The only person who knows they know (if they know) is dead.

IMO, Since we know he planned this attack on her (was it a planned abduction then murder or murder at her home?) I'm sure he had a disposal place - but I still believe they found something in the garbage plant - and her body will not be found.

*Pretrial Conference Proceedings Hearing (Remote/re Divorce) (@ 12pm ET) – CT – Jennifer Rebecca Farber Dulos (50) (May 24, 2019, New Canaan) – for *Kent D. Mawhinney (54/now 55) arrested & charged (1/7/20) & arraigned (2/20/20) with conspiracy to commit murder. Plead not guilty. Held on $2M bond.

*Charged (1/21/19) spousal sexual assault, disorderly conduct & 2nd degree unlawful restraint & on June 26, 2019 with violating of a protective order. Plead not guilty. $500 bond.
If bond made – on house arrest, surrender passport & no contact with co-defendants. Dulos’ former civil lawyer who represented Dulos against a $2.5 million civil lawsuit filed by his mother-in-law.

7/7/20 Update: Divorce: Hearing was rescheduled as remote pretrial conference proceedings on 7/23/20.
*Michelle C. Tronconis (44/now 45) – Had pretrial hearing on 10/1/20.
*Fotis Dulos (52) – Committed suicide on 1/28/20 & declared dead at 5:32pm on 1/30/20. 3/3/20: Charges dismissed. The case against Dulos will be officially dismissed in about a year, unless the state decides to reopen it.

Sorry....wrong date.....Just checked the arrest warrant, KM phoned pinged near the Gun Club on 5/31 at 11:04 P.M. Always wondered if he was filling in the "hole," or up to other activities. IMO..MOO

Yes, they offer summer camps for kids, etc, and according to the website, therapeutic work. She reached out to them a little more than 6 months ago now is my understanding. They are "good" friends now, and they, along with her Pastor, believe she is innocent......LOL

Hi - Man...I appreciate that you have been thinking about us. Luckily, he qualified for early release and we are hoping he is released on Sunday, 7/26. That is the plan, anyway...but dealing with CDCR here in California can be tricky...and they can change their minds on a whim. I can't wait to see him...I have missed him so very much.

Maybe that’s why she is going to a congregational church and not a catholic one, where you have to confess ALL of your sins in order to be in a state of grace?

Even if I were unfamiliar with the case and happened upon MT’s social media, I’d be suspicious of her reinvention as churchgoer (not the going, but the focusing on self as do-gooder/humanitarian) along with the incessant #michelletroconis hashtagging by her (on Instagram) and her sister (on Twitter).

If “family” is everything, then some measure of remorse and contrition could be demonstrated by willingness to tell what she knows... to make a deal. I think she may have lost that chance. This social media PR stunt since hiring the new attorney sickens me and may backfire.

I have a friend who while not at close range to something heinous like MT, still penetrated a family system (& husband) with no compunction or conscience. I distanced myself from her. Would even do so if she were my sister. It continues to amaze me that smoke and mirrors of charm and “charisma” still fool so many. But I’ve ceased to be surprised.

Speaking of MT’s allowable places to go, what exactly is her work? Is it defined or does she just say wherever she’s going is work whenever she feels like it? MOO.

MT wears an ankle bracelet so it's not like that. Her work is defined and she doesn't say she's going to work whenever she feels like it.

Her work was actually the basis for a motion about her nonfinancial bond conditions that was held last February.

MT complained her bond restrictions were hindering her fabric swatch work, which requires her to visit clients in their home or at their business and the Judge ruled that MT could leave her home only for work purposes, religious purposes, and court appearances. "But no side trips" the judge warned.

At the same hearing, her lawyer argued that she had never failed a drug test and shouldn't be required to submit to random drug tests and the Judge agreed.

But no, MT still has to tell the court ahead of time her scheduled appointments before leaving the house and she's continuously monitored as she's on house arrest with the few exceptions above.

I know the actual court motions/rulings are uploaded here somewhere but it's easier for me to pull from the MEDIA thread.

Girlfriend of alleged wife killer Fotis Dulos had forbidden contact with him through third party, kept hidden passport: DA

ETA: The friends horse rescue farm is not MT's court-approved employment. MT is not allowed to go to the horse farm.

Me, too. Well, he or MT or both know. Someone does. And the thing about burying people (or pets) when you aren’t a professional is that nature takes its course by consolidation of the soils, leaving visible depressions in the ground, and animals digging around doing their normal activities can disturb things, plus the freeze-thaw cycles that occur in that part of the country add to it all. I hope the people who do the aerial photos there look extra carefully in the general area. If either KM or MT wants a chance at a better deal, it’s time to talk. If not, well, ok. They’re still going down and JD still will be found, I feel sure. MOO.
