Before hearing started Richard Colangelo quietly filed new charges against Michelle Troconis, adding conspiracy to commit hindering prosecution and tampering evidence charges. The tampering charge for going with Fotis Dulos to car wash to detail the red pickup truck.

Blawie: No point addressing venue due to prejudice because trial is way down the road. Something that can be taken up closer to then.
Schoenhorn: the allegations against Troconis supposedly happened in the Hartford Judicial District, not in Stamford. Wants an evidentiary hearing to decide this.

Colangelo: if Schoenhorn is trying to argue to change jurisdiction, then there should be no change to her bond conditions today because down the road it might not matter.
Blawie: rules that Troconis no longer has to be part of intensive probation program. Prosecution agreed to this. Every other condition remains in effect while he reviews the arguments for GPS, house arrest, travel. Says will issue written decision in next couple wks.
Blawie says ruling will come by mid-September.

Next court date is Oct 1, 10am. Hearing is over. Previous Troconis Andrew Bowman leaves the without being part of what happened today.

Take off the bracelet and MT is gone.

IF her dad had COVID, was in ICU or just A hospital room Gould not have visitors....see link below. I am not looking up every hospital but IMOO the hospitals have same ruling. If stay is other then a Covid and. Depending on age, depending on medical issue, one adult may be allowed. MT sho the paperwork which asks for visit to Florida....waiting.

Habib has his own legal problems....but those have been on the docket since last fall. Maybe the reality and possibilities require different representation.

I don't know which charges from October 7, 2019 have the following attached to them when trying to look at the charges:
"The File in Docket Number N23N-CR19-0223214-S has been Statutorily Sealed."

Here's the docket:

This "tidbit" from the post trial press conference is interesting:

"The next hearing on the case is Oct. 1, when Schoenhorn plans to argue for the release of records in the Dulos' custody case."

Now, what does the custody case have to do with the MT's involvement in the disappearance of JFD? Is there a scent of NP in all of this?

Judge ends intensive probation supervision for Michelle Troconis; additonal charges added

A judge ended an intensive probation supervision program for Michelle Troconis, the ex-girlfriend of the late Fotis Dulos, but new charges were also brought forward against her.

A Judge allowed for a small change in the probation bond condition for Troconis who up until today was a part of the intensive probation program that required her to check in with court officials constantly.

Chief State’s Attorney Richard Colangelo filed additional charges against Troconis based on the previous arrest warrants.

The additional charges include hindering, tampering with evidence, and conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence.

Troconis' attorney requested to have her GPS ankle monitor removed and her house arrerst lifted in order to allow for domestic travel, however, the judge has not made a decision yet.
