It's a Federal crime to commit identity theft (not that that matters to MT), but certainly is possible to "borrow" a look alike siblings passport. Hopefully, the Connecticut courts have placed her on a high risk status with the FAA, so she would be flagged if she presented a passport to fly to a foreign country. When I've flown private jets, I've had to present my passport upon entering the country, so I'm not sure if that's an option. I guess she could deplane and make a run for it on the tarmac! I suggest she come back to Connecticut and deal with her demons. Do the right thing. Justice for Jennifer, please.

Maybe, but if they found a body, wouldn’t they specify a gender as they did with Black Rock and wouldn’t they be able to tell gender with a body? Details have been so limited, which is different

Yes. You know, I think even if she were “free,” she’d end up in new, terrible trouble. She seems to like the shock value; otherwise, why be so publicly loud and visibly buoyant and defiant about things few people would find pleasant like laughing at a hearing related to a murdered mother of five? MT is absolutely "tone deaf." After writing in Spanish on her Instagram and demanding an interpreter in court the article posted by Pernickety quotes her Instagram in glorious U.S. English as follows:
“Studies on social media says… Readers from Twitter, Facebook and others are getting false news and they travel faster than true stories.”

“Research project finds humans are primarily responsible for spread of misleading information.

“I encourage my colleagues to be responsible and do your job the right way.

“We want a better world! And it starts from us.”

MT is relying on her human interest ski reports from South America as making her a "hard" journalist and sees herself as member of the U.S. media 17 years later.

One of the important things MT forgets are the laws within CT and the U.S. She helped to create FD's alibi. She lied to the police repeatedly even through her third interview. She knew what she needed to do on the morning of May 24, 2019, to create an alibi for herself and FD, and she did it (sex in the shower and all). I believe these things are known as conspiracy, impeding a LE investigations, lying to LE, and tampering.

She saw FD "cleaning" the Tacoma on more than one occasion, helped him get cleaning supplies, helped dispose of bags and other things. Cleaned the bathrooms with clorox???

She heard his rants about JFD. She didn't know why FD needed an alibi the morning of May 24? Right...

She had 4.5 years to decide he wasn't a good guy. Now she says she felt threatened by him.

She was willing to hang around 4JX and enjoy its benefits....travel on GF's dollars....compete in events in Greece and Spain in 2019. Who did she think was paying for those things? Who did she think was paying for the mortgage on 4JX? Why would she go to NY to try to see HF probate details?

This isn't about trust....maybe it's about intelligence, IDK.

She is not a damsel in distress. Look at the former social media posts...What about the "artistic" pictures she was so anxious to retrieve from 4JX?

It is a long battle...there are baby steps, but LE is making those same steps to final justice, IMO.

The tone deaf, self-serving prayers and cheers are so inappropriate to real victims of JFD's disappearance.

So sad....

Thank you for this powerful post of the reality, not the fiction that MT thinks she should have. Oh, my; I didn’t catch that on the media reference. True journalists are falling down laughing at the idea of MT being a “colleague.” The irony of all she said is astonishing. MOO.

Thank goodness her passport has been revoked! God help us.

Except that some passports that are expired like the one I believe they learned belatedly she had can be reinstated by mail if not email. I just don’t have faith that her passports all are in LE’s hands. I hope so, though! MOO.

This bridge is a common place to find bodies in the river, almost always self-inflicted (jumping off bridge) in fact a body was found at this site just a couple of days after JD disappeared in May 2019 (obviously wasn’t her).

Thinking about 44 Sky View is more interesting. The owner DF appeared not to be honest in his media interviews this summer about how he knew FD- FD submitted documents during civil deposition (subsequently attached by GFs attorney) purportedly from DF to FD dated 10/2017 saying DF was pulling out of FORE investing due to FDs divorce. So the story about the caretaker recommending FD as someone who had lived there and did good work after the pipes burst in January 2018 is misleading. DF was supposedly considering handing FD $2.6M just the previous October, but then, (according to the sob story FD presented) pulled out because he “had been through a divorce himself and knew what it can do” to all aspects of one’s life (like faking court paperwork and cheating your wife out of her assets perhaps?). “Maybe if we don’t find another home by the time you get your divorce straightened out we will come back and work with you...-Oct 2017) Hmm, and then 3 months later the pipes burst? And FD is over there doing demo, according to DF recommended by his caretaker? Sounds fishy to me....

Unless, those 2017 documents that FD presented were fake and doctored up? Maybe even with DFs blessing? DF is quite the shady character himself rather like FD. He actually forged and switched out court papers in his divorce to strip his ex of nearly all her assets and faked out the judge (and got caught). He was also having an affair with a client of his. And tons of scam business with his yellow pages venture. We discussed this back in August 2019 on this thread and you can refresh here
LAWYER WINS ARREST FOR OWN DIVORCE SETTLEMENT

Since now we know that FD faked documents he presented in the civil trial, according to the judges ruling in the case, everything is open to second guesses isn’t it. Going back and reading those supplemental documents FD presented in that light, the whole thing looks like it could be a setup. (You can find the documents in this thread in posts from August 24 2019, posted by afitzy). So it’s interesting to see renewed interest in this property. There’s also a lot of “J4J” graffiti around this property, who did that and when?

On a completely alternate note, also interesting to hear from CSP that they haven’t ruled out New Canaan area as a possible location for the body either. There is always Silver Spring Rd where FD crossed state lines after his release in his first arrest in July. That’s within the 40 minutes of down time at Waveny, and nobody’s going to just stumble across anything back there. When and where did he get rid of his bike? A piece of it (nameplate?) was purportedly in the Albany Ave trash, what about the rest of it? Thinking Hartford area is more likely, but worth considering too.

And, Jennifer's family's statement is a thanks to the community and a reminder to remember others who may be suffering. The Purple with Purpose further underscores the good that has resulted from a tragedy. It's classy as usual.

That's quite a contrast to the other family involved in the legal issues related to JFD's disappearance. Thinking of others and encouraging all of us to remember those in need seems to be outside of MT and her family's thoughts and published comments. That's pretty sad....IMO-MOO

I believe OP was saying that after 16 months believed deceased, one can pretty much rule Jennifer out if LE reports finding a "body." In other words, this would not be the word used by LE if encountering skeletal remains. (Black Rock also cited finding human remains, not a body). I'm recalling a similar post very recently regarding LE finding a body in a Pueblo park and how it did not follow that this could be missing Colorado's Kelsie Schelling -- believed dead for 7 years. MOO

BBM That’s an interesting point to ponder.

If MT tries to defend her inexcusable crimes by suggesting that she, too, was somehow a victim of FD, then shouldn’t she also be championing the cause? But no. No indication, ever, from her or her peculiar entourage that anything terrible happened to anyone else but her.

With MT it’s either just a pity-me show, or a hurrah-for-me-and-us show with sparklers and party poppers.
