Bone Finder shows locations where ground was disturbed on Fotis Dulos' property | Daily Mail Online

In last week's search of the property police were specifically interested in a wood line area that Fotis had previously discussed with surveyors when he was trying to sell the property after Jennifer vanished.

Fotis had apparently asked the surveyors if any future owners would be able to dig up that portion of the land to potentially put in a pool. The surveyors later reported the comments to authorities.

During his search, Perry ended up finding five locations where the soil had been disturbed.

It is not clear when the ground was disturbed.

He told Hearst Connecticut Media that four of the areas were near the wood line and a fifth was found in the basement of the home. Perry said the basement location was likely a long pipe that stretched into the yard.

I think I see something peculiar in that one outdoor photograph that is 349.1 KB in size. Does anyone else notice something on the ground next to the leftmost red flag?

I see what looks like a round or medallion, with two braided cords or ropes extending from it on either side and either tassels or tiny bags or shapes at the end of one of the cords. A talisman? Or a discarded braided belt? Or, possibly handfasting wedding cords, like might be used in a Celtic or pagan ceremony (although the cords here don't seem long enough for those). I don't know much about these types of things, but it doesn't look like something that would be there naturally.

IMO it could be something like an invisible fence if the previous homeowners before Fore Group had dogs? Looks to be two wires twisted together in a straight line. Could be anything though.

Digging a trench for a dog fence could leave a shallow anomaly in the soil, MOO

The red flag marker was one of four surrounding the depression in the ground nearby. It does not necessarily have anything to do particularly with that item I have pointed out.

Questions/Comments regarding the claim that as of about 7pm (Albany Ave dump) on 5/24, MT didn't even know her boyfriend's wife Jennifer was missing:
-There is a photo of Fotis Dulos on 5/16 with a shaved head. Not because he was a swimmer, because he waterskied. His arms also appear to be shaved, facial hair is gone. Both MT and FD documented their lives on social media. You don't find it odd that your boyfriend shaves his head and body for the first time since you met him approx 4 years ago, and it's for waterskiing?
-You wake up at 6:30am in the home you share with your boyfriend and he is not home. You do not inquire about his whereabouts.
-Several hours later, you discover your boyfriends phone in his home office. A phone that was regularly on his person at all times due to this being a workday, and having multiple homes for sale.
-All three vehicles that your boyfriend would've driven were likely at home (it is believed that FD either slept at 80 MS or rode his Mercier bike when leaving with the Tacoma from 80 MS at 5:35am) MOO
-Your boyfriend arrives home somewhere around 1pm either on foot or via bike. Long run? MOO
-At some point, your boyfriend is cleaning the interior of his employee's 2001 pick-up truck while you're cleaning either the windows or the bathrooms of the 10,000 sq ft house he owns. Normal? How many times has Fotis cleaned his employees truck?
-While you are expecting a co-worker to arrive at 4JX at 4:30, you are "surprised" when he finds you 2.1 miles up the road in the driveway of 80 MS, while engaging in intercourse with your boyfriend next to your co-workers car.

TRIP 1. Your boyfriend tasks you to clean either the bathrooms or windows of a 10,000 sq ft home upon reappearing. You drive separately for the 2.1 mile distance between 4JX and 80MS

Friday, May 31, 2019 was an action packed day for MT and FD. Part 1/2
It's probably just me, but I never connected the final Tacoma seat transfer, the daytime waterski pond BBQ, LE waiting at 4JX post-BBQ to swab MT/FD, search warrant execution, confirmation of DNA evidence connecting FD/MT to Jennifer, and their arrest...ALL happening in 24 hours. Some yes, but not all of the above...and below. BUSY DAY.

5/31/19: A Day in the Life of FD/MT:
Tampering with Evidence:
EE spent hours at a junkyard searching for replacement seats for his 2001 Tacoma, at the insistence of his boss. Fotis didn't regularly drive the Tacoma, if ever, so his worry over hugging Jennifer and her cat 3 weeks prior, pretty much connected FD to the crime, before EE even knew. No?

BBQ at THE POND at Avon:
MT/FD attend a daytime BBQ at their waterski pond with friends. They're asked by friend and owner of The Pond to go home, given that Jennifer had just been reported missing. Nahhh, we'll stay...because we do what we want to do, right? Until BREAKING NEWS reveals their Memorial Day Weekend date night on Albany Ave to dump bloody evidence, one week ago to the day, will bind MT/FD to Jennifer's disappearance. MOO

KNOCK KNOCK, we're coming for you-CT State Police
Just home from the BBQ, MT/FD were greeted at home by a half dozen
awaiting LEO's, in unmarked cars. They are escorted to Litchfield for cheek swabs, full body photography, and finger printing.

It's now been 88 WEEKS since Michelle Troconis decided NOT to assist LE with the investigation surrounding Jennifer Farber Dulos, the missing mother of 5 young children. What will it take to change her mind?

To you and @al66pine - After some research, I am now thinking that this isn't some loose item on the ground, but is instead either a survey monument pin with braided cord tied to the rod to which it is attached or it is the valve coming up from a buffalo box where the municipal water comes into the property and attaches to the pipes bringing water into the house.

Here’s a small bit of new info I don’t think I had before, not super-relevant, but interesting.

FD knew things were really going down the week of Jan. 24th, why didn’t Pattis & Co spring into action sooner? They had 4 days advance notice that the bond was in serious danger with the notice of default. Yet not until that morning of the 28th when FD was called into court did they start making phone calls and trying to patch things up.
While that might not have fixed things (FD was likely going back to jail no matter, the cupboard was beyond bare) it still is rather shocking. How could they not have known things were heading for disaster? Was NP rolling out the “tough love” on FD? Everyone except for AC had completely jumped ship.

“People’s United Bank filed for foreclosure of 80, 84, and 88 Mountain Spring Road on March 31, 2020, court documents said. The three properties were owned by Fotis Dulos’ high-end real estate development company, Fore Group.

In a 16-page foreclosure complaint, attorneys for the bank indicated they sent Fotis Dulos a notice of default on the mortgages for the properties on Jan. 24, 2020 — four days before he attempted suicide at his Jefferson Crossing home.”
