Fd stole it and they all read it. This is one of the ways we know Merianne1968 is Mama A. What I would like to know is how these people think that a discredited psych report has anything to do with their daughter’s “innocence”?

Yea, that's a dead giveaway. lol. I forgot about this report, that they got their hands on it. Wasn't it given to them somehow on the QT. I sort of remember that. So much time is going by that I am forgetting all the things I use to know about this case. I was so heavily involved in it at one point that I have some juicy screen shots. Like one being how FD was shocked that MT was going to church. Is this allowed? lol

Like, can I share all this stuff here? The case is still going on. There is nothing incriminating, but a few little tidbits I gathered from the horses mouth. Hard to keep to myself.

Thank you and the others that have sent condolences. I did not in anyway mean to make that statement to get sympathy, I just wanted to explain why or how I recognized FDs behavior and how it could potentially apply to MT. Everyone's messages mean the world to me but I do not want to make this about me in anyway. #justiceforjennifer

You are very welcome and I feel sure that we all took that in exactly the spirit it was shared: to give us insight from someone who’s been there. Never did it seem like you were making it about you! I find that the myriad of different life experiences that people sometimes note here in response to various aspects of the case help illuminate aspects that we might not otherwise understand, and that helps us all as a group move forward in thinking about our shared goal of seeing justice for JFD. It always has been my opinion that any experience I have, no matter how difficult (or not!), can help others I meet who are on a similar path if they feel it would help them. It often seems to have done so, which makes me happy. You were kind, courageous, and helpful to share that with us. Thank you again and take care!

If I recall, didn't CM file for divorce literally the same day as JD...? It's been so long I'm forgetting so many details.

I imagine they gave each other courage to do what they each knew would be a nightmare in both cases. MOO.

One thought I had this morning-before reading here-Did Fd/MT read the report before murdering Jennifer and think it would exonerate any actions they may take because they always planned on using the "Gone Girl" theory when she disappeared? They didn't know at the time that it would go over like a lead balloon, or how many ways they would be caught red-handed. I really can't think of why JLS would want that report on-the-record so desperately (we know he already has it) in addition to Mama A/Merieanne1968 talking about it dozens of times on twitter last year. For all we know, the "Gone Girl" theory is what MT told her family the day Jennifer went missing and they latched on for life. MOO

Bumping WS-approved info about the psychological evaluation prepared to help determine suitable custody of the Dulos children.

Having obtained a report copy allegedly from an unnamed attorney's office, Dulos tried for an emergency custody hearing days after JD disappeared -- fully intending to waive the “gregarious and confident person” opinion of himself as to why he should now have full custody of the children without any regard to the fact that he was on supervised visitation only the day before the hearing!

I don't believe the psychological evaluation report to help determine suitable custody was unfinished-- but the author's testimony was unfinished when he stormed out of the courtroom -- forcing the hearing a mistrial, and Judge Heller ordering Dr. Herman's (psychiatrist) testimony stricken from the record. Yes, stricken, as if it never happened! Reportedly, Herman met with FD 20 times, and his report read like a love letter to FD. Seems to me Herman really did not like being questioned about it-- and left the courtroom.

IIRC, JLS basis for wanting a copy of the sealed report is because MT was interviewed by Herman. However, I don't think it's known whether or not there's any reference to MT in the report, especially given she was ordered not to have contact with the children.

Personally, the whole ordeal with Herman came off as rather creepy to me-- and we know MT and JLS like creepy. MOO

Heller has ordered Herman’s testimony stricken from the record, ruled the hearings as a mistrial, since they were never completed, and required that his report remained sealed. Heller also noted in the order that anyone who reveals or releases the report could face sanctions or contempt of court.

Rochlin said Fotis Dulos has also met with Dr. Stephen Humphrey, a court-appointed Hartford psychiatrist, 20 times in the last two years.

Humphrey concluded that Fotis Dulos was a “gregarious and confident person” who had no psychopathic tendencies, Rochlin wrote in court documents seeking a mental health evaluation for Jennifer Dulos’ mother, Gloria Farber, who now has temporary custody of the children.

ETA: To be clear, I believe FD obtained a copy of the report just before Dr. Herman partially testified in court. It was after Herman left the courtroom abruptly without completing his testimony that the report was stricken, and sealed by the court. In other words, it's not alleged FD obtained a court sealed report in violation of the court order.

The psych evaluation that was illegally obtained, by a lawyer and given to or taken by fd and his family and MT family......I wonder how much doctoring up of the illegal document as been done? With all we have seen and heard I would not put it past anyone to change the results. A simple word or two can change the entire meaning.

I hope that the lawyer/person that took/stole the evaluation is charged. Time to stop pussyfooting around with the shenanigans that some of the defense lawyers, past/present, are doing. Lawyers need to uphold the law, not bend it to fit or fix their client’s bad deeds.

I’m trying to recall the sequence...didn’t fD get it from the GAL prior to JFD’s murder? The GAL (I think it was him) claimed that fD stole it, but the truth is that I believe he gave it to fD (not that I think he is too good to steal something); it’s funny how some men will behave with other like-minded creatures. I’m sure fD was “one of the guys”among other men who actually hate women. When divorcing, this type of man, you know, the ones with no integrity, figure all’s fair. I guarantee, every member of fD’s family saw that psych report, and so did KM, Anna Curry, and every last member of the Troconis clan. NP and KS saw it, and JS has a copy of it. Everybody knows JFD is dead, and the coroner will make his assessment at MT’s trial, so trying to claim that she either left somehow on her own after mortally wounding herself in her own garage, or left a bunch of blood containing her own DNA after cleaning it up, and is living it up somewhere is completely ridiculous, and every juror will know it. And because of its preposterousness, we know that MT has nothing else. They are clinging to the idea that ONE JUROR will be stupid enough to say “hey, maybe she did spill her own blood, enough to look like she was murdered, but somehow left on her own after leaving her car at Waveny park”. Not going to happen.
