I've never worked in Family Court.
Long ago I worked in mortgage processing.
There are many parts to a mortgage, and if you've purchased a home you remember at least some of the parts. The parts vary by location.
Incomplete parts mean you don't have a mortgage. Incomplete parts
stop the entire process. Incomplete parts mean you cannot buy the house.
incomplete real estate transaction paperwork means no mortgage, no house
incomplete title search means no mortgage, no house
incomplete water & sewer report means no mortgage, no house
incomplete inspection means no mortgage, no house
incomplete credit history means no mortgage, no house
incomplete work history means no mortgage, no house
incomplete appraisal means no mortgage, no house
incomplete survey means no mortgage, no house
Now my experience isn't decades long, and I have owned few properties, but I have never heard of a realtor, a title company, a county sanitarian, a structural engineer, a credit reporting agency, an employer, an appraiser, or a surveyor
refusing to answer the lender's questions about their work or about the house.
Why did Michelle Troconis' side want that
incomplete document so much? That document was part of
stalling that divorce, the divorce that might have benefited Michi
so much.
Why?
Why?
