After the Troconis group and the horse friends captured the attention of the NBC reporter, they have been trying to imply on social media that Marissa is biased against dear MT.

Lisa B. for information...Yikes!
Marissa is one of the least biased reporters I've seen locally, jeez.

I keep refreshing Twitter and haven't seen a peep yet other than one reporter mentioning that it is happening.
Marissa Alter on twitter is posting -

Troconis hearing underway. Judge Blawie takes up the defense’s request to get the sealed custody study in Dulos divorce case. Blawie says he will release a copy to the defense BUT says Schoenhorn is not to turn it over to the media.
Blawie says the five Dulos children’s well-being should be considered first and foremost. He says he doesn’t think the report is relevant, but because law enforcement got during the investigation through a search warrant, he’ll let the defense see it.
Blawie says a request has been made for a jury trial date, but he can’t give one yet because jury trials aren’t restarting till next month and there is a backup since March 2020.

Blawie takes up renewed motion by Schoenhorn for removal of GPS monitoring. Blawie again denies it.

@News12CT
Does the custody study include the psych eval?

State’s Attorney Paul Ferencek now arguing his motion regarding the defense turning over discovery to the media—documents and video clips. Ferencek says Attorney Schoenhorn should need permission before making that discovery public or file it under seal.
Ferencek says it will taint the jury pool and make it impossible to get a jury when the time comes for jury.
Attorney Schoenhorn says he thinks that’s unconstitutional, and he doesn’t believe anything he’s filed is prejudicial. Also mentions that there was no concern about pre-trial publicity when New Canaan’s police chief gave an intvw with a national outlet.
Blawie says he’ll take this under advisement before making a ruling. He says his concern is that Schoenhorn has released things to the media before filing with the clerk. Schoenhorn says that is absolutely false. He’s never sent anything to the media until after filing.
Now on to Schoenhorn’s request for a bill of particulars regarding the three conspiracy charges (two for alleged tampering and one for alleged murder). The two conspiracy to evidence tampering charges were added without additional warrants/arrests, which is allowed
Blawie says both sides can make an additional filing before he rules.
It appears the discovery issues brought up by Schoenhorn will be resolved. He says he’s coming down with his laptop to meet with Ferencek and work everything out.
Hearing over.
Worth noting this was probably the least contentious hearing we’ve observed. No real quips back and forth between both sides.
As of right now, next hearing will be the Franks hearing before Judge White Sept. 14th. We’re told the trial won’t happen until 2022.

@News12CT

Good for the Judge telling Schoenhorn he has released info to media before filing. Now if Schoenhorn said “He” did not do it, well then one of your team members did and Schoenhorn knew about it. MOO

So that means he knows, and is still willing to give Schoenhorn volatile and irrelevant information to leak (because it’s better to ask for forgiveness rather than permission). You can be sure that the Troconis side sees this as a victory

So the appellate court already denied MT's request to remove of GPS ankle monitor requirement and Shoenhorn can't let it go. What's wrong with him?

Judge releases Dulos family psychological report to defense - with restrictions

May 25, 2021

Judge John F. Blawie, in a remote hearing Tuesday, said since state police obtained a complete copy of the report by search warrant, he saw no reason to prohibit Troconis’ attorney, Jon Schoenhorn, from obtaining the document.

The release came with a caution from Blawie. “There’s still a lot of sensitive information that the court will not tolerate seen in a press release or attached to a motion for public inspection,” he said.

Yes. So wrong.
The insinuations on this topic that came from an MT “supporter” on Twitter are... beyond. I hope LE is watching. MOO

I worked in psych hospitals. A large majority of patients were suffering at the hands of sociopaths (who’d never set foot in such a place). Just saying.

IMO MOO YMMV

The fact that the NCPD obtained a copy of the sealed report was at the suggestion of the FD-JFD's GAL-Meehan, who was also part of the reason the report was purloined by FD and certainly read by MT.

MT knows what is in the report. Her twitter pseudonyms suggest it has been shared with the T family.

Knowing the reputation of the report's preparer, and his unwillingness to return to court to finish his testimony, should permanently taint anything said in the report. IMO....MOO

this is outrageous. So what if they “found it” while executing a search warrant. The GAL was not entitled to give it to FD. In fact, wasn’t there a motion to fire that guy. Did he walk away from his part in this travesty?
The report was incomplete. Period. And considered inconclusive and sealed. This further taints the CT court system.
Now all the DV victims can worry that their sacred sealed psych evaluations, which also have HIPAA protections imo, can later be handed out to the likes of any Joe Smoe, even ones who have disregarded directed boundaries.

Thanks for posting this sds71....Such a real moment for the newly sainted MT.

I'm sure she was drinking Shirley Temples and sitting quietly in her seat. :p:D:p
This also is outrageous. In a completely different vein. Hitting the singles scene? That would totally be my plan if I was in her situation.
