All my own opinion:
How painfully slow are the wheels of justice?!!!! 14 September for another hearing! Then what...another 4-6 or more months plus for a trial date?!!!
I was studying the photos of Michelle when the police were questioning she and Fotis at the house and the one when she was arrested! The sleep deprived, one where she was wearing the same clothes for two days is the one that really strikes me. She looked panicked and guilty. Pictures are worth 1000 words!
It’s always helps to refresh my memory and revisit what lead Michelle to this point. I recall her very first interview and actions. Michelle sat face-to-face with the police and purposely lied to them, then she met with them several times subsequently and continued to lie. IF she was innocent, why did she lie? Why did her story change? Why did she not help the investigators? She had a lot of knowledge that could’ve saved time.
The arrest warrants are very comprehensive. So worth a re-read!!!
It’s important to notice that Michelle was there every single step of the way. There wasn’t an event listed in the arrest warrant that Michelle was absent. She was always right there in the thick of it in total lockstep with Fotis. Accompanying, helping, driving, cleaning, writing, lying. She lives and works with him. I find it amusing that she thinks she can claim she had no idea, clueless. I find that inconceivable. She wrote perfectly in ENGLISH on her alibi script (calls, events etc.) but coincidentally left out the most significant one...the ride to Albany Avenue!!!
No coincidence!
She made up stories, changed stories, first she said Fotis was home the morning of 24 May, then she claimed he wasn’t home only after being confronted with the truth by police. We know all of her other lies like showering together etc. Those are not actions of an amazing person her attorney and family paint her to be. I don’t find a person lying to the police about a murder of a mom of 5 to be considered amazing.
Her actions, demeanor and frankly appearance from day one were so telling. From the Albany Ave. trash dump, to the fabricated alibi scripts, to helping Fotis clean “coffee” from the Tacoma, to playing musical cars and keys, following him to the car wash etc.
Don’t you think any sane woman would pack up and leave immediately if their boyfriend of several years was an alleged murderer?!!!! Wouldn’t she have been scared for her own safety and the safety of her daughter? Wouldn’t she have run to the police to share any suspicious activity she has witnessed if she were innocent and uninvolved????
Fotis cowardly committed suicide and now Michelle thinks she has a free pass to play the clueless girlfriend card.
Well, I don’t know what kind of arrangement she had with Kent (they all probably had a plan of denial if caught) but it will be very interesting to find out what Kent’s willing to share if he’s backed against a wall.
I sure am looking forward to the eventual trial and for the treasure trove of the evidence that are currently under wraps to be divulged. I’m so curious as to the contents of their electronic devices, computers, phones, texts, etc. The camera footage of the days leading up to the 24th and after from all of the cameras in all of the areas of interest.
Testimonies from all of the people involved, uninvolved, character witnesses, people whom have met Michelle and can speak to her English language proficiency etc.!
The findings from Mira that made the grueling search worth it per the investigator.
The findings from the car tracking devises, serious Xm, photos and files that Michelle deleted. The forensics.
Credit card purchases etc.
So much that will be revealed. Surprises galore.
Can’t wait! Moooo moooo
